  • Fantastic

by Garrison on 3/31/22Alabama Theatre - BirminghamRating: 5 out of 5

It was very cool to see Dr. Peterson in person and hear him grapple with ideas on the fly. What was even cooler is that he answered one of the questions that I submitted. Fantastic experience and would highly recommend.

    by J. D. on 3/31/22Alabama Theatre - BirminghamRating: 5 out of 5

Very thoughtful and insightful, I felt like I should have brought a notepad to capture the many ideas being shared. I would definitely go to see him speak again.

  • Love Dr. Peterson

by SharonG on 3/31/22Alabama Theatre - BirminghamRating: 5 out of 5

Dr. Peterson was amazing. Thank you to the beautiful Alabama Theatre for bringing such a wonderful man to Birmingham. The show was sold out, however, the crowd was ushered in and out of the venue in a timely manner. Wonderful show all around.

  • Dr. Peterson = fabulous; sound guys = not so fabulous

by Bonnie on 3/31/22Pensacola Saenger Theatre - PensacolaRating: 3 out of 5

Dr. Peterson was fabulous; I wish he could've talked a couple more hours. He had some microphone problems, and it just so happens my family and I sat next to the sound booth. The mic problem was fixed, but the guys in the sound booth couldn't stop talking. It was very annoying and I was very close to asking the usher to ask them to be quiet. But I didn't have to, and finally they stopped their chatting. I think it's important they need to know this for the next show at the Saenger.

  • Positive overall

by JP Fan on 3/31/22Alabama Theatre - BirminghamRating: 4 out of 5

Enjoyed it Wish the Q&A would’ve been the main event rather than the way it was structured. Merch package was embarrassing. A poster for $28+ with no mention of what the merch actually was disappointing

  • Jordan Peterson

by Jay on 3/31/22Alabama Theatre - BirminghamRating: 2 out of 5

Was supposed to start at 7:30 at 7:50 his wife came out and talked for a few minutes. Spent most of his time talking about his Russian art collection. He did bring up some interesting points, unfortunately I did not connect to the speaker on this night.

  • Better than mediocre

by Jon on 3/31/22Alabama Theatre - BirminghamRating: 4 out of 5

I traveled to see Dr Peterson from Orlando to Alabama. The venue was cool. My expectation was to hear him speak about his new book, Beyond Order. Instead, he spoke about 1 chapter. I’ll never be disappointed to see Dr Peterson. He has changed my life for the better in so many ways.

  • JBP in 2022

    by Harry L. on 3/31/22Alabama Theatre - BirminghamRating: 4 out of 5

He has certainly lost a bit of his edge from his 2017 self. But it was a delightful evening, nonetheless. Showtime billed as 7pm, but it started 8pm. His wife, Tammi, came out and spoke for 10-15 mins. Then introduced JBP, and he spoke for an hour. The room was captivated and he was so great. Then short 3 minute break and they then did a 15-min Q&A and that was all. Excellent! 4 stars.

  • Phenomenal evening with Dr Peterson

by Em on 3/31/22Pensacola Saenger Theatre - PensacolaRating: 5 out of 5

The venue, seating, company, and speaker made for an excellent experience. It was an evening and moment in time I was thankful to share with my family and other attentees.

  • Inspiring

by Denis on 3/30/22Pensacola Saenger Theatre - PensacolaRating: 5 out of 5

Jordan Peterson spoke on his Rule #7 "Work as hard as you possibly can on at least one thing and see what happens." Dr. Peterson is challenging and inspiring and brings together a diverse crowd who I think benefit from rubbing elbows with one another. The venue (Saenger Theater in Pensacola) would benefit from having better sound support as it was difficult for me to hear clearly. If they hung an inline array (rather than just a small array sitting on the stage) and aimed some of these at the high balcony... I think that would fix the problem.

  • Amazing as expected

by Morgan on 3/30/22Pensacola Saenger Theatre - PensacolaRating: 5 out of 5

It was an absolute treat to see Dr. Peterson in person. I hope he comes back to Pensacola sometime.

  • Amazing experience, deceptive VIP packages.

by Brick on 3/30/22Pensacola Saenger Theatre - PensacolaRating: 3 out of 5

I very much enjoyed the show. Jordan was great, and I was very happy to see him in my home town. My only complaint was being somewhat disappointed to learn that I didn’t have the correct VIP ticket. Perhaps just a little more clarification on the levels in particular.

  • Fantastic Presentation, Minor Technical Problems

by Chris Rosa on 3/30/22Pensacola Saenger Theatre - PensacolaRating: 5 out of 5

Dr. Peterson is a enthralling speaker and an exceptionally deep thinker whose presentations are presented sans notes as train-of-thought excursions into the the most fascinating recesses of our own psychologies, mythologies, motivations, and evolutionary processes relating to our species’ development of civilization and culture. As always, he delivered an astounding level of insight and breadth of information into these subjects, all while concentrating on only 1/12th of the subjects of his latest book. Bravo to the Saenger for hosting this impressive intellectual presence. Single criticism: Saenger’s personal audio system for Dr. Peterson kept cutting off, forcing him to request an audio fix mid-presentation — which broke his train of thought and denied us the conclusions to his preceding lecture segment. Bad showing, especially in light of his method of presentation.

  • Mediocre

by Tandall on 3/30/22Pensacola Saenger Theatre - PensacolaRating: 3 out of 5

I felt that Jordan was tired … not his best .. perhaps road weary( and that’s understandable ) I wanted to see him in person and have no regrets. …. But .. there is a lot to be said for Utube. I appreciate J P and applaud his insight and intellect. That said … this show was not a home run ( IMO)

  • Another evening well-spent with Jordan Peterson

by Bill on 3/30/22Pensacola Saenger Theatre - PensacolaRating: 5 out of 5

This was my third time attending a Jordan Peterson event. The venue was packed, mostly with young men but also quite a few young women. My wife and I were clearly in the minority along with the rest of the 55+ folks. That was very encouraging for me because all of Mr. Peterson's lectures deal with taking personal responsibility for your life. Begin with something simple... make your bed when you get up in the morning. Clean up the mess in your closet. Start focusing on your priorities. Find one thing you want to be good at and subjugate yourself to doing that one thing and giving it all your energy and attention. And then just see what happens. This was the topic of this event and it was met with loud and frequent applause. This man, and his ideas, have hit a chord with the younger generation. We are lucky to have him .

  • Pick an aim and stick to it

by Tara A on 3/30/22Pensacola Saenger Theatre - PensacolaRating: 5 out of 5

I love Jordan. I discovered him two years ago and thought if I could ever meet him it was be a dream. Well it came true. The lecture in Pensacola was transcending, the meet and greet was amazing. I'm still in awe I had the opportunity to sit in and be a listener in person finally. He changed my life and I'm grateful forever
