Disney On Ice is intended for a general audience. All guests ages two and up are required to have a ticket. Children under two are admitted free provided they sit on a parent or guardian’s lap. Some arenas may require all guests, regardless of age, to have a ticket. Please check with your local venue for exact details. 

Disney On Ice events are casual and family-oriented. Guests may dress as their favorite character but not pose for pictures or sign autographs for other guests. Costumes and costume masks may not be worn by guests 14 years and up.

    The toys in the front had unnecessary high prices. Could be much better and people would buy it. Thanks for making the parking lot on a reasonable price. Beautiful Disney event.

    My granddaughter was super excited to be sitting in the seats below the suites at the Amway Center. Between the tablet, comfy chairs & table to being able to order from a menu and have it delivered to our seats was definitely one of the highlights of the event. She was pleased with the view of the rink to see her favorite Disney characters.

    My 5 year old grand-daughter and I have been to, this makes our 5th Disney on Ice. Prior to this event we attend shows in Tampa Florida at Amalie Arena. This was our first trip to Orlando and Amway Arena. The venue HAS A LOT TO BE DESIRED! Comparing to the other events Amway did not hold a candle to the organization Amalie Arena demonstrates. We attended the pre-show to meet Moana from 10 AM to 10:45 - the doors did not even open until 10:05 AM and still at that point no one could be sure which door of the arena we were suppose to enter through. When we finally found on our own where we were suppose to be for the pre-show it was 10:30. I paid and additional $65 for three of us to spend 25 minutes with Moana. That experience wouldn't have been worth $25 a piece. We will never do that again (this has not been offered in Tampa so wanted to see what it was) Very Disappointed. As far as the show itself my grand-daughter and I both agreed it was the best show we have seen. There was much more variety and a lot more characters to enjoy throughout the show. We will most definately be attending future shows, probably only when they come to Tampa.

    I have been taking my daughter to this show for 11 years and every year it gets better! Hard to believe but Disney never disappoints us. We will continue to go every year and cannot wait to see what next year will bring.

    We bought two souvenir tags through the page of Ticketmaster in addition of our tickets, they were supposed to send them to our house and never got them, two little disappointed kids.

    It was awesome to watch both my children, ages 8 and 1, fall in love as soon as they seen Mickey. Being a big Disney family, the show was so worth it. Recommended for families with kids.

    The show was very good! Great combination of skating, Disney characters and Technology. Argument was a little off though, and there were some boring parts as they took the time to get some VIP’s into the skating rink. The Mickey’s band story line was boring, and seems a little forced just to accommodate the participants. But overall was a good show with magic and entertainment Disney Style...

    Everywhere you looked, lights, color, and beautiful artistry was seen! It was a truly captivating show visually, both for me and my 2 1/2 year-old. Song choice and segments from the various movies were nicely planned. It never felt like too much of one thing. Mickey and friends brought the fun.

    Disney on Ice has become my new favorite thing. Seeing the expressions of the kids when their favorite characters come out, butterflies when MY favorite characters came out, the amazing acrobatics, the interactive storytelling, and I could go on and on. I don’t think I could have asked for more from the show and hope everyone enjoys it as much as I did.
