About

Pioneers of the Red Dirt music scene and one of America's most beloved bands, Turnpike Troubadours has amassed a massive following throughout their renowned career with more than 2.2 billion streams globally and over 1.7 million equivalent units sold. Since their debut in 2005, the band has released seven studio albums, performed countless sold-out headline shows, appeared in Paramount's hit show "Yellowstone" and were inducted into the Oklahoma Music Hall of Fame. Most recently, Turnpike Troubadours added to their historic career with the release of their new surprise album, The Price of Admission, which debuted at #1 on the iTunes all-genre and country charts and earned them their highest Spotify chart debuts to date. The eagerly awaited follow up to their widely acclaimed 2023 album, A Cat in the Rain, The Price of Admission further cements the band as an undeniable force in the music world and led Whiskey Riff to declare "Turnpike Troubadours have continued to prove time and time again that they are the greatest band of all time." Originally from Tahlequah, OK, Turnpike Troubadours is Evan Felker (vocals, guitar), Kyle Nix (fiddle), Ryan Engleman (electric guitar), RC Edwards (bass), Gabe Pearson (drums) and Hank Early (steel, accordion).

  • Fantastic Show!

by AK on 8/28/23Rating: 5 out of 5

The guys rock it Friday night! Playing fan-favorites and new material in the August heat. Thanks for perfectly capping off a long, hot summer day!

  • Fun

TT put on a good show, fun evening. Wish they’d have played more of their hits, but overall great show

  • disappointing

    by mustang73 on 8/27/23Rating: 2 out of 5

I was very excited for this concert, but to me the sound was boring. Music was good, but every song sounded similar.....same lead singer for every song. Thankful The Avett Brothers played before them. I enjoyed that very much.

  • Muscadine was great everything else Mediocre

by Raised up Country on 8/27/23Rating: 3 out of 5

Muscadine Bloodline could have been the headliner. Would have preferred over Avett Brothers which did not fit the Red Dirt Country bill and honestly got up and left my 3rd row seats while they played. Turnpike was good but honestly everything started sounding the same by the end but have some legit talented band members.

  • great concert but mediocre sound

by Jay on 8/27/23Rating: 5 out of 5

The Turnpike Troubadores really connect with the audience playing their best old and some new music. The sound guys surprised me with the poorer sound of the 3 bands that night. Too much base and base drum maybe? made the rest of the band and the vocals sound kind of "echo-y"and indistinct. Worse than the others that night.

  • Bummed

by Disappointed in Lincoln on 8/27/23Rating: 4 out of 5

We love the music of turnpike troubadours. However, at the PB Arena in Lincoln, the base was so loud we cld barely hear any other instrument, much less the voices. Such a disappointment that we left after just 3 songs. The Avett Bros’ (who played just prior), their sound balance was just fine, so it wasn’t the arena, it was clearly the Troubadours’ sound tech. We even moved from our seats to a cpl other spots to see if it wld get better but it didn’t, so we just left. We were bummed.

  • Fire the sound man

by Dirty red on 8/27/23Rating: 3 out of 5

HUGE Troubadours fan but the sound mixing was terrible!

  • Great opening bands

by Selena on 8/27/23Rating: 3 out of 5

Muscadine Bloodline and The Avett Brothers were absolutely wonderful. Great sound and quality. Turnpike Troubadours music was so loud that you couldn’t hear their vocals or make out any words they were saying. If I hadn’t known so many of their songs and known all the lyrics I would have had zero clue what the words were or what song they were playing!

  • Bad Sound

by RbSteiger on 8/27/23Rating: 3 out of 5

The Acoustics, or the sound guys was very bad at PBA. Instrumental echoed and over played the vocals. You couldn’t understand the vocals at all .

  • Excellent concert

by Tipi on 8/7/23Rating: 5 out of 5

Great venue, great sound and amazing live performance! Wish they spoke to the audience more (talked about songs, experiences or anything really!!) but other than that, they sounded fantastic!

  • Love these guys! Thanks for coming toYorkPa

  • Come on guys….

by Heidi on 7/29/23Rating: 2 out of 5

Huge TT fan - but, once again, and mostly due to the sound, they were a huge disappointment live.

  • I hope these guys are coming back soon.

by Harold on 7/29/23Rating: 5 out of 5

The Beacon is a fantastic venue. The band, which I've been waiting to see for years proved well worth the wait. The crowd was fantastic from the moment they took the stage till the last encore. Great show, I can't wait till I see them again.

  • Excellent Energy

by Turnpike fan on 7/29/23Rating: 5 out of 5

Great band. They never miss a beat. Fiddle and guitar were dueling through each song! Not a bad song in their entire catalog.

  • The finest Band in the Land!

  • A triumphant return

by Pitch on 7/29/23Rating: 5 out of 5

They have returned after a slight break without missing a beat. Sings were well played as usual and the band was all business. Played as many songs as they could get in. Great show. Made a Turnpike fan out of my wife who has only heard them while in the car with me. Can’t wait to see them again!!!

  • Outstanding!!

  • LOVE TT / Unhappy with BOK

by KMAC on 4/13/23BOK Center - TulsaRating: 5 out of 5

I love Turnpike so my review is no reflection on them what so ever. I have seen them in concert MANY times. Definitely disappointed that I bought floor seats and gave free tickets we got to friends and they were able to to walk down to the floor. No one asked for our tickets either. I don’t like the arena shows anyway and this made our experience even more unlikeable. Why have separate prices when anyone is allowed to go to the same places.

  • Got a 3 for tonight

I’m partial to Turnpike Troubadours but loved the whole show! Muscadine Bloodline was good and Old Crow put on an awesome show my first time to sue them. Awesomeness Turnpike Troubadours
