About

STAIND IN CONCERT:

With three consecutive No. 1 albums of anthemic nu metal in the '00s, Staind became one of the most successful alt-rock groups of the decade.  Blending muscular guitar shredding and singer Aaron Lewis's emotional, melodic lyrics, the band's impressive live shows span their entire discography, treating fans to studio-perfect renditions of their biggest hits alongside alternative, countrified versions of songs like "Mudshovel."

BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:

Formed in Massachusetts in 1994, Staind started out playing hard rock covers in local clubs before self-releasing their 1996 debut Tormented. While they only pressed four thousand copies, the album garnered enough attention to land them a deal with Flip Records and the production assistance of Limp Bizkit's Fred Durst for their 1999 follow-up Dysfunction. The album received favorable reviews and drew comparisons to nu metal legends like Korn, but its reception paled in comparison to 2001's Break the Cycle, an international No. 1 and multi-platinum smash. The band's next four albums would all land in the Top 5 of the Billboard 200, establishing an impressive catalog of hits and building anticipation for the band's rumored return to the studio in 2014.

FANS WHO BOUGHT TICKETS SAY:

"Staind was unbelievable. The band sounded amazing. Aaron's voice gives you chills live. They played everything...They even played quite a few new songs which they totally killed on."

"Staind dug deeply into their classics to get the crowd going. Aaron Lewis was great and seemed to be having fun during an audience participation sequence. Staind played every song I wanted to hear plus more so I left very satisfied."

"I expected a top flight show from Staind and got it...they exceeded my expectations. They had a great mix of hard and soft music; all Staind."

    Goot Time

by Tony on 4/29/24CFG Bank Arena - Baltimore

It was a great show, we had a good time. Only critique would be our seats were too close to the row in front of us in section 114 row O, literally only 4 inches between our seat and the back of the seat in front of us.

    Awesome!

by Znarf on 4/29/24CFG Bank Arena - Baltimore

I just wish they had played Price To Play and Zoe Jane but at least they played 3 of their newest songs, Lowest In Me, Here And Now and Better Days which were all fantastic and very inspirational. Aaron still has the voice, Mike played really great on his guitars, Sal on the pedals and Johnny on bass. Awesome show, powerful sound system and lighting. Wish you had big screens on each side so the people from afar can see them playing.

Good venue, floor seats too crammed

by Jason on 4/29/24CFG Bank Arena - Baltimore

Enjoyed the venue. Sound was very good. Pretty good selection of amenities. The floor seats were very crammed though. When we were sitting everyone was shoulder to shoulder. Needed a little bit more space. Overall good experience.

    Staind & Seether Perfection !!

by Ray on 4/28/24Prudential Center - Newark

This all out Rock show what one of the best I’ve seen in years. Starting with Ayron Jones, who really killed it. His band is 100% legit the real deal. They are all super talented musicians. The Struts were also very impressive. It was my first time seeing them. They truly put on a great show. Their set was energetic and the band is tight. Then came the band I was waiting all night for, SEETHER! Shaun and Dale never, ever disappoint. Tonight was no exception. They were flawless as always. Their music speaks to me. They have not toured in awhile so I made the trip and it was 100% worth it. Finally Arron Lewis and STAIND hit the stage. I see Staind every time they tour. They never fail to bring it. The music is timeless and Arron is a total master at his craft. This show was outstanding. And lastly, The Prudential Center was outstanding. It is a great place to see a concert. The staff is very professional and super friendly. Parking is a little expensive but getting in and out was super easy with no waiting around. The food is also very good and they have one of my faves in Auntie Ann’s pretzels. Overall, total win.
