ADAM CAROLLA is best known as a comedian, actor, radio personality, television host and NY Times best-selling author. He currently hosts The Adam Carolla Show, which holds the Guinness Book of World Records title for “most downloaded podcast," and was recently a star on NBC's Celebrity Apprentice. His latest book, Not Taco Bell Material, was released in June 2012 from Random House Publishing.
Adam started The Adam Carolla Show podcast with only a computer and a microphone from his home office in February 2009. That year the podcast was named iTunes #1 Podcast of 2009, and it has only grown since then. The podcast receives more than five million downloads a month and has been featured in Fast Company Magazine, Entrepreneur, The New York Times, and The Los Angeles Times. Adam’s immediate success prompted him to launch an entire online network, ACE Broadcasting in February 2010, which produces many of iTunes' top podcast programming.
Adam became a New York Times best-selling author when his book, In 50 Years We'll All Be Chicks, topped the charts for ten weeks. The audio version went straight to the #1 position on iTunes and remains there today. His new e-book, Rich Man Poor Man, is now available on iTunes.
Before running his online empire, Adam hosted The Adam Carolla Show on CBS radio stations in Los Angeles, Portland and Las Vegas. The four-hour weekday morning program was syndicated in several major markets, including Seattle, Sacramento and Fresno.
Adam has also starred on ABC's hit reality series Dancing with the Stars, hosted Comedy Central's Too Late with Adam Carolla and starred in TLC's The Adam Carolla Project, which chronicled the renovation and subsequent sale of his boyhood home.
Following brief stints as a skilled carpenter and boxing trainer, Adam began his career in radio after answering an ad seeking a boxing instructor to train then radio personality Jimmy Kimmel of KROQ's Kevin and Bean Show in Los Angeles. He eventually joined the show's repertoire as “Mr. Birchum,” a wood shop teacher. Adam’s success on KROQ led to a hosting job on the nationally syndicated radio program Loveline with Dr. Drew Pinsky. MTV developed a television version of the show, which was co-hosted by Adam and Dr. Drew for five seasons (1996-2000). The duo also authored The Dr. Drew and Adam Book: A Survival Guide to Life and Love.
With his partners Daniel Kellison and Jimmy Kimmel, Adam heads Jackhole Industries, and created and starred in two hit Comedy Central shows, The Man Show and Crank Yankers.
A native of Southern California, Adam currently resides in Los Angeles with his wife, Lynette, and their twins.

He was horrible !! That's all you need to know. Don't waste your time or money.
He smacks everyone with a little reality in a funny way
Consistently funnry throughout. Gave a long show which is good. Only complaint were those boneheads Petros and Money.
The closing segment was the best! Brilliant Adam as always.
Would have gotten 5 stars...cause he was awesome...Funny!.... and Petros and Money were good too. the seats were too close together...and we were packed like sardines. That was my only beef!....Good job Aceman!
I basically went to this event because my friend is in love with Adam Carolla. I never cared too much for his humor. But after seeing him live, I will definitely go to see him again. He basically says all the things that I think regarding how crazy the world is. He makes such valid points with great humor. I loved it!
I enjoy his podcast, bought his book (a digital and a hardcover version) and had been waiting for a chance to see Adam in concert. When they announced the show, I bought 5 tickets and took some friends to see him earlier this year. They had a good time, but I was bored out of my skull because all he did is get on stage and tell the same jokes and stories that you've heard 100 times if you are a fan of his or listen to his podcast. There are several comedians that I'm a fan of and will see every time they come to town, but my expectation is that at least 60-70% of the material will be new stuff. Adam is excellent at Improv so even if he would have gone on stage, taken questions from the audience, and improv'd his show as it went along then that would have been great; but instead you could tell that he went through a canned act consisting of stories that he's been telling since back when he was on the radio (down to the showing his SS statement and saying how much he made each year which he's been doing for at LEAST the last 5 years). As I said- I'm a fan of his podcast so it's not like I have a bone to pick with him; but I feel like if you do listen to his podcast you are going to leave very disappointed and are better off saving your $65 a ticket (which is 2 or 3 times more than what you pay for other comedians like Dave Attell or Bill Burr who are writing new sets each year) and listening to the free podcast; because he isn't breaking any new ground at his shows or even interacting with the audience and going off script. It felt like he was going through the motions to do his 55 minutes, get off stage, and get back home.
We loved Adam's show. It is the second time that I have seen him, and he hasn't disappointed. There we some technical difficulties due to his regular Mac operator not being able to make the show, but it made for even more comedy. This isn't the type of show to go see if you want to see someone do a comedy routine of set jokes. He just gets up there and talks, and involves the audience in a round of "what can't Adam complain about." If you enjoy his podcast, you'll love him live. I will pay to see him every time he comes to town.
Adam was his typical complaining self...of course their is no one better at pointing out every little thing that is wrong with the world and the people who inhabit it than Carolla. He definitely reused some material from his book, but the majority I had never heard before.
Adam is a crowd pleaser, and does not disappoint. His combination of stories, jokes, and 'visual aids' are classic. It was also a pleasure to meet him in person after the show.
Huge fan. This is the third time I have seen his show. I read his book. I listen to the podcast every day. Watched the Car Show and was a fan of the Man Show, Too Late with Adam Carolla and the Adam Carolla Project. It was good but; however, he was much better at the shows at Caroline's in New York. Sorry Ace Man
I love Adam and was looking forward to a new show. I saw him several months ago in the Poconos and was expecting this holiday themed show to be new material. Other than a holiday themed "What can Adam Complain About" it was the same material. If you haven't seen him check it out, if you have seen him don't expect anything new.
Adam was awesome.. as a listener of his podcast i was not dissappointed. My friend who went with knew little about him and loved the show. LOVE ME SOME ADAM!!!
Great show! So funny! Awesome seeing Ace in action. Can't wait to see another live show from him again. He offers more jokes, rants, and insightful outlooks on stage than his podcast.
Great show! I recommend it to any fan of Adam Carolla. He does like to use curse words so you need to be prepared. Otherwise, the show was AWESOME!
funny but not as good as I expected. seemed Mr. Carolla was a little off that night
My wife and I had a really nice time, we were still laughing in the car on the way home.
Amazing show, would go again in a heartbeat!!!! The Ace man is the best!!!!
Save your money. The guy wasn't funny. I think he named dropped Jimmy Kimmel as his friend two dozen times, as if knowing a funny guy would make his routine funny. It didn't work. I don't want to be cruel, but the fact is that it didn't seem like the guy wanted to be performing.
