Pioneers of the Red Dirt music scene and one of America's most beloved bands, Turnpike Troubadours has amassed a massive following throughout their renowned career with more than 2.2 billion streams globally and over 1.7 million equivalent units sold. Since their debut in 2005, the band has released seven studio albums, performed countless sold-out headline shows, appeared in Paramount's hit show "Yellowstone" and were inducted into the Oklahoma Music Hall of Fame. Most recently, Turnpike Troubadours added to their historic career with the release of their new surprise album, The Price of Admission, which debuted at #1 on the iTunes all-genre and country charts and earned them their highest Spotify chart debuts to date. The eagerly awaited follow up to their widely acclaimed 2023 album, A Cat in the Rain, The Price of Admission further cements the band as an undeniable force in the music world and led Whiskey Riff to declare "Turnpike Troubadours have continued to prove time and time again that they are the greatest band of all time." Originally from Tahlequah, OK, Turnpike Troubadours is Evan Felker (vocals, guitar), Kyle Nix (fiddle), Ryan Engleman (electric guitar), RC Edwards (bass), Gabe Pearson (drums) and Hank Early (steel, accordion).
So refreshing to get some Red Dirt Country in Philly.
These pickin’ and kickin’ boys from Oklahoma warmed up House of Blues real good on a chilly night when our baseball boys were punching their ticket to the World Series down in Texas. Like ‘Diamonds and Gasoline,’ their songs shine bright but are as down to earth as the old filling station down the road a piece.
The whole experience was awsome, the venue to the vip tickets with food , the staff . Charley Crockett and Turnpike Troubadours on fire.
What a great show at the Tabernacle. Great venue, great crowd and great band. What more could you want from a concert!
The venue, The Tabernacle, and the band, Turnpike, were both incredible! Such a fun and good show! Hope to attend another one soon.
I’ve seen Turnpike 3 times, and I will continue to see them every chance I get
However, I’ve seen them many times and this seemed like a shortened show
Beautiful venue, Troubadours sounded amazing. We had a great time!
The Turnpike Troubadours were good as usual. Played all the favorites and opened with the Tomahawk chop as the Braves were still in the playoffs. But if you don't get there early enough to see Charlie Crockett open for them, you are doing yourself a disservice. Lastly, we should all band together and display our displeasure - Ticketmaster's $12 service charge on a $26 ticket is RIDICULOUS!
Ticketmaster said the doors opened at 8 and show started at 9. We arrived at 9:10 and the opener was just finishing. The staff said the opener went on at 8:30, so we missed the entire set of the opener, who we were excited to see for the first time.
Turnpike was great and so was the tabernacle. I’d recommend them to anyone who likes music.
These guys are so good! We see them every time they come and they always sound incredible.
Great venue, amazing show. Charley Crockett was awesome as well!
I have seen this band twice before at the Ritz. Sound was so much better there. The band sounded muffled at Lincoln. Pretty disappointing.
Hands down, one of the absolute best shows I’ve been to. Best value I’ve ever gotten for $25. Can’t wait to see them again and can’t wait to see another show at The Ritz.
The venue was incredible, weather perfect and all the bands were awesome! The Turnpike Troubadours were incredible, every song perfect and sang with energy & joy! I drove 7 hours and would do it again to see them. They were engaging and sounded better live than on their albums. It was my first TT concert, but hopefully not the last. The Old 97’s and Shooter Jennings were awesome too! Thanks for the great evening.
Show was great!!! Venue was clean, all was well organized, and parking was easy.
The sold out crowd for Turnpike Troubadours was clearly excited to see the band in person. They don't travel here very often. Even though it was sold out, the floor was not terribly crowded. The sound system was pretty good and the beer was delicious. We're big fans and were't disappointed.
Turnpike Troubodors were so fun! Can't believe it took me so long to finally see them. Definitely reccomend checking them out!
Absolutely amazing show and awesome venue! Can't wait until they come back to town!
