Had a great time laughing and seeing family and friends we don’t see often. Atmosphere is fun and friendly and a good time is easy to have. If there is a complaint, it would be the outrageous prices of any and all beverages. Beer $14-16 each and mixed drinks at $22. Hardly any alcohol in them at all. Churchill Downs is making a fortune at the betting gates. Ease up on the beverage prices!
It was a fun day. The place looks great and the lines moved quite well. My complaint would be the number of seats in the boxes. It used to be so much nicer when there was only 6 to a box. 8 to a box is just too crowded and uncomfortable. The price of food and drinks has gone up so much don’t you make enough money there that you could make the boxes more comfortable with just the 6 seats? And the bathroom doors in the women’s restroom should ALWAYS be fixed. The locks don’t work in a lot on a lot of them.
Would have liked to have had more detail on the time for each event other than just racing times

We loved our day at Churchill Downs, Champions Day did not disappoint. We had a bit of a hiccup at the gate gaining access to our tickets online, but your staff stepped into action quickly and helped to remedy the problem. Great job! Loved the shuttle service in the Turqoise lot! All the staff was at the ready to help us find our way, very nice! We plan to repeat this day next year!
The restrooms behind Sections 116 and 117 in the Grandstands are absolutely atrocious. At the very beginning of the day they smelled like raw sewage and it only got worse as the day went on.
Great day, but drink prices crazy! $22 for a mint julep???

Absolutely loved Champions day at the race track! Food was incredible! The new set up around the paddock is great. Plus you can’t beat drinks included in our ticket— even the alcoholic beverages! I definitely plan on coming back :)
