Doja Cat on Tour
If you've heard Doja Cat spit her game then you already know what kind of confidence and swagger she brings to her delightfully vulgar and wholly visionary combination of rap, R&B and pop. The Los Angeles star sounds on top of the world whether she's goofing on her viral novelty hit "Mooo!" (in which she pretends to be a cow) or laying down the law for would-be lovers on "Rules": "Said play with my p***y, but don't play with my emotions." All of that style and substance carries over to the stage, where Doja Cat gleefully works the crowd swathed in wigs and clothes that complement her loud and kaleidoscopically shifting vocals. Blessed with the rugged and raw mike skills of a veteran MC, and the high-flying mind of a pop auteur, Doja Cat throws shows that fans and newcomers alike aren't quick to forget.
Doja Cat in Concert
Doja Cat was born Amalaratna Zandile Dlamini to a South African actor (he appeared in the Whoopi Goldberg film Sarafina!) and an accomplished Jewish-American painter. She grew up primarily in the suburbs of Los Angeles, channeling her early desire and talent for performance into dance: tap, ballet, jazz, breakdancing, etcetera. But she discovered music before finishing high school and hasn't looked back. Inspired by her teenage love for marijuana, she named herself Doja Cat and self-released a spacey soul-meets-rap cut called "So High" in 2013. By the end of 2014, she would be signed to RCA, hear that same song on an episode of Empire and drop her debut EP, Purrr!. Boosted by viral challenges along the way, Doja Cat's songs slowly crept into the mainstream as her approach became more polished. Her 2018 full-length Amala zeroed in on a winning combination of unabashed sexuality and unrestrained creativity, while 2019's Hot Pink album, with guest spots by Tyga, Gucci Mane and Smino, showcased an artist whose skill for smart, often hilarious rhyme-spitting had grown in lockstep with her ability to craft unique pop songs powered by hooky melodies.

Doja’s an amazing performer and if you haven’t listened to her album Scarlet I suggest you do because she performed all the album tracks. I had an amazing time :)
LOVE IT, SHE NEEDS TO GO ON TOUR AGAIN LIKE FR AHHHH❤️
Having been to other high octane rap concerts like Tyler the Creator’s CMIYGL tour and Kendrick Lamar’s Big Steppers Tour Feat. Baby Keem, I have to say that Doja Cat’s Scarlet Tour holds her own up against her male counterparts. Her stage presence and energy reminds me of being on the front barrier back at Kendrick’s concert, despite being in the lower 100 section. Despite the lack of lavish costume changes or a complicated set design, Doja Cat keeps you on your feet from the moment she emerges on stage. Bonus points for all the pyrotechnics which could probably rival that of Rammstein. Give Doja her 10s!!!
To sum this up very brief, Doja had such a great staff, crazy good energy and having Ice Spice as an opening was the cherry on top! Super dope show. This was my first ever concert so it set the bar high!
This was my first ever concert and I went with my older sister. Having this be my first concert makes me scream knowing I saw Doja IN PERSON literally so close to me. Our seats were right on the floor in the front section of the stage 7 rows away and when I say I had the time of my LIFE. It being my first concert and it also being Doja?!?! Like come on. The lighting on point, dancers on point, her outfit on point, vocals on point, everything was just amazing the experience she gave us was 💋🤌👩🍳.
GIRLL WHEN I TELL YOU I LOST MY VOICE FOR 2 DAYS ILY DOJAAA
I didn’t even realize she didn’t change outfits because she kept us at the edge of our seats. She was that good! She is truly amazing. I loved her before but I’m addicted to Doja now.
This concert was AMAZING!! The dancer, the stage set up everything about was just incredible, 10/10 would recommend if you been wanting to see Doja cat cause I sure got to cross that off my bucket list❤️
This was an amazing show, No matter where you sat in the stadium she was very visible. For her first tour she did an amazing job. Many artists still struggle to creat such a great job. Doja is absolutely incredible. I can’t wait to see you on tour for the next album!
The woman obvi put her everything into this show. I know she is talented, but seeing and hearing her organically raw, unfiltered, and without accompaniment was incredible. She is truly gifted with the art of performance. As expected, I was not disappointed. Unfortunately, we were late due to horrendous traffic, so we missed Ice Spice. Great experience, nonetheless!
Doja put on such an amazing show. The concert itself was like a whole production. All the dancing and visuals were so great. You can really tell she works hard and put all her energy into this tour. She sung her heart out. Her and Ice Spice sound EXACT to their recordings.
The lights, the sound, the performance, the dancers… Ice Spice as Doja Cat’s opener? With my daughter? I couldn’t have asked for more!
Ice spice opened for her and oh my God she was so much better in person and Doja Cat herself. She gave so much energy. She was so fun. She looked like she was having fun. The props were everything, and at one point her boot covers started slipping off of her legs, and she kept pulling them up so instead, she just sat down and talk to us for a second And it was so memorable. This is my first concert ever and this is convincing me to go to as many as humanly possible. I love Doja Cat.
This was the best concert I’ve ever been to the energy she gave off to how she paid attention to me in the crowd was everything to me I’d give everything to relive that night!!! I love you dojaaaa
such a good concert, nice lights, pretty baddies. amazing vocals exactly what i was hoping and more 😍
doja cat was amazing!!!!! she was born to be a performer and it shows. even during the few songs i was not familiar with at the time she put on a great show i never wanted to look away for a second. 10/10, 5 stars im so glad i saw her live ❤️
Doja put on a SHOW. She was a woman possessed. The dancing, the visuals, the giant eyeball?! She sounded great and her energy was limitless. The set list wasn't my favorite, but I didn't even care because she and her dancers crushed every song. Would love to see her again.
So I got annoyed of how long we had to wait for doja… over 40 minutes after ice spice. It’s Wednesday night, I work woman. Also short show but it was a nice show once it started.
Her performance was amazing, the all set and vocals were from other world 10/10 one of my fav shows for this 2023 🩷
