  • Amazing

by Chris on 10/7/25Rio Rancho Events Center - Rio RanchoRating: 5 out of 5

Honestly I didn't think I'd like it as much as I did. I thought it would be just like other cartoon shows but Disney on ice was amazing. Not only did my girls enjoyed it. We all did and would go again in a heartbeat. It is something for the whole family to enjoy. The skaters were amazing.

  • Very fun and entertaining experience

I loved everything about both performances. I highly recommend. Prices aren’t bad either!

  • Not up to my expectations any longer

by Jimmyfam on 10/6/25Rio Rancho Events Center - Rio RanchoRating: 3 out of 5

We go every year and I think this year left a lot to be desired. We had the character meet and greets and I feel like it was poorly put together. I do appreciate the little games they had for the kids but it did feel rushed and like there was not much to do. We also sat front row and I think past shows we're more versatile. I understand there were less they could cover because they went into depth on the frozen and encanto stories but I think that really limits the viewers and not everyone got to watch something they were looking forward to. I personally love the coco show and was looking forward to it but was disappointed it was not shown. I think the best shows I've seen cover at least 5 movies.

  • Confusion

by ChipmunkMS on 10/1/25Bridgestone Arena - NashvilleRating: 2 out of 5

People working the event did not know how to give us directions to our seats. We had seats on the floor and had to take an elevator down to the floor because I have to use a scooter for mobility. I paid over $400 a ticket for 6 tickets and we missed the first 10 minutes of the show because the people working the event did not know how to direct us to our seats. Then I could not connect with my parking ticket that I paid $99 for. I had to pay for parking again when I got there.

  • Wonderful

by Judy on 9/30/25Bridgestone Arena - NashvilleRating: 5 out of 5

We had a wonderful time and it wasn’t as packed as usual, but it was a good crowd. The children dressed up and they looked amazing. The performance was great also and they did a fantastic job. The show was fantastic.

by Katie on 9/29/25Bridgestone Arena - NashvilleRating: 5 out of 5

So well put together! Holds the attention of both children and adults. Same great story and music with a few twists to keep you guessing! High quality, great show! Such a fun night!

  • Amazing

by Sireen on 9/24/25Little Caesars Arena - DetroitRating: 5 out of 5

We loved every minute. Great show!! Great seats and great fun!

  • Outing with the grandkids

by Jones on 9/24/25Little Caesars Arena - DetroitRating: 3 out of 5

Took the grandkids 4 & 9. Parking in the garage was close. The show itself was short and sweet. The kids thought it was ok but they were not WOWED. Lots of overpriced disney merch. I've always wanted to see a Disney on Ice show but once was more than enough

  • Amazing for all

by Amber on 9/24/25Little Caesars Arena - DetroitRating: 5 out of 5

The show was absolutely incredible. The skaters were phenomenal and engaged with the crowd a lot. The kids absolutely loved it! My only complaint is that little Caesar’s Arena charges 4 arms, 3 legs and a baby giraffe for concessions and extras. You’re going to make money. Keep family events affordable.

  • Magic on Ice

by Dion on 9/23/25Little Caesars Arena - DetroitRating: 4 out of 5

The show was great, the kids were mesmerized from start to finish, the only thing stopping this from being a 5 star rating was the pricing, this is a kids event, I would like to see food and some souvenirs for the kids at a reasonable price, Hot Dogs were $8.99, souvenirs were $48 just for a Frozen Light, the average family cannot afford those pricing, possibly offer a special, hot dog, drink, chips and a small souvenir for all kids to enjoy this experience.

  • Not much focus on skating for skating show

by Meh on 9/23/25Little Caesars Arena - DetroitRating: 2 out of 5

After five years, we're kind of over the Frozen segment. But for being an ice skating show, there was not enough emphasis on the skating. Encanto section was cute, but left a lot to be desired for it to be a skating show. Could have been a middle school play with a bigger costume budget.

  • Great for the whole family!

by Bugg on 9/22/25Little Caesars Arena - DetroitRating: 5 out of 5

My husband and I along with our 3 year old daughter absolutely loved this show! The fact that they made it snow was an amazing effect & the casting of the characters was spot on! Highly recommend it!

  • Enchanting, amazing, magical!

by Aleksa on 9/22/25Little Caesars Arena - DetroitRating: 5 out of 5

Absolutely fantastic! Seeing Frozen live, and on ICE is something so special! Watched twice, even better the second time

  • Likes and dislikes with improvement sameness

by Hammertime on 9/21/25Little Caesars Arena - DetroitRating: 5 out of 5

We all loved it especially my daughter lily. We did notice some characters were missing in both shows but we figured it was to help with time ⏲️. We wonder if you would ever just to one full show of like a movie like frozen

  • Floor box seats not worth the money

    by Hd02 on 9/17/25Dow Event Center - SaginawRating: 1 out of 5

Bought floor box seats 8&9 and the whole show we manly seen the back of the performers. Goofy came to our side a couple of time but Mickey and Minnie never once came to our area except to leave the ice. They didn’t look or way in our direction. My child was so sad Mickey didn’t way at him. Also I bought a program and there is only 3 pages that actually are of things we seen. A waste of money. I bought it to see things that happened there not other shows Disney has.

  • Amazing!!

by Not your typical Disney mom on 9/17/25Dow Event Center - SaginawRating: 5 out of 5

We sat ice side and couldn’t recommend it more!! The seats were amazing and the show was so well done! We are crazy Disney people but I would definitely do it again!
