Disney Presents The Lion King (Chicago) Tickets

From the incredible opening to the final song, goosebumps! Amazed by it all. Didn’t know to where look first. Costumes, set design, music, actors ( or were they really well trained animals?!)

Choosing seats from the chart made it look like no row was in front of me. After selecting 5 seats we get to venue and find someone was in front of us! The prepaid parking ticket was a nightmare! Tried several conversations with Ticketmaster about what do I show to get into parking. Also not very explanatory to wear to park. I had the apt on my phone. Parked in wrong lot 177 wells street where I paid an additional $20, after already paying $20. With Ticketmaster. Very confusing. The lion king was wonderful!

I purchased 5 Orchestra Seats for Dec 18 performance as a Xmas gift or my family. This was the first pro-show we'd taken my 2 grandsons to see. One is 9 and the other 7. They were c ompletely and totally absorbed by all the action. And the animals coming through the audience was especially effective. It was a GREAT EPERIENCE not only for the little ones, but for the bigger ones as well. Arlene Bibbs PS we are thinking of taking them to see Aladdin when it comes to Chicago in May 2023.

I’ve been wanting to see The Lion King since it opened in New York but I’m happy I was able to see it here in my hometown Chicago. And it was Absolutely Amazing!!!! Thanks to the cast for a Wonderful Time!! Side note….monday the next day I watched the 1994 The Lion King while working and it was still Amazing!!! Again, Thank You!!!

I had trouble hearing this production. I thought is was just me, but my friend also had problems too. I texted a friend during intermission who had seen the matinee production and he even said he had trouble hearing as well. There was something off with the sound and microphones. It is most evident when the principal actors had solo moments or songs.

It was so groundbreaking w lots of amazing music and the props was decent too

3 generations shared this extraordinary experience. There was comedy, tragedy, singing, dancing and amazing puppetry. My granddaughter and I were in awe the entire time.

Saw this show about 25 years ago at The Cadillac Palace Theater. Some changes from original show but still relevant. Close captioning new and most helpful. Vocals and music were great

Lion King in Chicago was a wonderful experience. The music, costumes, actors , dancers top notch. I left the play feeling uplifted. I would see this play again!

I have seen this play 6x's and it gets better each time. I took my grandchildren 7,8, and 15 along with my daughter 42. The 15-year-old has seen it 3 times and so has my daughter each time my treat like this one. I love this play so much and the lessons it teaches and the importance of family. The actors are unbelievable, the sets are WOW!!!! The look on my grandchildren faces even the 15-year-old is worth the cost of Tickets, the Opening Act gives me chills each time I see it. I took 2 of my nephews 7 years ago along with the 15-year-old granddaughter it was great then and continues to be, I can't wait until my 3-year-old granddaughter to go in a few years.

Great experience. Very smoothly run event. Super for our 5-6 year old grandkids. We were particularly grateful for the boosters available to get the little guys up a bit.

Great show! It was simply amazing! We were seated in the dress circle. Seats had a gradual slope to them so we had some difficulty seeing but was very impressed with the location of the cushions to help gain some height. We are short so this is not a new thing for us, but sometimes the cushions are hard to find and you have to ask for them. This theatre had them conveniently located on carts in various locations.

Be Prepared to enjoy this Disney Classic The Lion King come to life on a stage with changing backgrounds and beautifully designed props and choreography that’s spectacular and of course the classic songs and story lines. And there are some new songs that mesh right into the story line—You definitely need to take the entire family

Costumes and puppetry were amazing. Some sets were disappointing to the point of distraction. Pride rock looked like nothing more than painted cardboard, when it was just the savannah it was almost nothing on the stage other than some pillars on the side with swipes of painted grass.

Everything about this performance exceeded all expectations! The music was beautiful, the actors were incredibly skilled, the costumes and set pieces were so intricate. I loved every moment. It was worth the money to go!

My daughter loves the movie Lion King, so she has begged me for a few years to take her to this show. The pandemic came and of course we were unable to see it. When they announced this year that show was coming back, I told her that we are going. This show was amazing and worth the wait. I didn’t know what to expect, but this show was fabulous. The artist, the costumes, the special effects was amazing. This is a must see performance. I’m glad my daughter was able to see the show live because she loves the movies so much. Thank you all for the wonderful experience.

The sound was extremely muffled and hard to understand. We had great seats, but it was overshadowed by the inability to hear the the speaking aspects of the play. For the amount of money we paid for our seats it was disappointing and hard to get through. Technical issues, especially something as important as sound, should be of upmost importance for productions as significant as The Lion King.

The show was incredible! It was my first time seeing it and it was very beautiful. I came in expecting a great show but it ended up being even better!

From beginning to end the show was great. I took my grand daughter and this was her 1st play, she said it was amazing! The songs, the beautiful costumes and the animal effects were fantastic. The entire cast captured us and took us to the pride lands. I would love to see it again and again.

It was awesome! I loved it all, the best costumes I've ever seen looked so realistic. The performances was Amazing can't wait to see again.
