Allen Stone is an R&B / soul singer from Chewelah, WA. The son of the pastor of the local church, he was immersed in gospel from an early age until he found funk and soul as a teenager through Stevie Wonder’s Innversions. Billboard has praised his “disarmingly soulful vocals” and WXPN says "his energetic shows, plus his warm and evocative albums, explain why Stone has such a solid fan base". Allen released his 3rd studio album in 2019 called Building Balance that includes hit songs Brown Eyed Lover, Sunny Days, and Consider Me. Building Balance is a textured amalgam of R&B and soul, which saw Stone draw inspiration from ‘70s funk and punctuate his music with modern pop flourishes. His latest release, a cover of Bob Marley’s “Is This Love”, is the first song off his upcoming acoustic album APART, due to releases Nov 12th. “This album was a way to pay homage to the songs that have been my foundational support for the last decade, and to also pay homage to all the people who’ve loved these songs over the years,” says Stone. He has performed on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, as well as the Special Olympics opening ceremony, NPR’s Tiny Desk, and has been a guest mentor on American Idol.

I saw Allen Stone this summer and was blown away by his raw talent. He really knows how to set the tone with his music bringing a fun, groovy, upbeat vibe to his performance shows. He’s definitely one of my favorite bands now, and I play him on repeat!
The first time I heard him was was mentoring on American idol. Instant fan! I am checking his libe up of venues constantly in hopes tgat he makes it to So Cal soon. I'd love to catch him in a smaller type venue like the Belly Up, Coach House or House of Blues. I need all that R&B, Soul & Funk up close 😎✌️
We went to the Chris Stapleton concert in Bend, Oregon and Allen Stone was one of the openers, we immediately fell in love with his music and will try and attend one of his concerts in the future when we can get to a location on his tour.
Allen Stone is always terrific, however I preferred seeing him at the Egyptian over this last venue; acoustics were much better at Egyptian
Best concert I have been to in a long time. My husband and I agree that Allen Stone brought the goods tonight! Excellent band, vocals on point and crowd engagement was incredible. Left feeling good and uplifted. You could feel the joy and appreciation Allen had for all who took time out to come and listen and be a part of something special. AWESOME CONCERT!!!
Allen Stone is one of the most talented musicians I have ever had the privilege to see live. And I have seen hundreds of shows from all genres over the years. If you are lucky enough to see him perform you are in for an amazing experience! Please come back to Boise soon.
If I could give unlimited amount of stars I would. So talented! He’s so in touch with fans and shows so much love. The band is amazing too!!
The seats were at a table front row and center stage. The issue is that the sound and lighting booths are in front of us and the monitors blocked our view? Would have been nice to have been told that. Disappointing for sure and don’t know if we will be back to that venue.
One of the best shows I’ve seen all year. Feel good experience!
