About
Better Lovers is a hardcore punk band from Buffalo, New York. Sometimes considered a supergroup, the band came together in 2023 after the breakup of Every Time I Die. Following the dissolution of that metalcore act, guitarist Jordan Buckley, bassist Stephen Micciche and drummer Clayton “Goose” Holyoak joined forces with frontman Greg Puciato — former vocalist for The Dillinger Escape Plan — and guitarist Will Putney of Fit For An Autopsy to form the new project. Signing to SharpTone Records, Better Lovers released their debut single “30 Under 13” in April 2023, which was followed quickly by their debut EP God Made Me an Animal. Throughout the following summer, Better Lovers joined The Ghost Inside, Underoath and We Came as Romans on a tour across North America before embarking on their own run of headline dates in the U.S. and the U.K.

by Sad&dumb on 4/21/24Old National Centre - IndianapolisTraveled 10 hours there for Greyhaven, and they, as always, kicked ass. Foreign Hands was pretty sick, SeeYouSpaceCowboy had an egotistical vibe that I could not get down with. Better Lovers was WAAYY louder than the other bands which I felt was sooo overboard. Like, we get it. We know who you are man.
