ZZ Top Concert Schedule
ZZ Top is a legendary American rock band known for their blues-infused rock music, bawdy lyrics and long, red beards. ZZ Top tours include the 2017 Tonnage Tour, 2016 Hell Raisers Tour, and the 2013 La Futura Tour. ZZ Top live shows leave the audience laughing dancing and feeling like they are at a jam session with close friends, instead of a concert headlined by rock and roll legends. Their massive success has allowed all of their albums to reach gold or platinum status. The band's best selling album is 1983's Eliminator, which spawned the hit singles "Legs" and "Sharped Dress Man." The album went on to sell 10 million units, reaching diamond status and the 25 million records they've sold in the U.S. makes them one of the top 100 selling artists in the country. ZZ Top has sold more than 50 million albums worldwide, and they were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame in 2004.
ZZ Top Background
ZZ Top formed in 1969 in Houston Texas with guitarist and lead vocalist Billy Gibbon, organist Lanier Greig and drummer Dan Mitchell. The name of the band came from Gibbons combining the names of B.B. King and Z.Z. Hill, when he noticed that many artists used their initials as their band's name. When ZZ King seemed too close to the originals he changed it to ZZ Top. The current lineup of the band consists of bassist and lead vocalist Dusty Hill, Billy Gibbon and drummer Frank Beard. ZZ Top's signature sound can best be described as blues-infused rock with elements of punk rock and new wave added through their use synthesizers. While Eliminator was the band's most successful album with 10 million albums sold, 1985's Afterburner was their highest charting album. All the singles from Afterburner were Top 40 hits and the album itself went on to sell five million copies. Other Top 40 singles include 1975's "Tush," 1977's "I Thank You," and 1981's "Gimme All Your Lovin'"Follow ZZ Top on social media: Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and Facebook.

It was great, enjoyed every minute of it, I am looking forward to the next time
Great concert, great venue seats were good lines weren’t too bad. Had a great time and good seeing ZZ Top again.
If you like guitar riffs ZZ Top is still OK. But what made them great was the driving beat, the memorable hook and the clever lyrics, all pretty much absent in this show.
We lived the ZZ Top concert and enjoying it with friends in Prescott. They performed some greatest hits and a couple of songs we didn’t know. They still sound great!!
My wife and I finally were able to hear ZZ Top in action for the first time at the Findlay Toyota Center in Prescott Valley, Arizona this past weekend. Except for trying to protect my 80 year old ear drums from Taj Farrant's amazing riffs and songs and waiting for Taj's road crew, Taj's dad, and his band members clear the stage of their equipment, guitars, amps, etc., we finally were able to rock to Elwood, Billy, Frank, and Dusty's ghost great songs, guitar play, and drums. They were smart to play my favorite songs, Sharp Dressed... and Legs at the end of their performance. Everyone in the house went crazy... Thank you Billy, Elwood, Frank and Dusty's Ghost for a wonderful concert experience.
It was a great concert, but floor level seats are not the best option to watch…..
Not once was Dusty mentioned! The vocals were to low and unrecognizable. Cheap sunglasses was not played.
The sound system ruined what should have been a great concert. The bass wiped out the voice of Taj Farrant. The entire ZZ Top performance was terrible due to poor quality sound.
We saw ZZ last night at the pool at Talking Stick. Seating was cramped and one level making it difficult to see anything. Only one screen, but to low to see around standing people. We won't go back there again. Band and music was fabulous.
I was skitish about tickets on my phone (pretty old school), but everything worked out great. I had a really good time, and the boys can STILL play damn good.
Great band and show. Great seats and great venue. Thanks for a nice evening.
Great show, but less than an hour and 20 minutes. Fifty characters are needed so here they are.
Wonderful concert by one of the all time great bands! Highly recommended to see one of the best.
Viejas had bad seating and heads blocked view from section in front..stage not high enough.
Great performance, I have seen them probably 10 times, just a freat Party.
ZZTop was great but we were not allowed to stand, which is weird for a concert. Also, the tour busses were right next to the venue (behind the putdoor stage) which is fine except the engines were running the whole time and the diesel smell was terrible. Viejas might need to consider building a "green room"for the touring bands so their busses can go park in the lot. Also, they added extra seats so we didn't get the aisle seats that we paid for!! Those little plastic chairs are already too close together and there's NO room to get past anyone in the row. Also, only 1 way in and out when there were other doors at the back that could've been utilized. Lame. Anyway, good to see ZZTOP!!
The band gets a 5! The venue gets a 2! ZZ TOP never disappoints. The sound was great. However the seating was terrible. We were third row but the seats were tightly zip tied together and not enough space in between the rows,so you get stepped on by the people in front and thumped in the head from the back!! I will never buy tickets for a concert at Viejas Casino again, seriously!
The Park at Viejas Casino and Resort is an outdoor venue. This past weekend I attended the ZZ Top concert and the weather (early November) was a little nippy. The band was great to hear; they played a set of top hits lasting about 90 min with encore. The only complaint I had was the sound system seemed a little sub-optimal. Vocals on some of the songs were a bit garbled and I don’t think it was all Billy G. Otherwise a good show and we had a good time
Went to see ZZ Top and they had some guy up there for 30 minutes who really needed to visit a sound coach. ZZ Top came on and the bass and reverb drowned out their voices where is was really difficult to hear them sing clearly. It went on for most of the concert! They played for an hour and a half - way to short - but went through a lot of their great music. To bad the sound system had no sound check prior to the concert. ZZ Top deserved better. Saw Jason Bonham about 6-7 weeks before at the same venue and the sound system as well as the concert was over the top great! Have been to 250-300+ concerts in my life so this was not a one off event for me.
Show stopper. Fantastic concert They rocked. Played just about every hit. Should add Mexican Blackbird to the list, Reminds me of my first LOVE. ZZTOP,keep rocking. Love you guys..
