  • VNV Nation Rocks!

    by RockerBritt0813 on 5/3/14Taft Theatre - CincinnatiRating: 5 out of 5

It was a great time and extremely entertaining. I will definitely make a point to see them the next time they come to Cincinnati. 2 of my friends didn't even know the band, but had a great time watching them perform and loved their music! Whatever you do make sure you wear black! The lead singer had a field day making fun of those wearing colored shirts! HaHa!

  • VNV NATION

by INHLOKO on 5/3/14Taft Theatre - CincinnatiRating: 5 out of 5

THE BAND IS VERY INTERACTIVE WITH THE CROWD. YOU BETTER BE DANCING AND SINGING ELSE RONAN WILL CALL YOU OUT...HAHA. AND NO WHITE T-SHIRTS... THE SOUND WAS INCREDIBLE. I WILL ALWAYS BE AT A VNV SHOW.

  • Fantastic Fun!

by LNZFUN on 5/2/14Taft Theatre - CincinnatiRating: 5 out of 5

It was very fun and entertaining. They put on an incredible show and make it really personable. Lots of audience interaction. Enjoyed the opening act as well!!! Highly recommend going!

  • PLEASE BRING THEM BACK...MAKE THEM COME BACK.

by CatEarGirl on 5/2/14Taft Theatre - CincinnatiRating: 5 out of 5

I waited for 4 long years for VnV to come back. When I heard they were coming to town I got super excited and promised myself I would go. I am soooooooo glad that I did. This was the best show I'd been to in a very long time. I would totally go again, make other people go, recommend others go. Taft Theater needs to make them come back again. Even if they have to go to Ireland and drag them. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE bring them back. AMAZING show.

This show was rather short. It felt rushed. The opening act was more of a background noise than anything.

The show was incredible! It was a night I will hold dearly in my heart! Although, it was a bummer to find out that the VIP portion of the ticket was the following day which i was unfortunately unable to attend due to having such a short notice sent to me. Other then that though it was an awesome pumped up show. The venue was beautiful and intimate, and I would definitely do it again !

  • VNV Nation was very personal!!!!

    by ebbhead1 on 4/11/14Mayan Theater - Los AngelesRating: 5 out of 5

The set list from VNV Nation was great played a lot of their newer recent music, along with some older fan favorites throughout. The energy of the crowd was electric.

  • vnv never fails to get you to dance.

  • VNV Nation Never Disappoints!

by Mondhell on 4/7/14Mayan Theater - Los AngelesRating: 5 out of 5

VNV Nation was amazing! The performance they gave was one of their finest as musicians. I look forward to seeing them each year with my friend and experiencing the almost spiritual phenomena that descends upon all those in attendence. In one mere word I would undoubtedly call Ronan and Mark brilliant! I can't wait till next year!

Great show! VNV Nation are one of the best Industrial bands that I have heard live. The Mayan was amazing except they need more restrooms. I enjoyed myself and got my moneys worth.

  • My Beloved do you NO

by Bobisa on 4/6/14Mayan Theater - Los AngelesRating: 4 out of 5

I have been a fan of VNV from Praise the Fallen (slightly late start) to present, the performance was fantastic and I would recommend the event to a friend. However, that Beloved was missing negated the entire show for me (even felt silly for feeling so sad about it). It didn't have to be featured as an opener or closer. Could have been dropped in the middle somewhere. Would have meant a lot to me and, I imagine, others. True fans follow bands for more than their club hits, but live music experiences connect long time fans to core moments in their lives. The reason Beloved was a club hit at large was because it lead music that other bands followed (with varied success). Would have been lovely to hear it.

  • VNV Nation is brilliant once again

by Thedogmmm on 3/26/14Orpheum - TampaRating: 5 out of 5

Once again, Ronan and Mark delivered a stellar performance. Great crowd interaçtion from Ronan. Good sound and decent lighting, Not too crowded. Mechandise ran out of larger sizes, which is typical for Euro bands in US. Would have enjoyed a couple of songs from older albums.

  • Fantastic

by RheaofScarlet on 3/26/14Orpheum - TampaRating: 5 out of 5

Entergetic, interactive, and almost spiritual experience. If you are an old schooler or new to the industrial scene VnV is a must see.

  • VNV Nation @ Ybor -- a show I'd see over and over

    by CelesteR243 on 3/25/14Orpheum - TampaRating: 5 out of 5

I've been a fan of VNV Nation for years, and a fan of The Orpheum since 2012. Both of them together make for an unforgettable show. VNV packed the house and rocked us all for two hours. From Ronan's humor to the band's great cohesion and sound, it was incredible from start to end. The light show was memorable, too, with a panel of LEDs in the background that displayed related imagery to the beat of the music. Would I go back? For every single show they put on in Ybor, yes.

  • VNV Nation is the best band possible

by VNVFanOne on 3/16/12Rams Head Live! - BaltimoreRating: 5 out of 5

I've had a tattoo logo for years... they are incredible in terms of showmanship, lyrics dynamic styling, great beats, everything. Ram's Head was a really sweet venue too!

  • A Definite "Victory".

by TheAthleticNerd on 3/16/12Rams Head Live! - BaltimoreRating: 5 out of 5

This was my first time seeing VNV Nation live. I missed them the first time they came around to the DC area, so I was determined to catch them up here in Baltimore. I had a blast that night, and everything from the stage setup, the crowd atmosphere, and of course Ronan an co. made for a great first impression. They sound spot-on live; as good as any recording of theirs, and often better. They also know how to engage their audience and see that they get into the show (and have a laugh at times too). My only regret is that I wish I had more space to dance, but a packed crowd is nothing to nitpick about. If you're a fan of Industiral, Futurepop (I think Ronan hates that word even though VNV kind of created the genre lol), Euro Trance, or other music in the same vein it's definitely worth the time. If you've never heard them live before and you're a fan, then I suggest getting to it. On a side note, the opening act Straftranz was a blast as well. I had never heard their music before but they did just as good a job as VNV. Their singer has a powerful voice, and the programmer had some great grooves from time to time - there was more space on the floor for that show, and their darker sound was honestly a bit more up my alley. Absolutely recommend the as well.

  • VNV Great as usual!

by Darkitect on 3/15/12Music Hall of Williamsburg - BrooklynRating: 5 out of 5

VNV was great as usual. Too many songs to play all my favs but was happy as a goth in the dark. Stood behind non-goth chics who stumbled in and they danced the whole time with smiles on their faces-maybe cause i was real close. They said they never heard of VNV and that it was there first time...sure it wont be there last. They are forever changed! I wish VNV could have played at bigger venue with less technical issues but in the end it didnt matter. Thanks Ronan!

  • VNV Nation, most positive experience ever!

by staticphantom on 3/14/12Music Hall of Williamsburg - BrooklynRating: 5 out of 5

If you have the slightest interest in EBM, Goth music, Happy yet understandable lyrics, and a high energy yet positive show, look no further. Combined with their opening act Straftanz, I can't help but recommend these guys!

  • Awesome concert!!

    by Jolierose85 on 3/14/12Rams Head Live! - BaltimoreRating: 5 out of 5

Vnv nation is always amazing I've seen them in Rochester, NY and now Baltimore, MA and I have to say the performances keep getting better and better. Not that the Rochester concert was bad or anything bc it was my 1st time seeing them in 07. I loved that they had the background lights and their symbol in the background in lights. Overall their my fav bad so I have no complaints the opening band was even good. It got my thinking what ever happened to system syn that opened for them in 07.

  • Awesome as Usual

by blodg3 on 3/14/12Music Hall of Williamsburg - BrooklynRating: 5 out of 5

I've seen VNV three times, but I don't think I've seen Ronan or Mark look happier on stage than they did at Williamsburg. Big grins the entire show and a crowd that was really into it. Good venue - smaller than Webster Hall but I think that just increased the energy of everything. Eagerly awaiting their return to NYC.
