Rema Live In Concert

Born in Benin City, Nigeria, Rema found fame at the young age of 18. He grew up singing and rapping all throughout grade school -- it just came naturally to him.. In 2018, Rema posted a freestyle on Instagram of him singing D'Prince's track, "Gucci Gang," and it ended up going viral. D'Prince saw the video and decided to fly Rema to Lagos to offer the artist his first record deal. Rema then signed with Jonzing World -- a subsidiary of Mavin Records. In 2019, Rema topped Apple Music charts in Nigeria with the release of his first EP, Rema. Stardom continued to rise after his song "Iron Man" ended up on former President Barack Obama's 2019 summer playlist. But his rise to fame didn't stop there. Also in 2019, Rema released his first music video for the song "Dumebi" featuring an appearance by Nigerian fashion model and fashion influencer Diana Eneje. The video has since garnered more than 55 million views. Following the release of two more EPs, Rema released his debut album titled Rave & Roses in March 2022. The 16-track album features guest appearances by prominent artists such as Chris Brown, 6LACK, AJ Tracey, and Yseult. The album topped the Billboard Afrobeats chart within the first week of its debut.  Rema has since been nominated for and won numerous awards, including being nominated for the Viewer's Choice award at the 13th edition of The Headies. In 2020, Rema also earned the Soundcity MVP Awards for Best New Artist. That same year, he was nominated for Best Viewers Choice: International Act at the BET Awards.

    Just loved it!!

The whole show was fun and vivacious. The singer was energetic and delivered a regal of a performance. The venue was clean and staff were visible in all areas. Just loved it and will most definitely return again.

Rema was great. Venue was not

    by Chika on 8/21/23

Rema put on a great show. Venue was not fully opened. Top right side of balcony was closed and would have been great for us to have space and a better view

    Exciting Party Type Of Feel

    by Issa on 8/20/23

It took long as hell for Rema to come out but the DJ was playing bangers back to back. Others and I started to sweat before Rema even came out from dancing. Victory was good but when Rema came on boi was really interacting with the crowd and the crowd was engaged I loved it sm!

More of a stand-up show than a concert

    by MJ on 8/20/23

Rema barely sang. and when did it wasn’t even the full song. He was talking to the crowd a lot and singing random songs rather than performing songs that are actually from the album. Rema is my favorite artist and this is my 3rd time seeing him, but I have to say I was very disappointed with the concert. I know he can be an amazing performer, but I’m not sure why he cut LA short.

It was a great concert! Rema brought the vibes and had everyone dancing and singing! And the venue was a good location too, comfy seats and easy to find seats!

    Great vibe!

    by Sonny on 8/18/23

Pre-show was a party! However for a middle of the week show, had hoped Rema would have gotten on stage a bit earlier. Great time while it lasted. Was disappointed not to be able to stay until the end of the show.
