The costumes, the characters where great! It was very entertaining and funny! I really enjoy The Lion King live.
Great costumes and singing. Could understand everyone! Worth seeing.
Lion King was great. My kids loved it. Great show for the whole family.
We saw The Loin King the last time 18 years ago and it is still wonderful.
This was not New York quality. It was too long, some singing and performing voices were weak. The animals were fun, always on the entrance. . The hyenas were funny. The Theater is beautiful, but feels small for the presentation. The costuming is intriguing.
Awesome experiences. My family enjoyed it!! Appreciated all the staff and crew to make a lifetime memorable experience. Was super excited to see ho they keep audiences engaged and as if they are fresh and doing it for the first time with no differences. Good job!! in making our 2022 Holiday always memorable
This play is great!! I’ve seen it before. It was just as incredible as the first time. My family joined me this time and they were amazed. We all had a wonderful time. I will see it again.
I took my adult daughters (ages 31 & 35). Watching the look on their faces was like watching them when they were little. They were in awe. Even I was taken back to the innocence of my childhood. We lost my dad this year and this was there perfect way to draw this year to a close. The beautiful music was so healing. We are all living the circle of life!
I absolutely loved this show ! The cast was amazing ! I was overly impressed with young simba and young nala ! Amazing talents all around
Enjoyed every minute. The show was so good. We laughed and cried. The actors were amazing. Would see it again.
The show was exceptionally wonderful. I attended the show elsewhere before and this time again. They were not 100% the same, added bits of this and that to make the show better or suitable for audiences at different countries. Love the show very much.
It was more than I expected. I would go see it again
I loved everything about the show! Beautiful voices, dancing, the costumes and props were breathtaking. I could watch this show over and over again. Such an amazing experience. Thank you!
This show is so amazing. The costumes and set designs are very creative and beautiful to see. Not only are the songs great, but the voices of these truly talented people are so wonderful. I cried in some parts. You don’t want to miss The Lion King at the Cadillac Palace!
Outstanding , spectacular live play. The production is spectacular with the many depictions of all the animals. A must see, many times. Awesome time and time again. My 4th time.
If you are a regular theatre-goer, then this is not the show for you. The crowd will be very amateur and break basic rules like talking throughout the performance... excessively more than any other show I have seen. This performance was also based on the Disney's Lion King, NOT the musical The Lion King so if you saw it in Chicago back in 2017/2018, this WILL BE a different version.
Having seen this play before, I looked forward to treating another set of grandkids to it. The incredible costuming and puppetry didn’t disappoint (although why Mustafa’s puppeteer was in green is a mystery). However, the production and storyline seemed to drag, even for a 13 and 16 year old and adults. The microphones for the main characters was too low at times and hard to hear.
After just returning from Africa, I had the opportunity to take my grandkids to see The Lion King. It meant even more to me than when I saw it many years ago with my own children! The opening scene brought me to tears, the plot made even more sense. It was great, BUT, people need to realize a couple things. We were at a 1pm matinee. There were many children in attendance. Lion King is a beloved children’s movie. I heard many adults complaining about the children making noise and even scolding us adults for explaining things to our children. You are not at an 8pm performance of Les Miserable. Have some patience. Maybe it’s their first theatre experience. Pick a DIFFERENT performance!
From the parking to the tickets to the show. Loved it all
Cast was colorful and beautiful. The story kept much the same as the original. Music was exhilarating.
