Terrific show. Disney never disappoints. Music, skating and choreography were beautiful. My 9 year old granddaughter loved it as did I.
My son and I took my 7 year old granddaughter and her 5 year old cousin. They were engaged the entire show and loved seeing Disney characters come to life. The event staff were fantastic and friendly making the experience even better. One of the kids is on the spectrum and we never had to use the headphones or had any issues. Thanks to everyone for making this a wonderful experience for all of us.
Took my girls (age 2 & 4). Both enjoyed it immensely & so did the adults. The encanto was our favorite; great music, great performance. We enjoyed it all!
Second year in a row bringing both my U5 girls! Sat in the same seats, a little higher for better vantage point. Intermission is a child killer- so plan snacks and attention ideas before second act starts
I have been to several Disney on Ice shows. This has got to be one of my favorite. I loved how they condensed the movie into their popular hits. Very cute! It was also awesome how most of the princesses came out at the end. Great job by Disney! Kudos to the staff that helped people find seating as well! Overall great job and will be back again!
I loved Disney on ice so much that I wanted to go back for a second show the next day. It was so entertaining and fun. Very well produced. I did not want it to end. My only recommendation is that Elsa’s ice castle should be larger and more dramatic since it’s the big scene and so beautiful in the movie.
We enjoyed it to the fullest! We love everything from the show to the snacks. It’s so much fun getting to dance and sing a long with all the characters.
This has been the same exact show for at least 4 years now. It’s predictable and outdated. We have been every year for over 15 years and are so tired of it constantly being the same show, even the same gift items. Everything. We have decided we will not be returning next year if it is the same movies.
Took my 2 daughters (age 4 and 9). It was amazing and they loved it all, as did I. The show was so cool, the interaction with the skaters was wonderful. Definitely going to come back to watch all the other shows Disney on Ice has to offer. I have to note, my favorite for Frozen was Kristoff, Olaf and Sven, they had us laughing and it was just awesome!
Very well put together show my five year old and myself enjoyed it very much 😊
The show was disappointing. The audio system was hard to hear and the story line hard to follow. It was like watching people in costumes skate for an hour and 45 minutes. Definitely would not recommend for most 5 year old boys. He was very bored and wanted to leave.
The show was great. It told the stories just in a condensed way. The singing and acting was great. The character representation was awesome. The show could’ve been a bit longer as it felt short and rushed, Especially if you’re coming from out of town.
Disney on Ice with Frozen and Encanto was amazing! We were dazzled by the experience from beginning to end. The skaters did an amazing job acting out the stories and the special effects and props were equally awesome! Well definitely come back again.
Great interactive shows for kids and adults to enjoy. My daughter and godson enjoyed it and so did I
You know it's good when it captured a toddlers attention for the entire show. Not specific to the show but highly recommend having ear protection for little ones. We didn't but our arenas guest services had them for free, just leave a credit card or ID for collateral.
the seating for the show is not in regulation. we were in Row 108, then the row in front of us was great. Then row 106 was the same level at 107 (row in front) so you would not see through the people that were sitting in rown 106 because they were on the same height as our row. It was very inconvenient and not only were we disappointed but the guests in row 107 were also disappointed. They should leave that row empty for a path way, rather than filling that row with 8 people to make $400.
This show was more than we could have ever expected. Highly talented performers and cool tricks! We had no kids with us and we were still very impressed.
We had 6 children at the event. They were in awe with the entire show. 6 great grandkids really had a great time. Good access and plenty of extras also.
My granddaughter had the best time. We sang all the songs together.
I purchased an aisle seat in section 203 (seat 16/17 row A) according to the Ticketmaster map. However, it appears there were some changes and some kind of suite was made in section 203. There is no entrance to section and I had to enter through the nearest section and pass all the people who were already seated holding my toddler. I purchased these tickets only days before the show so if prior changes were made to the arena they should have been reflected on the map. Very frustrating and disappointing.
