ZZ Top Concert Schedule

ZZ Top is a legendary American rock band known for their blues-infused rock music, bawdy lyrics and long, red beards. ZZ Top tours include the 2017 Tonnage Tour, 2016 Hell Raisers Tour, and the 2013 La Futura Tour. ZZ Top live shows leave the audience laughing dancing and feeling like they are at a jam session with close friends, instead of a concert headlined by rock and roll legends. Their massive success has allowed all of their albums to reach gold or platinum status. The band's best selling album is 1983's Eliminator, which spawned the hit singles "Legs" and "Sharped Dress Man." The album went on to sell 10 million units, reaching diamond status and the 25 million records they've sold in the U.S. makes them one of the top 100 selling artists in the country. ZZ Top has sold more than 50 million albums worldwide, and they were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame in 2004.

ZZ Top Background

ZZ Top formed in 1969 in Houston Texas with guitarist and lead vocalist Billy Gibbon, organist Lanier Greig and drummer Dan Mitchell. The name of the band came from Gibbons combining the names of B.B. King and Z.Z. Hill, when he noticed that many artists used their initials as their band's name. When ZZ King seemed too close to the originals he changed it to ZZ Top. The current lineup of the band consists of bassist and lead vocalist Dusty Hill, Billy Gibbon and drummer Frank Beard. ZZ Top's signature sound can best be described as blues-infused rock with elements of punk rock and new wave added through their use synthesizers. While Eliminator was the band's most successful album with 10 million albums sold, 1985's Afterburner was their highest charting album. All the singles from Afterburner were Top 40 hits and the album itself went on to sell five million copies. Other Top 40 singles include 1975's "Tush," 1977's "I Thank You," and 1981's "Gimme All Your Lovin'"Follow ZZ Top on social media: Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and Facebook.

For old timer move enought and bling bling costumés are well.

  • Long time coming!!

by OC on 6/29/25Place Bell - LavalRating: 4 out of 5

Finally got to see ZZ Top after waiting 50+ years (my own fault). They were great. Venue was great. Had a great experience overall that evening (parking, supper, and my childhood band). Wish Dusty was still part of the original three but Elwood did a great job! . Keep going guys!

  • Good sound, nothing else

by Andre on 6/28/25Place Bell - LavalRating: 3 out of 5

There's minimalist, and then there's: let's not invest in our stage at ALL. I've seen tribute bands in bars with more accessories. I've seen them three times; that was the last time I saw them. Retire already.

  • Classic rock

by JF on 6/28/25Place Bell - LavalRating: 5 out of 5

Incredible band active since 5 decades. Gibbons is incredible at 75. Worth every penny.

Had a great time. Billy played the songs with precision and energy from start to finish.

  • ZZ Top & The Wallflowers

by Stig on 6/28/25Place Bell - LavalRating: 3 out of 5

It was cool to see Zz Top again—I saw them on the Afterburner tour—unfortunately, the sound was not good. Muddy, boomy, and no definition. It’s too bad, because they certainly have the resources to get pristine sound. I have no idea what the issue was, but The Wallflowers suffered with the same problem. But still, it was fun to see theses two bands. With a better mix/sound it would have been a 5 star experience.

  • Virtuose of guitarists!

by Mariorando on 6/28/25Place Bell - LavalRating: 5 out of 5

These guys are virtually the « Mozart » of guitars. We could feel the close complicity between them with their choreography on scene. What a great show it was. We could have taken an other two hours of their numerous great hits. I had a great time sharing this event with my twenty nine years old son! What great memories.

  • Never again

by Ramona on 6/26/25Rating: 1 out of 5

Bought 2 tickets that were 3 rows from the front row, center, at Talking Stick Arena in Scottsdale. Booked a room at the venue so we did not have to worry about driving home afterwards. ZZ Top was on the stage for an hour, at most. I will never spend money to see them again. Very disappointing.

  • Still Rocking

    by Scottman60 on 6/26/25FirstOntario Concert Hall - HamiltonRating: 4 out of 5

ZZTop put on a great show. They played almost all their hits. I wish they had played Tush or Cheap Sunglasses, but they can’t play everything. Glad to see Frank back behind the kit.

  • Still got it !!!

by Ronaldinho P. on 6/25/25FirstOntario Concert Hall - HamiltonRating: 5 out of 5

ZZTop still got it …… guitars sounding the same way as it did in 80’s . Billy G is still the master on the strings.

  • Ok not great

by Niceman on 6/25/25FirstOntario Concert Hall - HamiltonRating: 3 out of 5

Enjoyed the evening howeverthe band is only half there without Dusty. Elwood is good but he doesn't sing like Dusty or play as well. Elwood is a good player but he's not a performer. Definitely missed the super large screen TV that Rama has. The close up shots of the television cameras are half the performance. Disappointing to see the quantity and strength of Billy's voice is in sharp decline. Typical of elderly performers. Love the band love the music but several key bits of the performance were missing. I will continue to enjoy on Utube. I would not attend a future performance.

  • A great show

by Al Legion on 6/25/25FirstOntario Concert Hall - HamiltonRating: 5 out of 5

They sounded great. Can still rock out with no gimmicks. Just three guys and their instruments. So refreshing to see

  • Loved it

by Jim on 6/24/25The Theatre at Great Canadian Casino Resort Toronto - TorontoRating: 4 out of 5

One one hand, the Wallflowers took away 45 minutes of my life that i'll never be able to get back, and this was not a terrific place to see a band - muddy sound, a giant floor section so anyone with a seat would have had to stand for the whole show to see the band. On the other, more important hand, ZZ Top were really good. Everything i could've wanted to hear, and Billy Gibbons at 75 has still got what he needs to carry a show.

  • Terrible sound

by Ming on 6/24/25The Theatre at Great Canadian Casino Resort Toronto - TorontoRating: 2 out of 5

Opening act Wallflower's sound started with no sound on Jakob Dylan's mic. The main act of ZZ Top who I have seen live five times was also a muffled sound and the worst experience for sound quality I have ever heard. I was celebrating my father's day with my 4 children seated center stage on the floor with limited views due to fans in front of us standing the entire show! For the cost of tickets these days and the expectation that the sound quality given today's technology should be perfect, I was very disappointed to say the least.

  • ZZ Top and Wallflowers

by Scoobler on 6/24/25The Theatre at Great Canadian Casino Resort Toronto - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

Awesome experience, I have been a ZZTop fan since I was 18 (64 now). Those guys put on an amazing show! Loved seeing Billy play in person, Frank was great as always and the new bass player fits right in. Took my 25 yr old daughter and we both had an amazing time!

  • Fun but Billy can't sing anymore

by WG on 6/23/25The Arena at Pickering Casino Resort - PickeringRating: 3 out of 5

Listen.....their shows are fun. But it's just that, a show. The instrumentals are amazing but the singing isn't good. The opening act "The Wallflowers"were a lot better.

  • Great show

by Dougster on 6/23/25Rating: 5 out of 5

If you're concerned zz top might be a little long in the tooth, don't worry. Great entertaining show. I like the Wallflowers but their sound was muddy and overly loud
