  • Gppd show

Ticket price was reasonable. All extras at the venue were outrageously expensive. The quality was very substandard and disappointing. I find it easy to say no to the grandkids when faced with high price, low quality. The show was very good.

  • Amazing

by Ashley on 1/19/23Footprint Center - PhoenixRating: 5 out of 5

Took my almost 4 year old & she was absolutely amazed! Shouting out the characters names. They did a wonderful job portraying pieces of the films and the choreography with the songs was just beautiful! Would go again 100x over.

  • It was good!

I bought these tickets as a birthday gift for my sister. We had a lot of fun. We were a little disappointed we didn’t see Encanto.

  • Disney on Ice was Nice

by Editor 4 Nursing on 1/19/23Footprint Center - PhoenixRating: 5 out of 5

Loved every single thing about this. We were on the ground by the ice (2nd row) and I will always opt for the best seats available. Great music, skating, and performances. Fun for all ages, and just the right length of the show too.

  • Kiddo Enjoyed, Audio Terrible

by Rocky on 1/18/23Long Beach Arena- Long Beach Convention and Entertainment Center - Long BeachRating: 3 out of 5

The performances were great; my 10yo enjoyed it a lot. The downside: the audio in the venue was terrible. The music was okay, but the talking was nearly inaudible. Not sure if was acoustics or the sound system, but I could only comprehend about half of what was being said. Seat locations also were a little misrepresented on the seating chart during purchase. We were much closer to the end than I expected from how it was represented on the chart.

  • Loved it.

Aladdin was the best. Second was lion king. The only one that was a little outdated would be the Mary Poppins..

  • Wonderful show

by Happy Grandma on 1/18/23Footprint Center - PhoenixRating: 5 out of 5

Took my three and a half and 5-year-old granddaughters to see Disney on ice. It was a first time for all of us and it did not disappoint! The girls were mesmerized! It was very, very entertaining and kept their interest to the very end. What those characters can do on skates is amazing!

  • Its an awesome entertainment for children

by Disneymom on 1/18/23Footprint Center - PhoenixRating: 4 out of 5

Its an awesome entertainment for children with family and friends. I suppose theres no way security would know but there was a lot of "free seats" in front of us so a family with a dad over 6ft sat right in front of us after intermission. Obviously those weren't their seats because they went to go check their original seats to see if they left anything. Overall, the show was great. Overpriced food and drinks as expected. I'd do it again!

  • I took the granddaughters and family we had a wonderful time

  • Fantastic

by Gramma on 1/18/23Footprint Center - PhoenixRating: 5 out of 5

I was skeptical about the disney on ice show but I went with my grandkids. Five of them, 5 years old and younger. They were mesmerized and SO exicted to see all of their favorite characters. As an adult, I too was so engaged, from the snow falling, to the lights on the ice that made the themes come to life and the acrobatic artists doing such a beautiful job. Made my heart happy to see the kids' eyes light up as they sang along....... A great experience for all of us - we will definitely be going again!

  • Fantastic

by Grammy on 1/17/23Footprint Center - PhoenixRating: 5 out of 5

The Disney on Ice show was a wonderful experience for all ages! The music and amazing costumes made me want to revisit all of the Disney movies. The skating and choreography was amazing. The grandkids loved the acrobatics high above the ice! Looking forward to going again next year!

  • Enjoyed the show

by Babs on 1/17/23Footprint Center - PhoenixRating: 3 out of 5

The show was slow to get started. The emcees were not likable and wasted a lot of time in the beginning. We really enjoyed the show once it got started. The biggest downfall was the ridiculous prices for souvenirs and treats. $20 for a small Icee, $18 for popcorn in a small plastic bag, $35 for a small stuffed Ariel doll. Multiply by 2 for bringing 2 grandchildren to the show. Really Disney?!!!!! All that in addition to spending over $400 for the tickets. This will definitely not be a yearly event for us.

  • Don’t Miss This!

by Jaz on 1/17/23Footprint Center - PhoenixRating: 5 out of 5

Wow, what a joyful experience! The level of skating, the costumes, the music, it was so special. Decided to make this a Christmas gift to my grandkids starting last year. Last year was fine and we enjoyed but this production far surpassed last years. My grand babies cried when it was over, they didn’t want to leave and all of us “adults” found ourselves singing along, clapping and cheering, as loud or louder than the kids. Already looking forward to next year. I strongly encourage folks to stop spending money on toys that break and rarely live up to child’s expectations and instead, invest in making memories that will last a lifetime. Disney on Ice gave us these memories and can’t wait for more!

  • Show amazing, audience not

by JParkin on 1/17/23Footprint Center - PhoenixRating: 4 out of 5

They got us in and seated quickly and easily. We were about 14 rows up from the ice. The show was phenomenal, more than expected with lots of fun. Audience participation and great acrobatics (unexpected!) and view. Only problem was all the folks coming in late and constant up and down changing seats, getting snacks, etc all around us through the whole show. There is an intermission. Folks next to us were drinking too much and cursing about prices, making fun of characters, etc. Not the shows fault, but maybe a request to stay put once the show starts (I get it, kids, but still) and I dunno-maybe don’t go to a Disney show if you feel the need to get drunk while you’re there.
