  • Excellent show, exceptional venue

by Nana Gina on 11/19/25Mountain America Center - Idaho FallsRating: 5 out of 5

Although the show was superb...The Mountain America Event Center went above and beyond for my family to accommodate my terminally ill granddaughter, who is in a wheelchair.

  • Great 1st half

by WyomingDis on 11/19/25Mountain America Center - Idaho FallsRating: 4 out of 5

The first half of this show is phenomenal all the kids loved it! Because well Frozen and Elsa! Then 2nd act was Encanto, as an adult I love it but many of the kids around me were pretty done with it. There also was never a “wow” factor that expect from Disney either

  • Two thumbs up

by Mildred on 11/18/25Mountain America Center - Idaho FallsRating: 5 out of 5

Loved it! Worth the money! My daughter and I were entertained the whole time.

  • Amazing

Amazing show! Myself my 6yr old and husband saw the Idaho falls show and we were very impressed. So much fun.

  • Beautiful/Expensive

by Mimi on 11/18/25Mountain America Center - Idaho FallsRating: 5 out of 5

The show was amazing. My grands truly loved it as did the adults. However, $25 for a snow cone, $20 popcorn, $45 for a stuffed animal puts this venue out of reach financially for the majority of Americans. I saw a lot of tears from little ones and parents struggling to tell them no.

  • Great Family Entertainment!

by Great Family Entertainment on 11/6/25Golden 1 Center - SacramentoRating: 5 out of 5

We took our 4 year old Granddaughter to this event, and all 3 of us had a great time! The venue itself was fun, and we got some nice pictures of us on the way in. The show was broken into 2 parts - Frozen was act I, followed by an intermission, and the Encanto was act II. Both parts of the show were very well done, and the intermission was very timely. We had just enough time to hit the bathroom and get some food before the show resumed. The whole experience was great!

  • Wonderful!

    by Cay on 11/6/25Golden 1 Center - SacramentoRating: 5 out of 5

We took our toddler (2.5yr old). It was interactive and magical. It captured her attention. We saved some money bringing a light up bubble wand and a toy in so we steered clear of the expensive souvenirs. It was a great experience!! The ice skaters were all amazing!

  • The best Disney on ice yet!

We’ve been to many Disney on Ice shows. This was by far our favorite

  • Good experience

A professional network of performers. I had no idea it was going to be done so well.

  • Disney On Ice Nov 2025

    by Annonymous on 11/5/25Golden 1 Center - SacramentoRating: 2 out of 5

My girls and I go twice a year when Disney on Ice come into town. This was one of the most lack luster ones we've attended. The vibe wasn't there and the show didn't have the same magic and upbeat energy it usually has. This isn't the norm, but I was surprised by it. Now Feb 2025 was hands down one of the best shows we've ever been too in the last 16 years.

  • Wanted more

    by Nikishia on 11/5/25Golden 1 Center - SacramentoRating: 3 out of 5

For the most part Disney on ice was good I felt there could have been more. I feel that frozen 2 should have been apart of the show also I felt Encanto could have been better it left me wanting more .

  • It was great family time

    by Mai on 11/5/25Golden 1 Center - SacramentoRating: 4 out of 5

We love the Frozen part and we did not familiar with Encanto so half I the time we were just waiting it to end. We hope Disney on Ice combined More popular show/character. Overall, we had a good time.

  • Great experiance

We had an amazing time. I brought my 4 year old niece for Disney on ice and we added the meet and greet. She had a great time and was even selected to dance at the edge of the ice (on the platform). She was so shy but couldn’t stop talking about it afterwords. 10/10 best experience ever!

  • Magic on Ice

  • No bad seats

by Mama of a princess on 11/4/25Golden 1 Center - SacramentoRating: 5 out of 5

I was skeptical going to our first Disney on Ice event with a 3 year old. Would she be entertained? Would I? Could we see anything with the cheapest tickets? Should I splurge on the lower level? Will it be too cold? Short answer, I will be going again as soon a I can! The show was wonderful and enjoyable for my toddler and I, we had the cheapest seats in case I felt like leaving, but that stadium felt like we saw everything! We dressed moderately warm (me with pants and a long sleeve shirt, toddler in a princess dress with long Jon's). My only regret was forgetting our mickey ears at home!

  • Not worth the price

    by Mom on 11/4/25Golden 1 Center - SacramentoRating: 3 out of 5

I purchased 4 tickets to the show and went with my daughters 4 and 6. The energy was really fun and the kids had a great time. The show was packed. Wall to wall people with most concession stands not open. This is a kids event and they were selling alcohol. Seems unnecessary. The seats were really gross. Food on the floors, food on the seats. The bathrooms were gross and some had no toilet paper. It seems like Golden 1 Center needs more staff. The show was cute but too expensive for what it was. I would bot go back again.

  • Fun for the whole family

    by Rachel on 11/4/25Golden 1 Center - SacramentoRating: 5 out of 5

took our grand kids, 5 and 3, to see Frozen. They loved it.

  • Enjoyable but….

    by MVC on 11/3/25Golden 1 Center - SacramentoRating: 4 out of 5

It was our big family event for October right before Halloween so we were all excited to see Disney on Ice again after so many years. It was also my granddaughter’s first time to see the show. She really had a great time and enjoyed it so much. However, compared to the Disney on Ice shows we saw in the past, this one seems to be missing something! The previous shows had a theme and would present different parts of Disney movies around that theme. But this one only had 2 stories. The production was great as usual but there was just something missing. 😊

  • Amazing!

    by Shatovia on 11/2/25Golden 1 Center - SacramentoRating: 5 out of 5

I lost my kids’ father while I was pregnant with our twins. His birthday is 10/30—the same night Disney On Ice opened, featuring Encanto. From the first song to the last skate, we sang and danced our hearts out. Instead of drowning in grief, we got to celebrate his life. The performers were incredible, the music lifted the whole arena, and my kids’ smiles said everything. Thank you, Disney On Ice, for giving us the joy we needed to honor Robert’s birthday. We left with lighter hearts and beautiful memories.
