About

Pioneers of the Red Dirt music scene and one of America's most beloved bands, Turnpike Troubadours has amassed a massive following throughout their renowned career with more than 2.2 billion streams globally and over 1.7 million equivalent units sold. Since their debut in 2005, the band has released seven studio albums, performed countless sold-out headline shows, appeared in Paramount's hit show "Yellowstone" and were inducted into the Oklahoma Music Hall of Fame. Most recently, Turnpike Troubadours added to their historic career with the release of their new surprise album, The Price of Admission, which debuted at #1 on the iTunes all-genre and country charts and earned them their highest Spotify chart debuts to date. The eagerly awaited follow up to their widely acclaimed 2023 album, A Cat in the Rain, The Price of Admission further cements the band as an undeniable force in the music world and led Whiskey Riff to declare "Turnpike Troubadours have continued to prove time and time again that they are the greatest band of all time." Originally from Tahlequah, OK, Turnpike Troubadours is Evan Felker (vocals, guitar), Kyle Nix (fiddle), Ryan Engleman (electric guitar), RC Edwards (bass), Gabe Pearson (drums) and Hank Early (steel, accordion).

  • Turnpikes awesome, Azura is a dump

by Band fan on 8/23/22Azura Amphitheater - Bonner SpringsRating: 5 out of 5

Music was great. Facility is a relic that is poorly managed. Sound quality was poor and volume way too low. Drink lines ran out of product multiple times. Lights don’t seem to work in the main walkways. Cell service is terrible in the area. DO NOT USE A RIDESHARE SERVICE TO GO TO THIS PLACE BECAUSE GETTING A RIDE OUT IS IMPOSSIBLE.

  • Venue needs help

by Joel on 8/23/22Azura Amphitheater - Bonner SpringsRating: 3 out of 5

Overall, the show itself was great! it was the facilities and lack of options and cell service that is going to make me question attending very many shows there in the future. It’s the second show in a row there that the cell service makes it complicated to even pull up your tickets on your phone at times. The lines to the restrooms and concessions are incredibly long all night long and seemed like they hadn't prepared from the show the night before and ran out of beer. I have always enjoyed shows there but anymore it's more of a headache with the amenities throughout the venue that needs serious upgrades.

  • Great concert terrible venue

by Amber on 8/23/22Azura Amphitheater - Bonner SpringsRating: 2 out of 5

The concert was awesome as usual from this band, but the venue was not. It seemed to be very over crowded or not enough workers, which could be the case. We had pit tickets and had to leave the pit to get drinks. Then you had to stand an hour in line and miss the show. Very disappointed. I'll go see the band again, but will not go back to that venue.

  • Not what I expected

by Bekah on 8/23/22Azura Amphitheater - Bonner SpringsRating: 3 out of 5

I had never been to this venue and it was kind of a disaster. The lines were ridiculous for everything and even with pit seating tickets it was a nightmare to fight through the crowd to get to where we were supposed to be.

  • Five stars isn’t enough

    by rje2014 on 8/23/22Azura Amphitheater - Bonner SpringsRating: 5 out of 5

On a scale of 1 to 5, these guys are a 10. I went to the concert with high expectations and they far exceeded them.

  • Great music, horrible experience

by Rairy on 8/23/22Azura Amphitheater - Bonner SpringsRating: 3 out of 5

It took us an hour to get in through the gates. We missed the opener. Parking was different than it ever had been, we were lucky enough to be dropped off in the VIP parking lot. But there were so many people. I believe this event was oversold. We waited in line for an hour for beer to be told that they just ran out. I ran over to the other beer line waited for about half hour and they also ran out. This was about an hour and half before the headliner. Azura had a lot of work to do to make this a great venue.

  • Turnpike Troubadours Delivers Amazing Show

by Troubadour Fan on 8/22/22The Factory - ChesterfieldRating: 5 out of 5

Great show! Have been waiting to see the Turnpike Troubadours. So glad they are back together and touring. Amazing energy from these talented musicians. The Factory was also a great venue- not a bad seat in the house.

  • Awesome Venue and Great Band!!

by ALoh on 8/22/22The Factory - ChesterfieldRating: 5 out of 5

I’ve always loved Turnpike—they were just as good in person as I’d hoped! Great song-along songs. And the venue (The Factory) was INCREDIBLE!!

  • My first experience

by Anonymous on 8/22/22The Factory - ChesterfieldRating: 5 out of 5

What an amazing band to go and see, this was my first time seeing them and they were amazing! Sound is incredible, music was clearly heard. My fiancé is a huge fan of these guys and I loved seeing him smile and sing the entire time. A must see if you like country music!

  • Glad Turnpike is back!

by Missouri Outlaw on 8/22/22The Factory - ChesterfieldRating: 4 out of 5

The concert was great. Sound quality was perfect and the openers were great. The Factory is a very nice venue! There were just a couple issues with the place that kept me from 5 stars…first, the drink lines were crazy long and the prices were more than at the stadiums. And the second was the park lot and the exiting were god awful.

  • Absolutely Wonderful Performance

by Bless Your Heart on 8/22/22The Factory - ChesterfieldRating: 5 out of 5

Sound was amazing, Evan was smiling and having a good time, musicians were on fire! The crowd was in it, you could not ask for a better performance. It was magic!

  • Incredible show

by Bob on 8/22/22The Factory - ChesterfieldRating: 5 out of 5

The guys played like they had no time off. The music flowed seamlessly and Evan showed why he is an amazing singer. The guys were away too ling but had the entire venue singing along word for word.

Band was great, front speakers were not working made for a less enjoyable experience. Thumbs down for the production company.

  • Well worth every dime and the wait

Couldn't ask for a better concert! This group was amazing; talented energetic, and fun.

  • Band Amazing, everything else BLEH

    by jessah11 on 6/15/22Westfair Amphitheater - Council BluffsRating: 3 out of 5

First of all, Turnpike Troubadours was AMAZING. I would go see them again! They drew a huge crowd and that's where I think things went south. I would NEVER go to the Westfair Amphitheater again. It's outdoors and it didn't seem like the amplifiers could push the music out to hear really well. They only had 3 beer trucks and I do not exaggerate when I say it was like standing in line for a disney ride to get a beer. The lines at all 3 trucks were INSANE. It was a REAL buzzkill and we were super dehydrated. Finally, it was very difficult to get an uber afterward. We waited over an hour. Didn't want to drink and drive but apparently we could have drove because Westfair made it impossible to drink.

  • Crazy good at a fantastic venue

by PJ on 6/15/22The Ledge Amphitheater - Waite ParkRating: 5 out of 5

The Ledge in Waite Park MNis an outstanding venue. Eagles flying over head and a full moon with the fantastic Turnpike Troubadours! AMAZING group of talented musicians. And opening act of Old 97 and Steve Earle. 4 hours of entertainment that shouldnt be missed! We had the time of our lives!

  • Fantastic show

by James R on 6/15/22The Ledge Amphitheater - Waite ParkRating: 5 out of 5

As much as I love the various bands that I have seen previously in concert I have to admit that this was definitely one of the best shows I've seen to date. Been waiting for years to see this band in concert.

  • Fantastic Concert

by Cals on 6/14/22The Ledge Amphitheater - Waite ParkRating: 5 out of 5

Great concert at a great venue! Waited years for this concert and got to see it with super respectful staff!

  • My God. Awesome venue, staff, bands, etc...

by Bri on 6/14/22The Ledge Amphitheater - Waite ParkRating: 5 out of 5

First timers seeing Turnpike Troubadours and first time to St.Cloud. Really had a great time for driving from Madison. Perfect venue, lineup of bands, staff at The Ledge, nearby food, etc... Had a great weekend and we'll be going back. To St. Cloud and also to see Turnpike Troubadours again. Tight band. Sounded excellent. Stage/Sound guy really knew what he was doing!
