About

Teddy Swims, the stage name for Atlanta singer-songwriter Jaten Dimsdale, has pulled from a number of influences including pop, rock, soul, and country to develop his own unique sound. The vocal powerhouse first found his stage presence in musical theater and as a touring musician for Atlanta-based rock groups and cover bands. In 2019, Teddy Swims began to make waves by posting covers of Michael Jackson, Shania Twain and other stars to YouTube, attracting millions of streams per video and earning a record deal with Warner Records by the end of the year. He released his debut EP Unlearning in 2021, followed by a collection of Christmas songs later that year and two EPs in 2022: Tough Love, which became his first project to hit the Billboard 200, and Sleep Is Exhausting. His debut album I've Tried Everything but Therapy (Part 1) arrived in 2023, hosting his first Hot 100-charting single “Lose Control.” Teddy Swims has also proven to be the consummate collaborator, working with the likes of Meghan Trainor, X Ambassadors, Illenium, and Mitchell Tenpenny.

    Awesome concert. Great venue. But.

by Jeastin on 4/21/24The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas - Las Vegas

Where the hell are our photos. We paid for the vip experience. We were told we couldn’t take our own photos. And we had to put away our cameras and phones. Well ok I did. Now where the hell are our photos?? Excellent show. Just had a great time. Beautiful venue. Teddy just sounded awesome.

Better than I could have imagined

    by KAI on 4/18/24

Saw his first show of the year and he is wonderful. Went from watching him online covering others songs to his personal songs. I would recommend going to see him if he’s in your town. No auto tune over here.

    Amazing

by 4EVRBEAUTY on 4/13/24Hard Rock Live Orlando - Orlando

Not a venue that's short people friendly lol no matter where you stood, it seems I would have to break my neck to look up or have to maneuver around but 5 stars because Teddy himself was INSANE. I would pay to see him anywhere

    Teddy Swims in Austin

by MADRN on 4/11/24Stubb's Waller Creek Amphitheater - Austin

I recently went to the Teddy Swims concert in Austin, TX. It was at Waller Creek Amphitheater, which is basically a big back yard of Stubbs BBQ. Because it was such a small venue, it was phenomenal. Teddy is ah-mazing...even better, live. I mentioned to my husband that his music brings people of all races, ages and cultures together and that is a beautiful thing.

Teddy was AMAZING - Venue, eh

by Michelle on 4/9/24Hard Rock Live Orlando - Orlando

3rd time seeing him-and he is always PHENOMENAL and was thankful it wasn't cancelled as the night prior he had to cxl in Tampa due to illness. So happy he was well enough to proceed. Hard Rock is incredible, just getting into the venue seemed as though it wasn't well planned for - the crew was super apologetic for the challenges/waits. But I think it was location - just to get through security at City Walk was 30+ min and we arrived quite early, then getting into venue was hectic - but wasn't the worse thing on the planet, just something that could be improved. It got quite warm, he even started handing out waters to the crowd. Otherwise, bartenders were beyond efficient and security was mega kind!

    Well….

by LiveRider on 4/9/24Hard Rock Live Orlando - Orlando

Teddy Swims puts on a good show .. spends a lot of time (too much) on taking pics during his songs and passing out water to the front row of people that just looking for a hand out .. time he could have did more music .. speaking of music .. the sound quality at the Hard rock live Universal Orlando CityWalk was terrible! We were ground floor middle of the house and his mic wasn’t legible when he spoke, band mix was good but drowned him out ! .. lighting and effects were timed right and the format was good .. biggest complaint was we couldn’t hear him as good as everything else! Still a fan and would go again just to continue to support live music.

    He was outstanding

by Alison on 4/8/24Hard Rock Live Orlando - Orlando

He was amazing. He sang many known songs, 2 new ones. He engages with the audience. Stopping a few times to hand water out through the crowd because it was packed. He could see people needed assistance. We chose to stand far from the stage by the sound board, great view, great sound. Each time the venue gets bigger, the fans are growing. I'm so glad I got to see him twice before he sells out huge venues.
