  • Show amazing, audience not

by JParkin on 1/17/23Footprint Center - PhoenixRating: 4 out of 5

They got us in and seated quickly and easily. We were about 14 rows up from the ice. The show was phenomenal, more than expected with lots of fun. Audience participation and great acrobatics (unexpected!) and view. Only problem was all the folks coming in late and constant up and down changing seats, getting snacks, etc all around us through the whole show. There is an intermission. Folks next to us were drinking too much and cursing about prices, making fun of characters, etc. Not the shows fault, but maybe a request to stay put once the show starts (I get it, kids, but still) and I dunno-maybe don’t go to a Disney show if you feel the need to get drunk while you’re there.

  • It was ok

I have been to many Disney on Ice performances is this by far the worst one. There was really no story behind anything, the character just came out for a short while and left. The costumes seemed very minimal with no effort. This show felt extremely short, even with the long intermission. These shows are meant for small children, and children do not like to wait so adding an intermission does not seem like a good idea for a children's show. I was definitely not satisfied with the money I spent, $60 dollars a ticket did not seem worth it.

Great show!! Really fun and entertaining! The characters really interacted with the crowd and did a great job of keeping the energy. So many characters came out and made it a great night!

This was my first time at Disney on Ice. I'm glad all my favorite characters were on the ice. My 17 year old son enjoyed it as well.

  • Nice and Quick.

by ABond on 1/17/23Footprint Center - PhoenixRating: 5 out of 5

My kids and I loved this show. I hadn’t been in so long. The theme was great! It was so nice to see all of the characters and sing along. The song choices were great and the length of the show was perfect for little attention spans.

  • The show itself was good.

by Bessa on 1/16/23Footprint Center - PhoenixRating: 4 out of 5

My 4 year old loved it and was very engaged. The price for everything outside the show was insane though. Snowcone, 20 dollars, and it was literally an ice block. Backdrop pictures with a character cardboard cut out 38 dollars. That's insane. So show was pretty good. Everything else, very disappointing.

  • It was okay

by Bubbles on 1/15/23Footprint Center - PhoenixRating: 2 out of 5

We took our 6 year old was very excited because we knew Mickey was going to be there since he didnt get to see him when we went to Disney. When we got there my child wanted popcorn or cotton candy and I got say the prices were outrageous $16.00 cotton candy bag was blown up with air for it to look like it had lots. Every item was very expensive imagine the prices for the toys. Okay when the event started super excited as the show went on it was disappointing to be honest never like a wow moment. just for an idea my child was falling asleep and was ready to the leave the show, saying mom I’m bored 😐 honestly with all the money that is being made for this event things need so much improvement. The kids need wow! Moments it should magical to where they talk about it all night. Then another thing costumes omg ! Can use major upgrades

  • Amazing & magical!

by Amon on 1/15/23Footprint Center - PhoenixRating: 5 out of 5

I love the couple skiers and the opening of Mary poppins. One I was a little expecting more was elsa’s part it didn’t feel powerful just a bit lackluster but that’s my critic talking. But it was still fun and interactive with the crowd and families/friends and I enjoyed seeing the dads get more excited than the kids. And venue wise I didn’t enjoy seating on the foldable chairs if we can see that on the map or know it would be nice. Seeing all the Disney princesses and characters come out as well was the cherry on top!

  • Improved

by TK on 1/15/23Footprint Center - PhoenixRating: 4 out of 5

We haven't been to DOI since pre- covid, This show was one of the best. I really enjoyed the storyline and how they included a lot of acrobatics. Those skaters are multitalented. I've never seen so much crowd participation- but guessing they only chose people who had close to the front seats. Wish more arena vendors were open to reduce lines. My family had a blast.
