Pegasus World Cup Tickets

It was a very nice event. Sounds needs to improve.

This was a fun event. Great performances. Great food. How can you not have seating for a full day event! How much $$$ do you have to spend to get a seat?!

Purchased what I thought was a seat at the races but it turned out to be a seat in a sports book. It would have been nice if that was relayed ahead of time.

This was our first year going and it was great. Almost let the other bad reviews scare us off but glad we didn’t. Open bar was stella, surfsides, and Aperol spritz. And none of them ever had a line longer than 3 people. All day horse racing and endless drinks for $150. Had plenty of room along the rail we were right by the finish and never got too crowded everyone was pretty respectful and nice

Use to love going to the Pegasus meeting but it’s less about the the horse racing now and more about instagram influencers. Tickets not worth the price tag and will be the last year I go to the event, if you like horse racing avoid the Saturday and go to the track on Sunday, much better experience.

Amazing event. Majestic animals. Great food and great service. Will def attend again

We've been fans of Pegasus now and attended this year (2024) and bought the same Carousel Club ticket level we did last year ($300 for 2023, $400 for 2024) only to show up and find out Carousel Club tickets holders had MOST things taken away to make space for the new Baccarat $1000 tickets----both up on the rail spaces were taken away, large bar near rail was taken away from Carousel Club ticket holders, and we had to walk through the parking lot through a disheveled area to a spot further down that was a totally temporary/makeshift low class set up along the rail---with a SAND/dirt floor so all shoes got ruined and vendors were more like food truck style. I loved the event last year, but this year it was NOT good and it was so OBVIOUS that they maximized their revenue by shorting Carousel Club level ticket purchasers to use half their amenities this year for the new more expensive Baccarat level area they decided to invent---and they never told us prior to ticket purchase of these major changes/deletions. Yet the Carousel Club ticket increased while everything about the experience for $400 a ticket decreased. Hope they revert to a first class Carousel Club set up for 2025.

For a huge $$ race day there was nothing special other than a larger crowd.Entry/seats cost $125 and up. Even with it being mostly outdoors the cigar and cigarette smoke could choke you. This event was fun in the inaugural year but it seems to have lost it's spark. Stronachs need to step it up!

This was probably the worst entertainment experience I’ve had in a very long while and my wife and I attend a lot of events. First, we had bought valet parking in advance. When we arrived the north lot was full and we were sent to the south lot. Upon arriving at the south lot we were told it was full and go to the south lot. After putting up a fuss we were told the had more valet’s than expected but for an extra $100 they would hold our car at the front. Finally after I refused to leave or pay an extra $100 they took our car. When we bought our tickets the map of the venue showed our seats as what appeared to be the front row of the grandstand. The area was called “Silks”. When we got to the venue and went to the grandstand the usher pointed to doors that led underneath the grandstand. We went and discovered that our seats were in a room underneath and inside and were in fact the last row of seats that faced TV monitors. The people next to us had had the same disappointment and surprise with their seats. There was no live view of the track. What was supposed to be a fun day that we had looked forward to it turned out to be a horrible experience that we felt completely “catfished” on. If I could rate this a negative 5* I certainly would!!!!!!

The Carousel Club bar lines where ridiculous for four bartenders and the food was suppose to be one item from the menu but nobody said it was only guac and chips
