Metallica was formed by drummer Lars Ulrich and singer/guitarist James Hetfield in Los Angeles in 1981; since then, their astonishing career milestones include winning eight Grammys and selling over 125 million albums worldwide, including the critically-acclaimed Master of Puppets (1986), often cited as one of the most important metal albums in history. They are also one of the most popular and commercially successful touring acts in history — according to Pollstar, as of 2019 Metallica had sold over 22 million tickets and grossed $1.4 billion in touring since 1982. Metallica’s fifth studio album, Metallica (1991), famously known as The Black Album, has sold more than 30 million copies worldwide and features some of the band’s biggest hits: “Nothing Else Matters,” “The Unforgiven” and “Enter Sandman.” On six consecutive genre-defining studio albums (from 1991’s Metallica through 2016’s Hardwired… to Self-Destruct), Metallica has consistently debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200. In support of their 2023 album 72 Seasons, Metallica’s M72 World Tour will see the band playing two nights in every city they visit throughout 2023-24.

I've been a Metallica fan for as long as I can remember. Hearing them live was one of the greatest experiences ever!
The two day Metallica show was truly amazing. The venue is easy to navigate and set up well.
My Sixteen Year Old Son and I attended both the Friday and Sunday Night Shows In St. Louis. We Had A Great Time And Enjoyed All Bands But Especially Metallica Which Is My Son’s Favorite Metal Band! We Plan On Attending At Least One But Possibly Two Metallica Concerts In 2024!
I have no words except…AMAZING!! Thank you St Louis!!
Metallica rocked on both nights incorporating old and new! Mammoth VH, Pantera night 1 we’re both good. Night 2 Ice Nine Kills and one of my favorite bands 5FDP rocked it. Both shows were amazing and would recommend this show for any fan of these bands.
Nobody touches the production value or professionalism of a Metallica show.
I can't express how amazing it was to finally, after being a fan for 30 years, getting to see Metallica live!! It took me three songs to fully comprehend where I was. The only disappointment was they didn't sing Sad but True.
Never disappointed in a Metallica concert. This was the 8th and 9th time to see live. The city of St Louis was a great place for the show. Lots to do and great food. All around totally great experience.
Double double and super awesome!!! Metallica rocks
These guys still have it even at 42 years of performing. Crisp quality sounds and vocals.
I think that we would have a special merchandising place, but we need to buy at the same place of anothers, and I coudn´t buy the posters. I haven´t find out how download de MP3 audio from the show, it is included in Enhance Expirience but I don´t know how download and when the audio will be avaible.
Great selection of bands, two nights felt like a music festival. Meet lots of like minded fans over the weekend. Traveled 200 miles.
The 2 night no repeat concert was one of the best I’ve ever seen but was disappointed when we asked if we could upgrade our seats to the floor for a much better experience was told Ticketmaster only lets you upgrade 24 hours in advance and the venue should be in charge of that after fans are inside and feel the need to upgrade. I had a really upset nephew but other than that all was good
Second night during intermission I fell down the stairs and fractured three ribs, other than the Mrs Lincoln it was pretty damn good.
Best concert ever!! They sounded amazing and put on a great concert!!
It was a great show Metallica was great as always. Awesome show, fun night!!
It was my daughter’s (15) first Metallica concert. We had a blast together. Went to both shows. She was extremely happy. Telling her mom, sister and grandma all about it!! Will definitely see them again
I have always wanted to see Metallica in concert, but had never made it to a show. I was told their shows were awesome and they did not let me down. They were GREAT!! I attended both shows. The set lists were phenomenal and the band seemed to throw themselves into each song. Thank you for being so AWESOME!!!
I went to both shows. Each one was amazing. Mammoth was good, never heard of them before. Pantera almost stole the show, it was awesome to see them live. And of course Metallica put on a fantastic show. The second show had ice nine kills and Five Finger Death Punch. My first time seeing both bands, and they were great. Metallica again put on a great show. I loved the concept of two shows and not repeating songs. I loved hearing songs played live before that I’ve never heard, and this was my 5th time seeing the band. Sound was great and the lights and background visuals were great.
Was a great experience to see the boys, Metallica put on a great show, so did the rest of the acts
