literally the most amazing show i have ever seen highly reccomend and im not even a child
My family are fans of Disney. I took my 14y/o daughter and my 7y/o niece. 1) Items and food are VERY overpriced. I paid $20 for a plastic crown (no lights or anything) w/ cotton candy and $38 for a light up wand. 2) I would say most seats are decent seats. You can sit pretty much anywhere and see the whole show 3) The show itself...It was OK. My 7 y/o really seemed to enjoy it however myself and my 14 y/o said it was nothing special. A couple great moments but definitely not worth the $250 we spent on 3 tickets! In the end I may take a YOUNG child but other ages, not worth it.
I have a special appreciation for performers and athletes on ice! I have attended numerous Disney on Ice performances through the years from when I was a child to now being a parent. Road Trip Adventures was cute but not my favorite show. Things I liked: The show reflected more crowd/guest interaction than normal. They drove a car pulling a small trailer for chosen guests to ride around on the ice stage. They projected photos of children/families from the crowd on the big screen monitors for everyone to see. And they had lucky chosen guests sitting on a platform on the corner of the stage where characters could skate right up to and talk to them. One thing I didn't like: the Aladdin skit. They chose to reenact the live action version of Aladdin. Jasmine's song was hardly responded to by the crowd. It's dramatic and not "fun". We had 5 kids in my group that night and none of them had even seen the new live-action version. Then, the show blasted "A Friend Like Me" on the big screen monitors. Literally watching the song from the movie on the screen. Did we come here to watch a movie, or to see people skate? Made me think it was such a waste for what could have been a truly fun and magical performance. Overall, the show was still great! Ice skating is always cool to watch. The skaters were full of energy and the acrobats are always fun to watch.
The show was great for the kids (2 and 4). They loved seeing their favorite characters in “real life” and hearing some of their favorite songs. The scenes were the perfect length and so was the show. I was disappointed in the sound. We sat in the first section and it was very difficult to clearly hear the music. I don’t know if it was the arena or the show production but I was disappointed. Overall the show was great for the kids.
Ticket prices, snacks and souvenirs are extremely expensive. I can only imagine a family with several kids it being impossible to attend
The line to enter was extremely long. The location needed a lot of repairs. The music music was not loud enough and the lines for the food took to long that missed part of the show.
It brought my inner kid out. It was honestly an amazing show. I must say my favorite part of the show was frozen.
Started off wrong. The view shown of tickets purchased were at the lower level. The tickets ended up at the upper level. And to make it worse the sound was awful. It was muffled and could not understand what the characters were saying. Poor quality sound. I don’t understand how a major corporation as Disney could produce such a low quality sound experience.
The audio was not clear. You could barely make out what they were saying.
Absolutely loved it! Disney did not disappoint, brought me back to my childhood❤️
Line to enter was really packed, took us around 35 mins to get in
The seating was terrible. The way things were set up, the audio and video was really poor where our seats were. We were at the Long Beach Convention Center section 206 row J seat 4,5,6. Couldn’t understand any of the songs or what the hosts were saying. Very disappointed
Show was a blast but, the sound was very low. A lot of people couldn’t understand the dialog.
The event was fantastic everything was on point and all the characters are very friendly. They all have done a great job because they made it seem effortless but it took a lot of work for them to make it wonderful. Thank you so much crew for the experience
It was OK. I expected more. I’ve been to other Disney on Ice shows. This one was a little disappointing. No story line. Felt rushed.
My 4 year old had a great time. She LOVED it. Would definitely take her again.
We missed half the show because the venue did not have the staff to support the event. Outrageous long line upon arrival with only 3 doors open for entry. By the time we were seated the show was 45 min in. Poor sound quality. The show can be wonderful, but the Long Beach theatre failed, leaving us with an overall bad experience.
It was great to see that our kids were really enjoying the show♡ All of the performances were so fun and just great to watch! Popcorns, cotton candies for 20 dollars/each with cheap looking bucket or tiara were too expensive.. we got them anyways. lol (Popcorns were really yummy, though) The arena was smaller than we expected, so the skating rink was right there :) Also, it wasn't cold like we thought. Overall, we had a great time and would love to watch more shows at Disney on Ice♡
I went with my mother and my child. It was such an awesome show for all 3 generations!
The show itself was amazing. The venue was not quite up to par. I paid $20 for a respado. The cups are not high quality and easily broke. There wasnt much of a pizzazz or twinkling. Actors were really great. The show was mesmerizing. I just wish it would of been a better environment for the tickets I got.
