About

True life transpires, and music results. Cold always documented memories and moments in song, etching them forever in diaristic lyrics, cinematic production, and airy guitars. Since their 1997 self-titled debut, the group fronted by singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist SW consistently converted pain into poetry consumed by a legion of diehard fans affectionately dubbed, “Cold Army.” At the turn of the century, the band unveiled the seminal 13 Ways To Bleed On Stage, which went gold and yielded hits such as “Just Got Wicked,” “No One,” and “End of the World.” The 2003 follow-up, Year of the Spider, marked their highest chart position, bowing at #3 on the Billboard Top 200, receiving a gold certification, and spawning the smash “Stupid Girl” accompanied by Rivers Cuomo of Weezer. 2005’s A Different Kind of Pain illuminated melodic strides to the tune of 37,000-plus copies sold first-week and a Top 30 debut. Meanwhile, 2011’s Superfiction continued this streak, crashing the Top 10 of the Top Rock Albums Chart upon arrival and extending a growing legacy. 3 shows this tour

    by a. k. on 7/13/23

Got to see them in Norwalk, providence and Cleveland and each show was better than the last. Small but awesome venues. Got to do VIP in Cleveland for the last night and it was amazing!!! Scooter is so good at connecting with his fans on and off stage.

    Amazing Experience

by JD on 6/1/23House of Blues Cleveland - Cleveland

I loved the venue being smaller because it was a lot more close and personal. The prices were fair ($25/piece). The sound quality was pretty good. Being the last night of the tour and knowing the bands were tired, they all 3 still put on amazing shows, while having a lot of fun with each other. I dont want to go into details, but I will say that Scooter Ward is an AMAZING human being. We took my daughter for her birthday and I can say he truly made it an experience of a lifetime for her and I can never thank him enough. This was an experience I will never forget and will always be special for my daughter and I.

    Great show!

by BravoMike_1 on 6/1/23House of Blues Cleveland - Cleveland

I was able to see the bands bo matter where I stood in the Cambridge room, unlike the main stage where if you are in the back, you are basically watching tv with live sounds. Staff was always polite.

    Amazing experience

by Ladymoonbringer on 4/16/23Orpheum - Tampa

I love this band! Second time seeing them ans they always do a great show. Scooter and the guys and gal are always so friendly just like were family to them. They even said they view all their fans as family. The opening bands were all amazing too especially Awake for Days the alternative metal band from Sardinia Italy. I loved this new venue location in Tampa (Orpheum new location). So much better for parking and disability wheelchair accessiblity.

    Cold@ The Revolution Ft. Lauderdale

by Tommy Christo Dee on 4/11/23Revolution Live - Ft Lauderdale

Solid show with plenty of great support starting with Sygnal of Noise. These guys know how to make melodic rock tick with Coopa delivering vocals that puts the crunge in grunge. Divided the Fall breeds early rap-metal with honesty and individuality for an Indy band that is ready to take the next step. Cold delivered their Spider masterpiece on target, fluid and with plenty of meaningful insights from Scooter on the recordings. This is a great bill don’t miss it!
