    Unhappy with seating

by TB on 2/22/24SAP Center at San Jose - San Jose

The Disney On Ice show great. My only complaint is that I paid extra to be closer to stage, but did not realize it was floor/chair seating. I would have never purchased the tickets if I knew we were on the floor as it was difficult for the little ones to see over adult heads. I would have preferred to be higher up with a better view.

We really enjoyed the show. I took my husband, adult son and his family which includes 2 grandchildren. I didn't think my 6 mo. old grandson would really get it but his little head was on a swivel. All the lights, snow and characters. He enjoyed it as much as his 2yr old sister. My 31yr old son was singing all the songs to his son. So cute.

    Amazing show for all ages!

    by Lollygagon82 on 2/22/24Golden 1 Center - Sacramento

I bought the tickets for my 4 year old daughter who is obsessed with Frozen. She was absolutely mesmerized, was full of pure joy the entire time, and loved singing along to her favorite songs. As an adult, it’s been over 30 years since I’ve been to Disney on Ice, and I was seriously impressed! All of the extras they put into the performance, a bit of humor, flying and swinging in the air, pyrotechnics, I loved the entire show. I will absolutely be buying tix for another Disney on Ice for the whole family to go!

Not as good as I was expected

by Minnie on 2/21/24Golden 1 Center - Sacramento

Of course, the show I think was very good. I took three people with me, one was a four-year-old granddaughter. Normally she is not sensitive to sound. She had me cover her ears for most of the show. Maybe because I was in the second row on the floor, I paid extra money but I think my situation actually was worse. Also, a 6 foot six 250 pound man was in front of me. I didn’t even consider that when I purchased the very expensive tickets on the floor. The actual show, other than it being a little loud, and I had an obstructive view was actually very good, especially Sven. He was so cute. And all of the people interacted nicely with the audience, which was also nice good music, great dance, and skating. Just a little bit too loud, so note to self. In case I can get the front row, never try to get one of those expensive seats on the floor.

    Great show, bad timing.

by Lauren on 2/21/24Golden 1 Center - Sacramento

I thought the show was fabulous. My only issue with it is that the “pre show” was a bit long and the break in between the shows (Frozen and Encanto) was too long. My 4 year old and I were Both getting antsy and she is pretty patient. Other (some younger) children around us were worse off and began their tantrums by the time Encanto [finally] started. I would Suggest having one show only (frozen OR Encanto) and just making either one like 15 min longer rather than doing the double feature.
