It is a high energy, amazing show. Based on a true story, this shows stirs up many emotions. It brings back the tragic events of 9/11 but uplifts you with the generosity of kindness of the Newfoundland people. The second the show was over, the entire audience was on it’s feet cheering!
This was an awesome production!! Saw it at Fisher Theater in Detroit, MI, and truly loved every part of it.
This show was spectacular. I had no idea the people of Gander were so generous with their resources and friendship. Especially these days when so much reporting revolves around people treating each other poorly, I love a story of hope, love and friendship - even in the midst of the most devastating event in recent US history. Loved it!
We got tickets last minute and I am go glad! It was a wonderful musical! I could hear the words up in the upper balcony. Thank you for a fun evening! J

A truly incredible show. I highly recommend to anyone who enjoys wonderful music, exceptional acting, really creative staging, and a heartwarming true story -- basically, I recommend this show to anyone!
We had seats in the upper balcony, and could still see and hear everything without obstructions. It was sometimes difficult to understand the individual words, as the speech was very fast, and with accents, however, this was very minimal. The show was wonderful . . . very well performed by a small cast with lots of heart! We enjoyed it immensely! What a fantastic true story . . . focusing on the loving humanity of people from the other side of the world, and the lasting bond of friendship created by giving from the heart to those who began as total strangers. Loved it! We had no problems with our tickets, and accessibility at the Fisher was excellent. (We were at the Fox a couple weeks earlier, which was definitely more complicated.) About 20+ minutes into this performance, several people came into our row and the row behind us, which was very distracting and inconsiderate . . . and they weren't very delicate about it, but there's probably not much that can be done about that!
Absolutely amazing!!! Such a fun, uplifting, emotional show. Go see it.
The show was excellent. Upbeat music, humorous, compassionate and the change of characters within the actors flawless. It showed the good of humanity in the face of horrible tragedy. I like to see many changes of background in a show and they did a great job of that too!
Come From Away was joyful, uplifting and so cleverly staged. It made me proud to be Canadian!
One of the best plays i’ve Seen in a while..minimum staging just added to the charm of the play. A feel good production, that leaves you proud to be a Canadian, and restores your faith in people being genuinely kind
This play had it all. Lots of talent. I cried and laughed.. It was amazing that so few people performed all those parts. I loved it and would see it again. I even teared up as I was telling somebody else about the play. Enlightening and wonderful dancing and culture.
Play was fantastic! I learned a lot and enjoyed how the simple set moved around as did the actors. Well done!
This is a place for the books! Everyone told me you would laugh and cry - simply have a wonderful time and it was true! This moving story is one of the best plays/stories I have ever seen.
This musical is a shot in the arm of hope for humanity. On one of the darkest days, the sacrificial love of our neighbors to the north is a shining light! The staging and versatility of the actors is a sight to behold. This show is a Don’t Miss!

Come From Away blew me away! I didn’t expect much and had no idea how the events could be made into a musical. Was I ever surprised! The story moved right along. Staging was very interesting. They captured the interest of the audience, and touched emotions in us all. Thanks for a great experience!
This was the best show that I have ever seen. I laughed.....I cried.....I enjoyed every minute of this beautifully written show.
