It’s kind of odd that so many people will pay so much to sit together and listen to a guy talk about ideas. If you listen to Dr. Jordan Peterson online, the content is very similar. But it was so valuable to hear him speak through these ideas in person. I thoroughly enjoyed it and for those who don’t regularly consume his content, I think it could be very illuminating.
I loved his lecture, I am grateful that I merited to meet him and merited to give him something back. In Jewish philosophy,we believe in giving back to the "giver" so I gave him a blessing and got the names I needed to pray for him properly now.I hope to see as many more as I can afford. The next time I will have questions, this time they were all answered.
Dr. Jordan Peterson was great as always. But the seats in the venue were not the best. They were small and tight. Plus in general the location was dirty. It was worth it because of the lecture but the venue could have been so much better
Let's face it, the Dr. JP is smart, and extra cautious with every word that he implies for maximin meaning. Keep track of the meaning that he is saying which reaches far back in the past and pulls it forward to be relevant in today's culture.
Not since the ancient philosophers has any one person brought such a depth and breadth of knowledge to the mystery of life and how humans could, and should, live and experience it. His lectures are life changing.
The Bayou Music Center hosted a great show. My only complaints are that the "best" seats in the venue were shoulder to shoulder with one another and the food and beverage prices were quite high. Overall, I really enjoyed myself at the event.
Once I broke down tuition cost divided by number of credits divided by number of lectures and cost came out to be like $400+ per 1 hour lecture depending on the university. This Jordan Peterson tour cost fraction of that and MUCH more interesting with No Homework! It was awesome.
Clean and easy to access from the parking lot across the street.
A master of explaining the truths we didn’t know we knew.
Long lines, misinformed employees, no meet and greet as advertised. Event started an hour late. Huge expectations and a big disappointment
Jordan Peterson exceeded our expectations as usual. Even though we were tired after a long day, he shared his thoughts and thesis with us and that is a gift we gladly received. Thank you Jordan for everything you do and thanks to Mikhaila for making us laugh.
Brilliant time for critical thinking. Dr. Peterson went on a deep dive, or as deep as you can get with limited time, into ideology and how it seems to be perceived by people in the modern times.
Dr. Jordan B. Peterson is treasure to mankind and a once in a hundred year thinker, It was an honor be in his presence, and what makes him even more special, is his more than obvious egoless, sweet, kind, and loving nature. I could go on and on about the impact Dr. Peterson has made, but by seeing the wide variety of folks, from many walks of life that filled The Fillmore in Miami Beach, it is more than obvious how much Dr. Peterson is loved and admired. 😊 Thank you Dr. Peterson you are an inspiration!!!!😊
Could've sat through another 2 hrs listening to Dr. Peterson. Was nice to be there in person
Brilliant presenter. Extraordinarily well read. Excellent advice for those looking for direction. 7:30 pm advertised start time. Actual start time 9:15 pm.
The event started more than an hour later than planned. Long line to get in from outside. Useless security procedures.
I have been watching Peterson's lectures for years. None were as impactful as this one. I hope I am given the opportunity to speak to him again. Thank you for making this experience possible!
The atmosphere at the venue was great! Jordan Peterson delivered a great talk, covering the 4th rule for his book: Do not hide unwanted things in the fog. A master storyteller and 2 hrs and 15 mins of intellectual stimulation through a great performance. Very pleased with the experience! Can’t wait to hear Peterson speak again!
Absolutely amazing, better than I expected. He is definitely a must-see, I especially liked the Q&A at the end. We also had a heckler in the crowd at the beginning and Dr. Peterson politely asked them to stop, and they did! it was shocking and cool at the same time
