  • Amazing for kids

by Alex.M on 1/4/23Long Beach Arena- Long Beach Convention and Entertainment Center - Long BeachRating: 4 out of 5

My 6 years old was really excited to watch and next day still talking about it. Is great combination of Disney characters & light & music and very inexpensive.

I was very impressed by the employees working the show. The people selling, to the people guiding & seating people. Everyone was very friendly and professional.

The show was pretty short in comparison to others. Seats are foldable chairs and stacked on top of one another.

  • Seat was broken

by Mag on 1/4/23Long Beach Arena- Long Beach Convention and Entertainment Center - Long BeachRating: 1 out of 5

One of our seats was broken and nobody helped us out. How do you sell a ticket for a broken chair. We were sitting on section 113 row K. The very first chair was taped off.

  • Uncomfortable we had to leave early

by MJ on 1/4/23Long Beach Arena- Long Beach Convention and Entertainment Center - Long BeachRating: 1 out of 5

The show was amazing but couldn’t enjoy due to seats being so uncomfortable, our knees were basically by the ears of the people Infront of us. Behind us were kids who were sitting on parents laps but they were kicking our seats and shoes in our hair. We had to leave early.

  • Wonderful show, venue a problem

by PGK on 1/3/23Long Beach Arena- Long Beach Convention and Entertainment Center - Long BeachRating: 3 out of 5

Absolutely love Disney on Ice. I have been going for years with children, grandchildren, etc. I was so excited to take my youngest grandchild who lives far away from me that I only see twice a year. The line outside the Long Beach Convention Center to get in was ridiculously long. We missed at least 2 numbers just waiting to get in the door. At the door, they said my tickets were photo shopped which absolutely was not true. They were on the Ticketmaster App on my phone as I have used many times before. We had to delay further straightening this out. The line for the ladies rest room at intermission was also ridiculous. We again missed part of the 2nd act waiting to get through the bathroom line. There does not seem to be any help anywhere in the stadium to handle these issues. When I take my local grandchildren in New Jersey, we never have a problem.

  • Outstanding

by Justin Zeng on 1/3/23Long Beach Arena- Long Beach Convention and Entertainment Center - Long BeachRating: 5 out of 5

That show was extraordinary wonderful, with The Incredibles, Moana, Frozen, The Lion King, Toy Story 4, Aladdin, and the Disney Princesses.

  • Disney OnIce Road Shiw

by Tammi on 1/3/23Long Beach Arena- Long Beach Convention and Entertainment Center - Long BeachRating: 4 out of 5

We had a great time at the show. The skaters and the costumes were great. Loved the upbeat enthusiasm of the performers. The only thing that was not great was the sound. The music was good but it was difficult to understand what they were saying, especially during the pre-show performance. But all in all we had a great time and the tickets were affordable.

  • Great show

My kids enjoyed the whole show. They didn't stop screaming all night naming all the characters as they came out.

  • It was OK

This particular show was not the best. I’ve been to several Disney on ice events and to be honest this one was a little boring. On several occasions there was malfunctions with the screens in the back and that was a distraction to me. I know things happen but I could not keep my eyes off of it.

  • Terrible audio

    by g. c. on 1/2/23Rating: 2 out of 5

I attended Disney on ice: road-trip adventures on dec 30th at Long Beach sports arena, as a returning customer of Disney on ice I will say this was the worst show out of many I’ve seen. Audio was TERRIBLE!! we all could not at all hear what any of the characters and host were saying, even the soundtracks and songs sounded so bad. Hope this gets fixed because would could not enjoy the show at all due to the terrible audio quality :(

  • Great show terrible location

by Kevin2319 on 1/2/23Long Beach Arena- Long Beach Convention and Entertainment Center - Long BeachRating: 4 out of 5

Show was great. The Long Beach arena is dirty and disgusting though. Definitely won’t be back there.

  • Awesome

I loved it .I been going to Disney on ice since I was little now I’m all grown up and I get to take my son and enjoy now with him .

  • Venue Unorganized

by Alex on 1/2/23Long Beach Arena- Long Beach Convention and Entertainment Center - Long BeachRating: 2 out of 5

The show was great, but the venue was very unorganized. There was not enough staff to meet the demands of patrons. We waited in line for 45 minutes for 1 churro and a lemonade. They were not prepared for the amount of people attending the show. I will not be back, unfortunately.

  • Not the best this year…

by Eunice on 1/2/23Long Beach Arena- Long Beach Convention and Entertainment Center - Long BeachRating: 3 out of 5

My family and I enjoyed the show especially jasmine And Aladdin! But the show did not seem as bright and vibrant as other years, it also felt short and very rushed. The staff helping at the event was the worst! The people selling icees and popcorn during intermission wouldn’t leave the 1st level to attend us all in the balconies. The attendants selling things in the booths weren’t the nicest, everyone was rushed to leave and when asked if they could sell us a water the attendant said “no I don’t have any” and proceeded to block herself with a sign to show that she was closed for the night. Show ended about 9pm and by 9:20 every booth was closing. Even an older security said “say your goodbyes we want to go home too! Show is over so please leave” It wasn’t as inviting this year unfortunately it felt rushed and forced 💔

  • Great show.

by Emma on 1/2/23Rating: 5 out of 5

This is our second time going to Disney on Ice and we all loved it! I feel that this act has a lot more talking than “Dream big”. Regardless, we all enjoyed it. If you’re attending the Long Beach convention center make sure to arrive an hour early. We got there 30 min prior to the show and there was a very long line. There is only one entrance. Don’t make the same mistake we did.

  • disappointed

by Reed on 1/2/23Long Beach Arena- Long Beach Convention and Entertainment Center - Long BeachRating: 1 out of 5

Let me start by saying this is an annual event my family and I attend. Tickets state event starts at 7pm. After arriving shortly after 7pm, we had to waiting in a wrapped line to enter the building. Upon entering and grabbing seats at 740pm and catching The Lion King scene, intermission begins. After intermission, there is no way the event was 90min long. We walked out of the event at 830pm. After paying for 5 tickets, there is no way this event could’ve / should’ve started at 7pm. Majority of the guest were outside in the line. Definitely a disappointment, my daughters were ecstatic to attend Disney on Ice. This will be our last year attending. If I could rate this 0 stars, I would.
