A Christmas Story: The Musical (Touring) Tickets

Great show turning a classic into a wonderful musical! Would go again next Christmas too to get into the holiday spirit.

The plays rendition of my favorite holiday movie was done very well. The child cast was GREAT!

Had a wonderful time seeing a Christmas Story 12/23 at the Hippodrome. The show was amazing and captured all the memorable scenes from the movie. It definitely was a fun holiday adventure!

After having watched about 20 minutes of "A Christmas Story" live on Fox a couple of years ago, I was a little concerned that this would underwhelm. Thankfully, I was wrong. "A Christmas Story, The Musical" was absolutely wonderful. It was the perfect holiday play. What was even more interesting was, as a musical about Christmas, there were no Christmas carols in the show (until the last scene), but that didn't matter. The amount of Christmas "cheer" that comes out of this play is every bit as good as the movie. The song and dance numbers make it even better! The Hippodrome is a wonderful theatre for a play. This was our second time going there for a play, and Wells be back sooner or later for more. Thanks for a wonderful Christmas play! I would totally recommend that you go see this! 🎅🎄

This musical was cute. We happened to book the last showing on a Sunday but unfortunately they used an alternative fill-in actor for Ralphie--the lead role, and he looked nothing like him. The actor previously used in the show was a spitting image of the character, and well seasoned. The actor thay filled in had black hair and sang like the boy version of Annie but on a Nick Jr show. Disappointing. Felt ripped off honestly. Had i known i would have skipped it.

Most adorable kids. Heart warming. Perfect performances all around. I had never seen the movie. Afterwards, I watched the movie. I will remember the play most of all.

I was a little skeptical about how they would turn this iconic movie into a stage play. I was pleasantly surprised. It was very well done. The narrator was great and the songs were good. They included all of the important scenes from the movie. It was funny and we really enjoyed it.

This show was one of my favorites! I love the sings and dance but the acting of the show was better the I expected! I hope it come back next year!

This show had all the ups and downs of the movie. It was phenomenal performance with such a riveting cast. The children were great, hardly a fumble or forgotten line that could be pointed out. My son, who is seven, was on the edge of his seat. He was captivated by the songs and the dancing. It is hard to keep his attention span longer than 5 minutes. The tap routine was one of my favorite. Also, the costumes were very well put together and the sets were spectacular and so well done.

Excellent show!!! My favorite parts were the dancing with the leg lamps and the teacher tap dancing. Incredible talent!

Phenomenal performance!!! All the actors were exceptional. Definitely recommend this to anyone who loves the movie. Way better than I could have imagined. We had front row seats and worth every penny!!!

Show was spectacular and extra kudos to the kids in the cast. What Talent! BRAVO!!!

Well done from beginning to end. The set was great and the musical pieces were well done!

What a wonderful way to celebrate the holidays with my family. Good family fun, so much talent, really lifted our spirits and put us in the holiday mood. Would highly recommend!

What a great show. The cast was amazing, the children were wonderful.

I took my 12 year old nephew to see A Christmas Story for his birthday. He loves the movie. This did not disappoint! We had a wonderful time! He loved it and I loved it!! Very funny and heart warming and stayed pretty true to the movie. We both left feeling ready for Christmas! I highly recommend!!

Our happy family “masked” event was made much less enjoyable and unsafe by many audience members who flaunted the rules on mask wearing. A large group of them near us covered neither their nose or mouth as their mask rested under their chins. Mask requirements are a policy but unless enforced make going back to the theater unsafe and unwise. Allowing the audience to bring refreshments back to their seats allow those who wish to, circumvent the mask rules by slowly sipping a drink throughout the entire performance. Unsafe and foolhardy.

This was one of my favorite Xmas movies, so wanted to see this show. It was depicted just as the movie and having a narrator really helped. Wonderful show! Go see it!

Had a wonderful time with my family at the musical. The cast, set and crew were all incredible and we laughed the night away.

Super fun show, with a great cast and catchy songs. The child actors were all fantastic and really made the show! Theater was very clean and employees were very good at making sure safety protocols were being followed at all times.
