  • How does COVID-19 affect my tickets?

We’re working closely with the NBA and the teams to ensure that we keep fans updated. Due to the continually evolving situation, the NBA or teams may decide to reschedule, postpone or cancel events, in which case fans will be promptly notified. Full refunds will be available if a game is canceled and it cannot be replayed, or if it is played under conditions that prohibit fans from attending. If a game is postponed or rescheduled, your tickets may be valid for the new date, so hang onto them and we will keep you posted. Please visit our complete guidelines on canceled and rescheduled events for up-to-date info.

What safety measures should I be aware of this season?

Event organizers may implement additional safety measures to limit the spread of COVID-19, such as required face masks, reduced capacity, health screening and contactless transactions. For the latest information, visit your team’s official website.

  • Which NBA Teams Are Allowing Fans in 2021?

While each team will follow local and state capacity guidelines, the 2021-2022 season will be played with fans in attendance, and at full capacity whenever possible for all teams. Event organizers may implement additional safety measures to limit the spread of COVID-19, such as required face masks, health screening and contactless transactions. For the latest information, visit your team’s official website.

If I can’t make the game, can I sell my tickets on Ticketmaster?

If for some reason you can’t make the game, you can sell your tickets on Ticketmaster directly from your account.* If your seats are part of a socially distanced seating pod, you must sell your seats together as a group in order to help enforce social distancing guidelines.

When you visit your account, if you see a “Sell” button on your order, you’ll be able to sell your tickets verified through Ticketmaster. Just click the button to set your price and list your tickets. When your tickets sell, we’ll make sure you receive the correct funds via direct deposit after the event. You can also edit or remove your listing anytime.

    * In certain instances an artist, team or venue may not allow resale for certain rows/seats.

NBA Tickets 2021-22

The NBA is back, and returning to a traditional 82 game schedule. After the NBA Preseason in early October, the NBA Regular Season will tip off on October 19, 2021. There will be a break for All-Star Weekend, leading up to the NBA All-Star Game on February 20, 2022 at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse in Cleveland. Once the season resumes, it will be a race to the finish — culminating in the NBA Play-In Tournament and NBA Playoffs, which will begin on April 26, 2022. Be sure to favorite your team in the Ticketmaster app to get alerts as soon as tickets go on sale.

NBA Playoffs

NBA Playoffs

This year’s NBA Playoffs will be preceded by the Play-In Tournament, which makes an electric return as the 7th through 10th ranked teams in both conferences compete for their spot in the playoffs. The NBA Playoffs will then take place starting April 26, 2022 and running until the NBA Finals begin on June 2, 2022. They’ll feature the top eight teams from each conference competing in best of seven series as they look to advance to the following rounds.

NBA Finals

NBA Finals

The NBA Playoffs reach their apex each year with the NBA Finals; a winner takes all, best of seven series between the top teams from the Western and Eastern Conferences. In the 2021 NBA Finals the Milwaukee Bucks beat the Phoenix Suns in a dramatic six game series to capture their first Larry O'Brien NBA Championship Trophy since 1971.
