  • A great family outing.

The kids really had a great time at Disney on ice!

  • Happy day for my family!

by Prin G. on 10/28/25SAP Center at San Jose - San JoseRating: 5 out of 5

It was my kids' first time watching the show, and they were very happy and excited. My child with ASD was also able to enjoy it.

  • Awesome!

Kids had a wonderful time! Super happy with the show!

  • So so

by Maddy on 10/26/25SAP Center at San Jose - San JoseRating: 2 out of 5

It was good but a lot of merch inside was extremely overpriced. Not even a lot of items in Disneyland are that expensive. I seen so many parents upset with there kids due to not wanting to buy what the child wanted what made it kinda sad because all kids there should have been happy . I myself forced myself just to see my child happy and spend 38 dollars on a wand that didn’t even let out bubbles

  • Encato

by Auntie on 10/21/25Oakland Arena - OaklandRating: 1 out of 5

The first part was too short. I don’t know if comparing this to last years Mickey’s search party but I was not impressed. The second part was ok but was disappointed.

  • Super fun

They captured the story perfectly, for anybody who is a fan of the movies you will definitely enjoy it, costumes are beautiful. Hopefully sometime in the future, there can be a section for adults and older children or ages of 4+. Crying babies are never enjoyable, so hopefully this can be implemented.

  • Disnwy of Ice Frozen/Encanto

by SL Resident on 10/19/25Oakland Arena - OaklandRating: 4 out of 5

The Frozen part seemed too long, and the Encanto part should've been longer.

  • Amazing Show

    by Cheriaz04 on 10/15/25Tucson Arena - TucsonRating: 5 out of 5

Disney did not skimp on this production. My grand-daughter and I greatly enjoyed the show. We had literally had front row seats, by the ice. Great seats. If I could do it differently, I would go up a few rows, as there was water melting from the ice that was on the floor under our seats. It was a mess, water wise. I would book seats at the end of the ice and not on the side. I feel we would have had a better view. Again amazing show. So glad we went.

  • Awesome

by Grammie on 10/14/25Tucson Arena - TucsonRating: 5 out of 5

The show was great as usual. I do suggest they tone down the fog machine. It was hard to see olaf and other characters skating. Otherwise a wonderful time.

  • Don't buy ahead

by Overpriced on 10/14/25Tucson Arena - TucsonRating: 2 out of 5

We paid $100 a seat for the higher seats in the arena when it was on 'sale' esrlier in the year only to find out they sold the same tickets for $15 the same day. We were so high we could see the snow and fog machines along will all the movement which took away the 'magic'. For what we paid, we could have sat front row if we just waited until the week of. Was very disappointed for the amount of money we spent thinking it would be a 'disney experience'.

  • Super cool effects very entertaining

by Nic on 10/14/25Tucson Arena - TucsonRating: 5 out of 5

Having been on Disney on Ice in years! So glad I brought my 4 year old. Loved every minute of the show. Super cool effects very entertaining. Second part of the shoe might be a little long for younger kids in the audience.

  • El Encanto was boring.

by Deb on 10/14/25Tucson Arena - TucsonRating: 3 out of 5

Frozen was awesome. El Encanto was quite boring. My grandkids asked to leave.

  • Love it

  • Great experience!

    by Andie B on 10/13/25Tucson Arena - TucsonRating: 5 out of 5

It was a great experience taking my child there for the first time, I highly recommend.

  • Amazing and worth the money!

    by Mrs. G on 10/13/25Tucson Arena - TucsonRating: 5 out of 5

The ice skaters were amazing. The colors were beautiful. I think I enjoyed it more than my 5 and 6 year old daughters. The price was reasonable for the seats we had, which gave us a great view. Would go back again!

  • Love Disney on Ice

by Francis on 10/12/25Tucson Arena - TucsonRating: 4 out of 5

We go to show ever year and truly enjoy it. This show was good but I believe last year's was better...more of all Disney. As far as TCC well new parking pay is good but still congestion in parking garage in and out issue. However we will continue family tradition and hopefully share with grandchildren some day. Thank you for all the family events!!

  • Magic of Disney

by Grandmama on 10/11/25Rio Rancho Events Center - Rio RanchoRating: 5 out of 5

Great show for the grandkids. Love to see Mickey had friends.

  • The show was great

by Maggie on 10/7/25Rio Rancho Events Center - Rio RanchoRating: 4 out of 5

We were able to get good parking and our seats were perfect. The show was great and captivating. May only complaint is that as I looked at the website, it said we would be allowed to take drinks and snacks in just no crushed ice. It recommended that you freeze your water bottle. We did that and took a small bag with a frozen water bottle and a Gatorade and some nuts and granola bars. When we got there we found out that no food or drinks were allowed.. That was disappointing and we felt that the information should be consistent.
