ADAM CAROLLA is best known as a comedian, actor, radio personality, television host and NY Times best-selling author. He currently hosts The Adam Carolla Show, which holds the Guinness Book of World Records title for “most downloaded podcast," and was recently a star on NBC's Celebrity Apprentice. His latest book, Not Taco Bell Material, was released in June 2012 from Random House Publishing.
Adam started The Adam Carolla Show podcast with only a computer and a microphone from his home office in February 2009. That year the podcast was named iTunes #1 Podcast of 2009, and it has only grown since then. The podcast receives more than five million downloads a month and has been featured in Fast Company Magazine, Entrepreneur, The New York Times, and The Los Angeles Times. Adam’s immediate success prompted him to launch an entire online network, ACE Broadcasting in February 2010, which produces many of iTunes' top podcast programming.
Adam became a New York Times best-selling author when his book, In 50 Years We'll All Be Chicks, topped the charts for ten weeks. The audio version went straight to the #1 position on iTunes and remains there today. His new e-book, Rich Man Poor Man, is now available on iTunes.
Before running his online empire, Adam hosted The Adam Carolla Show on CBS radio stations in Los Angeles, Portland and Las Vegas. The four-hour weekday morning program was syndicated in several major markets, including Seattle, Sacramento and Fresno.
Adam has also starred on ABC's hit reality series Dancing with the Stars, hosted Comedy Central's Too Late with Adam Carolla and starred in TLC's The Adam Carolla Project, which chronicled the renovation and subsequent sale of his boyhood home.
Following brief stints as a skilled carpenter and boxing trainer, Adam began his career in radio after answering an ad seeking a boxing instructor to train then radio personality Jimmy Kimmel of KROQ's Kevin and Bean Show in Los Angeles. He eventually joined the show's repertoire as “Mr. Birchum,” a wood shop teacher. Adam’s success on KROQ led to a hosting job on the nationally syndicated radio program Loveline with Dr. Drew Pinsky. MTV developed a television version of the show, which was co-hosted by Adam and Dr. Drew for five seasons (1996-2000). The duo also authored The Dr. Drew and Adam Book: A Survival Guide to Life and Love.
With his partners Daniel Kellison and Jimmy Kimmel, Adam heads Jackhole Industries, and created and starred in two hit Comedy Central shows, The Man Show and Crank Yankers.
A native of Southern California, Adam currently resides in Los Angeles with his wife, Lynette, and their twins.

Adam does a great job and I will definitely see him again the next time he performs in St. Louis!
Adam Carolla is my hero and amazing. Always hilarious, even if I've heard the story before <3
Carolla used a lot of material from his podcast, but seeing him in person and getting to shake his hand was worth the 6 hour drive.
Very funny and entertaining. Smart comedy at its finest. Adam is a wordsmith and very quick-witted.
He was great! Witty, funny, and charming as usual. The only complaint was that the venue didn't have drink servers coming to our seating section. Other than that the performance was super!
This show was hilarious! My cheeks hurt from laughing so much!
Much of the material was the same as last year. It was good but i was hoping for more new material.
Second live show I've benn to and this one was just as good as the first. Will definitely see him again next time he's in town
Didn't really know what to expect but was surprised. Not just funny but though provoking as well. Made an impression, and would recommend. Adam chronicles his rise to fame which gives hope to struggling artists.
Hilarious! Adam is a great story teller. If you are worried that he just retells stories from his book, don't worry. The material is all fresh - with a blend of stories around old bits with Jimmy Kimmel. Looking forward to his next book.
Adam was great, but rude audience members carrying on conversation whole show put a damper on things.
He was great! I got the tickets as a Christmas present for my husband and I laughed almost more then my husband.
Dope as all hell... Show was on point - typical hilarious Adam Carolla. Venue was pretty alright too!
This show was awesome. I hope he comes back again.
Had an awesome time! Great seats! Amazing show! And I met Adam after the show! Best time ever!
Example: Coldplay was unforgettable!!! That Carolla dude is a comedic genius!
Great show! Nice view even though I was in the 2nd balcony/cheap seats. Adam was hilarious as always!!
just ok. I didn't appreciate the jokes about Mexicans and Gays. Especially the comments made about the retarded were disturbing. Why knock down others to make people laugh? There are plenty of every day instances to draw from that are humorous. Would have liked to hear more about projects he's worked on in the past and his stories.
I drove from Olympia to Portland to catch this show. He was funny but I had heard 80% of what he said in this show during his podcasts over the last few months. I was hoping for some newer material and rants. The show lasted about 90 minutes. It seemed like there could have been a short warm up performer that could have gone on first. Overall was a good time. I recommend to anyone looking for something different than the usual try to hard comedians that are a dime a dozen.
