Love the smaller courts to get up close to the players. But there are not enough food and drink vendors. The lines were too long and there were not enough options, except for fast food. Could not understand why we couldn’t park in the main lot but had to park in E. There should be a general admission ticket to go on the grounds and see such good tennis without having to buy tickets for center court.
It was my very first professional tennis tournament ever and it was Amazing! I’m so glad I decided to come to this tournament as my first one! Hotels, Tickets and Area were great! Food real good and people very kind. If I was to be able to ask for 2 things it would be better PARKING and DON’T MOVE THE TOURNAMENT PLEASE 🙏 Huge tennis fan😊
Great selection of food from simple snacks and pre-made sandwiches to really good! Bathrooms were clean and plentiful. Lines weren't too bad. Stadiums were nice. More and/or bigger shuttles from the parking lot would be nice.
Facility is very clean and welcoming. Lot's to do. Very organized event. Can't wait until next year. Saw a lot of tennis!
One of the top tennis tournaments in the US with TONS of fan support from all over the Midwest. I urgee the new owners NOT to move the tournament to Charlotte. It would be a big mistake and break the hearts of many devoted tennis fans. The tournament is well organized, we'll run, and VERY WELL attended.
Such a great venue for tennis; beautiful grounds, good food, helpful and friendly volunteers, organized parking, and of course great tennis!
Loved everything about this venue and tennis. The Ace Paloma drinks were amazing. I wish they had Fushion Sushi (like in 2022) and the cute boxes - the new sushi vendor isn't good. Great coffee. Great tennis. Great cocktails. A must go to!
The facilities were phenomenal. Food and beverage service were terrific and plentiful. Plenty of bathroom availability and very clean. Saw all the top players. East to get around . Parking well organized. Overall great venue and great experience.
This is the event in which you see all the top players, both men and women, in one place in a beautiful venue with great amenities. The tournament is a well-organized machine.
Love that a smaller but many court event takes place in Cincinnati. Brings people from all over the country & world experience. PLEASE don’t leave. Updated ground gun fir adults and kids. Great food & drink. Only wish a ticket would include a ground pass only so some can join in for less.
The woodstock of tennis. The western & Southern Tennis ooen is the oldest tennis championship in the US. The facilities are up to the highest standard. They take care of the attendees with nonstop tennis, food, entertainment and beautiful grounds. Most importantly, they get tge best tennis players in the world to come to Cincinnati. Tennis heaven. Everyone is satisfied. What an amazing event.
Never a bad seat in the house! We come here as a family tradition every year. Never disappoints. Great food great drinks great tennis stars!
I thoroughly enjoyed attending the western and southern open tennis tournament. so many great players, and the grounds were absolutely beautiful and clean. Such friendly staff, great food choices, and overall excellent time!
The Western and Southern Tennis tourney is such a blast! The venue is focus on the fans and bringing them access to the top players in the world! Everything the tourney does makes it easy to move from match to match ensuring you get to see your favorite player! It is such a thrill.
Loud music interfers with the play. Late matches, they don’t have enough courts to run such big tournament in a week. Overpriced junk food! They check bagas at the entrance to make sure you don’t bring your food! Horrible.
This event in Mason, Ohio is the best. I go every year and it gets better each year. It's so wonderful that this area of the country is able to see the top tennis players. Can't wait for next year!

My first time to attend the tournament and it was awesome! Saw many great matches and several food choices. Awesome way to see such great tennis. There were 8 of us and we all had a great time.
Lots of fun parking is a pain though. You can get around the grounds very east to access .
The 2023 tournament was even better. It is obvious the people work to improve the experience every year, and they definitely succeeded this year. A job very well done. Thanks to all.
