An unusual human being gifted with an outstanding intellect. Dr Peterson can clearly dissect complex cultural topics with truth and precision. His life’s work attracts audiences that cross generations from the continents around the world.
All staff very orderly and in contact. The audience very kind and interesting. An incredible talk. The Meet and Greet also very punctual and order, everyone so talkative to each other. There was awesome mix of intellectuals and camaraderie.
Really enjoyed the lecture. Peterson is great. Loses a star from me because it started about 30 min late, and also the seats are terrible. Felt like I was in the center seat on an airplane. Idk if those issues should affect my rating, but it’s my rating, so that’s just what I think.
When I first heard about the Jordan Peterson Tour when a friend posted that they'd gotten tickets for a date on the east coast. I found a date close by and bought our tickets using a presale code I found : ) When we got the venue, the wait was tolerable, yet I wondered, what is a VIP ticket? In any case, when we got through security and up the stairs we saw the VIP table and out question was answered. Though we may or may not have purchased one, I was surprised that we didn't see it as an option when buying. In any case the venue was just right, the staff did a great job and the audience was respectful and listened to Jordan with full attention. Jordan was insightful and dropped numerous nuggets for everyone to ponder, along with a dash of appropriate humor - we also really enjoyed Jordan's daughter Mikhaila Peterson opening up and hosting a short Q&A - hearing her share personal reflections on things she's learned from her dad and along her journey was the frosting on the cake!
Incredible experience!! Left feeling inspired and improved! Can not recommend enough!!
Dr. Peterson is an incredibly thoughtful speaker and we loved every second of it. It's refreshing to hear someone speak so eloquently and dispense wisdom in a very concise manner. Clean up your room! Be precise with your words! Stand up with your back straight!
Read his book, listen to the man speak, and you'll come away with a renewed sense of purpose and clarified direction. I will definitely be looking to attend again even if it's a drive away.
This was my first time at the theater and seeing Jordan Peterson. I'm so glad we got the VIP meet & greet package - it was well worth it! The content of the show was engaging and the theater was comfortable.
This man changed my life! Love his books, YouTube channel and so happy to see him live for the first time.
I've been listening to JBP for years, starting back when he was a relatively unknown professor at University of Toronto, and put all of his lectures on Maps of Meaning up on Youtube. I've followed him closely through everything he and his family have been through over the years, and am blessed and overjoyed to have seen him speak in person.
If you know Jordan Peterson, then you've watched his frequent videos and interviews on YouTube. Well, that's what you get. But I really enjoyed the live in person part of it. It's comforting to know the days of intellectuals going on the circuit giving talks is not dead. I'm so glad I went, got a VIP ticket, and got to meet him. What a night.
Jordan Peterson is brilliant. He takes you on a journey into his thinking.
The event ran smoothly without drama/protesters or too much delay despite the line that ran about 3 blocks to get in since the show was sold out and there were security checks. To see Dr Peterson in person was very special, and I was so glad I went. I left this event feeling like tammy faith in humanity was restored.
As a person who has been enjoying Dr. Peterson for many years, being able to participate in this event was extremely fulfilling. His genuine concern and passion for the well being of people consumed the atmosphere of the theater. I only wish I could have had him as a professor when I was in college. God bless the Peterson family and keep up the great work.
For my 40th birthday, I am going to see Dr. Peterson in Cedar Rapids in March. I live 3 hours away from Cedar Rapids but it will be worth it and i can't wait to meet him.
Got tickets to the d.c show in feb 2022, because I am located in Baltimore it was between D.C and Philadelphia. Looking at the venues and seating I decided on D.C at the Dar constitution hall. I cant wait to see this live after years of watching countless videos of his lectures/interviews/past tours, ect. Also wanted to add a questions on the 1 star review down below. I saw Dr Peterson last time he was in town and he was captivating and insightful. The only people who I have met that did not like Peterson, were those who admitted to never having heard him. If you are looking for inspiration, wisdom, honesty and hope this is for you.
Absolutely amazing, he dove deep into subjects directly affecting my life at the time and continues to be a force for self-development in my life, he spoke on arrogance and resentment specifically among many other topics, and I greatly enjoyed the talks, he reminds me to keep striving towards my better self and has gotten me much deeper into the subjects of philosophy, symbolism, and psychology.
This is a boom that brings balance to your psyche... A bottom up and top down intuitive approach through anecdotes, old stories, concepts, history, etc. to the challenge of life. I'm very excited to see Dr. Peterson speak in my city.. very excited...
Stay open. Stay curious. Stay learning. He may be the one that helps you save yourself, even if you think you don’t need any saving.
