Everyone's favorite Scottish nanny is headed on tour in "a feel-good, family-friendly comedy that delivers" (The Hollywood Reporter). Based on the beloved film and directed by four-time Tony Award® winner Jerry Zaks, Mrs. Doubtfire tells the hysterical and heartfelt story of an out-of-work actor who will do anything for his kids. It's "the lovable, big-hearted musical comedy we need right now," raves the Chicago Tribune - one that proves we're better together.
Love the comedy play. Lots of laugghters and tears. Must see show!
We sat upstairs and the view was fine. In just wish they had speakers on the top for better sound quality . We felt at times we could barely or not even hear the actors. :(
From the moment this show began, I had a smile on my face! It was funny, touching, and thoroughly entertaining! The actors and actresses were awesome from the adults to the children. Loved the music and all the different voice impersonations!
The show was great; had me laughing from beginning to end. Very talented actor playing the main character. Definitely recommend this show to everyone
Mrs. Doubtfire is absolutely on fire! Rob McClure was born for this role—his incredible talent blew us away. Giselle Gutierrez has a beautifully angelic voice. The show was immensely entertaining for all ages, leaving everyone on their feet. I highly recommend it for the whole family.
Absolutely delightful night. Perfect show to take my 11 year old daughter.
We absolutely loved this show. In LA for a few days to celebrate my daughter finishing high school, and this was such a fun, uplifting night. The cast were all superb, the Pantages theatre is beautiful and I would highly recommend!
It exceeded expectations! The music and acting was great. It was so entertaining and we enjoyed it very much! Time flew by! Our couple friends joined us and thanked me for suggesting that we go see it.
The show is cute and the lyrics are well written but none of the songs are catchy let alone memorable. The lead is a skilled impersonatorand an homage to Robin Williams. Overall, it’s good enough to pass time but you may check your watch occasionally.
This play was hilarious the actor who pro-trade Mrs Doubtfire was excellent. He was so funny and on point. I highly recommend you see this play!! The ensemble was awesome excellent. Great music!! Love it!
Hilarious! Kept us on our toes from the start. Super uplifting performance! Bravo to the cast!
Wonderful songs. great cast, beautiful venue (the Hollywood Pantages Theater). The staff at the Pantages were all very nice, as well.
We went not knowing how this story could fill a stage and 2-1/2 hours. It did more than that. Highly entertaining and engaging. As the show built, the energy built with it. Excellent cast, musically perfect. A very fun show.
GREAT SHOW!!!!!! Rob McClure was amazing just a fun well done show that I recommend for everyone
What a fabulous evening Mrs. Doubtfire provided for us. My husband and I were visiting our son in West Hollywood and we asked him to come up with some ideas for what we might do on our visit. He suggested the play, Mrs. Doubtfire. We had all seen the movie and very much enjoyed it, but we were a little "doubtful"about seeing it as a musical. What a delightful surprise! The entire cast was so great and Rob McClure just blew me away. I bet Robin Williams was looking down and giving them two thumbs up. It was a funny, sentimental, crazy, zany production and I am looking forward to having it come to our area in the near future. The voices of the wife and children were spot on and the comedy was top notch throughout--loved the gay couple. My son gets kudos for suggesting this performance. I cannot say enough good things about this play!
Rob McClure is a national treasure and he absolutely carries this production on his back. The overall show is great, but wow - he is just insanely talented!
Rob McClure was amazing as Daniel hillard/ Mrs doubtfire, he was so funny, could do a lot of impressions just like Robin Williams, and Rob McClures wife Maggie Lakis was great as Miranda hillard, the entire show was great I loved every minute of it.
EVERYONE in my family LOVED it! It was funny, heartwarming, clever and throughly enjoyable. My kids 7yo and 9yo, husband and mother all loved it. Highly recommend!
Loved everything about the show!! The entire audience was on their feet applauding when the curtain went down including us!
I and my friends enjoyed this show! The lead actor is very talented and great in this demanding physical role! The children were excellent and talented singers, too! Some of the musical numbers were hard to hear the words which made them a little dull. But overall an entertaining and heartwarming show.
