About

Pioneers of the Red Dirt music scene and one of America's most beloved bands, Turnpike Troubadours has amassed a massive following throughout their renowned career with more than 2.2 billion streams globally and over 1.7 million equivalent units sold. Since their debut in 2005, the band has released seven studio albums, performed countless sold-out headline shows, appeared in Paramount's hit show "Yellowstone" and were inducted into the Oklahoma Music Hall of Fame. Most recently, Turnpike Troubadours added to their historic career with the release of their new surprise album, The Price of Admission, which debuted at #1 on the iTunes all-genre and country charts and earned them their highest Spotify chart debuts to date. The eagerly awaited follow up to their widely acclaimed 2023 album, A Cat in the Rain, The Price of Admission further cements the band as an undeniable force in the music world and led Whiskey Riff to declare "Turnpike Troubadours have continued to prove time and time again that they are the greatest band of all time." Originally from Tahlequah, OK, Turnpike Troubadours is Evan Felker (vocals, guitar), Kyle Nix (fiddle), Ryan Engleman (electric guitar), RC Edwards (bass), Gabe Pearson (drums) and Hank Early (steel, accordion).

  • Wanted to love this show

by Brandito on 2/27/23Simmons Bank Arena - North Little RockRating: 3 out of 5

Wanted to love this show, but it was the second time we’ve seen Turnpike and the sound quality was awful. It’s been so disappointing and I don’t think we’ll do another Turnpike show, but on the up side The Avett Brothers were AMAZING as always.

  • First time to OKC Paycom

by Courtney on 11/21/22Paycom Center - Oklahoma CityRating: 4 out of 5

Def could have more lights for the steps. Can't see anything when going down to restroom. But other than that, I had a good time.

  • Concert was awesome

by Pebbles on 11/18/22Paycom Center - Oklahoma CityRating: 5 out of 5

Our seats wasn't the best! Better seats came open, 2 days before concert, that was not offered when we got ours! But over all experience was good!

  • Fantastic Show!!

    by B. M. on 11/16/22Paycom Center - Oklahoma CityRating: 5 out of 5

Never a disappointment with the troobs!!! Morgan Wade was a big plus for me. As well as Blackberry Smoke! Drinks are always too expensive!!!

  • Great show but…….

by Percy Pensioner on 11/15/22Paycom Center - Oklahoma CityRating: 5 out of 5

Show was great, dealing with a over zealous usher lady and the cop she went and got to give us a talking to sucked.

  • 15 Stars

    by Outlaw55 on 11/15/22Paycom Center - Oklahoma CityRating: 5 out of 5

TT was, by far, THE BEST show I've been to in a very long time. Evan is a cross between Sonny Boy Williamson, with his harmonica skills, and Garth Brooks. Seeing him back in his element is further proof that this band deserves more recognition!

  • Not good

by Ash on 11/15/22Paycom Center - Oklahoma CityRating: 2 out of 5

The seating was ok. They bad should of had better tv to see them on.

  • Grand Slam

by James on 11/15/22Paycom Center - Oklahoma CityRating: 5 out of 5

What a line up!! All three artists could be main ticket event. Could not pass on that experience and for the troubadours to be in the music hall of fame the same week!

  • Amazing experience!

by HannahW on 11/15/22Paycom Center - Oklahoma CityRating: 5 out of 5

The Paycom Center was probably the smoothest ran large venue I’ve ever been to. The new beer fridge set up was awesome! Turnpike put on an amazing show, and it felt like the show went off without a hitch!

  • Paycom Center - Screens were poor quality

    by T. W. on 11/15/22Paycom Center - Oklahoma CityRating: 4 out of 5

The screens to each side of the performers were small and displayed a poor quality picture. They provided no value. They need to be brighter, clearer and ideally much larger. However if the image displayed was clear, that would help considerably. Otherwise the concert was awesome. Turnpike T. put on an excellent show. The crowd sang along and certainly enjoyed the performers.

  • Turnpike troubadours rock!

by CJ on 11/15/22Paycom Center - Oklahoma CityRating: 5 out of 5

It was a great show. Minimal wait time between artists. Wish the big screen cameras had zoomed in more.

  • Freaking awesome concert

    by MacGruber74 on 11/15/22Paycom Center - Oklahoma CityRating: 5 out of 5

Turnpike troubadours put on a great show! BlackBerry smoke was awesome! The concert may have actually changed. My wife’s opinion on country music. Can’t wait to see them again. Sorry I missed the first act.

  • Outstanding

by KaytWoods on 11/15/22Paycom Center - Oklahoma CityRating: 5 out of 5

From the time of walking in the doors at security, all the staff was very friendly! We had upper level seating but we could still see the stage perfectly! Turnpike put on such a great show!

  • Amazing As Always

by E. Favorite on 11/15/22Paycom Center - Oklahoma CityRating: 5 out of 5

I’ve seen Turnpike countless times from bars in Stillwater, to Medicine Stone, to the Criterion and now in an arena…simply amazing! They always put on the best shows and I absolutely love their music!

  • Best Country Band to Come Along in Decades

by Criss on 11/9/22Daily's Place - JacksonvilleRating: 5 out of 5

The Turnpike Troubadours are the best country band to come along in decades. So nice to listen to folks still creating real country music. Music was incredible and the show was really high energy. Blackberry Smoke was also great, a little more laid back than I was expecting (compared to previous shows), but that's right up my alley.

  • The sound at the venue was terrible. Band was great

by Nate on 11/8/22Daily's Place - JacksonvilleRating: 3 out of 5

Couldn’t hear any of the words due to the speakers in the venue being wayyyy out of line with the instruments and bass. I was told this by all of the people I was with who had been there before but I didn’t believe them. I will not e returning to the venue ever again.

  • I was given a free ticket for this.

by Itch on 11/8/22Daily's Place - JacksonvilleRating: 5 out of 5

I was given a free ticket to this. I had no knowledge of the bands. I’m not a big country music fan. I do respect them as artists. And being deaf I thoroughly enjoyed them. All 3 bands were great. As a deaf person we feel music in a different way.

  • ALL THE TWANG

by IronDonut on 11/8/22Daily's Place - JacksonvilleRating: 5 out of 5

I need more Okie twang in Florida, bring them all here pls. The bartender at Daily's place poured those drinks strong, great work.
