About

Rock N Roll is fun, or at least that's the idea. That they are able to get back to that core concept is one of the great joys of Black Veil Brides, and one that fans latched onto as the Andy Biersack lead Hollywood quintet emerged as D.I.Y. phenomenon in 2009. Yes, the Brides Ð who along with Biersack includes Ash Purdy, Jinxx, Jake Pitts, and Christian Coma-- have a look that is a Goth take on the over-the-top glam of late '70's Kiss and mid '80's Sunset Strip, but their message is far from ironic. From their debut with 2010's We Stich Wounds to 2013's sprawling concept album The Wretched and Divine: The Story of the Wild Ones, the band has always shown a deep emotionalism to go along the riff-heavy, fist pounding excitement.

And then there are those concerts: ticket buyers can expect nothing less than complete commitment from the Brides. Indeed, Biersack famously broke three ribs on stage and at another tour date, then smashed his nose falling off a drum riser at another. Of course neither injury even slowed him, much less stopped the show. It that kind of damn-it-all resolve that got Biersack named Revolver's Greatest Living Rock Star in 2012, and one of the many qualities that make the Black Veil Brides a band able to restore you faith in rock, in all it's fun, fury and fire.

    Great Performance, Sound Difficulties

by Brooke on 5/6/24Fillmore Minneapolis presented by Affinity Plus - Minneapolis

The artists put on a fabulous show but I had some difficulties hearing the lead singer in all but one of the four bands. It seems like the cordless mics just weren’t getting enough signal. I appreciated the option to upgrade tickets at the event to access seating prior to the show. Also it was super convenient that the venue was right next to the Element hotel. Overall a good time ❤️

Band was awesome, as always, crowd was…different

by Jkohn24 on 5/5/24Fillmore Minneapolis presented by Affinity Plus - Minneapolis

I love BVB - see them anytime they come anywhere near the Twin Cities. I’ve seen them over a dozen times and they are a fun, hard rock band - but usually there isn’t a mosh pit for them. There were 2 times during the evening (1x during Ghostkid and 1x during BVB) when songs had to be stopped and someone dragged out of the pit - either too drunk or high or hurt or both. That’s lame - there were people in the pit just looking to hurt people or get hurt themselves. When one kid is just letting other people throw him across the pit and into other people that is just stupid. Dance, jump, mosh, whatever, but don’t ruin it for others who actually like the band, know the songs, and don’t talk through piano solos and act stupid. And for those of you (like the dork who said this to me that night) who say - it’s a rock concert, don’t come up in the middle of you don’t want to get pushed - I’ve been to more concerts than you ever will and a good mosh pit is fun and people look out for each other - but these all ages shows where kids get high, obnoxious, and disrespectful to the band and other fans ain’t fun.

    Best show!

by Lady Loki on 5/5/24Fillmore Minneapolis presented by Affinity Plus - Minneapolis

Venue was spacious, people were great, sound was perfect! Best part was the starting off with VIP. CC had the best reaction to how I dressed up for the event, and most fun pose for the pic. The guys are always the sweetest each time we meet. I was surprised with the opening bands, they were all amazing. Every band spotted me in the crowd. Dark Divine lead singer even complimented me when I met him after the show. After the last song played for the night, Jake or Jinxx tried to toss a guitar pick to me from the stage, but I failed to grab it. Hoping next time we meet I can tell them about it. They made it a very memorable night, and I look forward to the next one!

This was the best concert experience I have had! The energy from all the bands and fans was incredible! BVB is a favorite in my house even my young kids. I can’t wait to take them along to the next show close to us.

    Wonderful concert!

by Mikayla on 5/2/24The Depot - Salt Lake City

Wonderful concert. The only thing is that it said the concert started at 6, however the gates didn’t even open until 6 and the opening bands didn’t start until 7. So it was an hour standing in an unmoving line.

Great concert, wished for a better venue though

by Rah on 5/1/24The Depot - Salt Lake City

Best concert I've gone to. I've been waiting to see BVB live for years and finally got the chance to do so and I'm so happy that I did. They put on a wonderful show, and Andy was so funny in between songs. I missed seeing Creeper because I was getting merch, but Dark Divine and Ghostkid were both also very good. I was a little disappointed that BVB didn't actually take the stage until 9:30-10 pm when the doors opened at 6 pm though. The only thing that wasn't so great was the venue. They didn't list prices by the food they were selling, which probably means it's too expensive. They also expected you to stand for up to 5 hours while you were there; the only seating available was for people who paid extra, so that really sucks for people with certain disabilities and for people who have jobs that require them to stand for 8 hours a day.
