Pioneers of the Red Dirt music scene and one of America's most beloved bands, Turnpike Troubadours has amassed a massive following throughout their renowned career with more than 2.2 billion streams globally and over 1.7 million equivalent units sold. Since their debut in 2005, the band has released seven studio albums, performed countless sold-out headline shows, appeared in Paramount's hit show "Yellowstone" and were inducted into the Oklahoma Music Hall of Fame. Most recently, Turnpike Troubadours added to their historic career with the release of their new surprise album, The Price of Admission, which debuted at #1 on the iTunes all-genre and country charts and earned them their highest Spotify chart debuts to date. The eagerly awaited follow up to their widely acclaimed 2023 album, A Cat in the Rain, The Price of Admission further cements the band as an undeniable force in the music world and led Whiskey Riff to declare "Turnpike Troubadours have continued to prove time and time again that they are the greatest band of all time." Originally from Tahlequah, OK, Turnpike Troubadours is Evan Felker (vocals, guitar), Kyle Nix (fiddle), Ryan Engleman (electric guitar), RC Edwards (bass), Gabe Pearson (drums) and Hank Early (steel, accordion).
Music was very tight. Pit access was very close and easy to come and go.
Turnpike Troubadours, Blackberry Smoke, and Jason Boland and the Stragglers were on point, music was sensational!! The venue was NOT!! Fights breaking out and security was lax to say the least. 3 of my absolute favorite bands and I would never go to that venue again to see them. Again, the bands were awesome.
First time seeing the troubadours and they did not disappoint. Layer on Blackberry smoke and it was a great ticket!
The Turnpike Troubadours sounded the best they ever have on Saturday night November 4th in Orlando. Too bad the facilities were inadequate for a crowd of that size. Not the best venue.
Show was awesome. The opening act Blueberry Smoke put on a great show as well. Was surprised the Trubadors did not do a encore.Bought my tickets in June and had to wait till November.Well worth the wait.
I've been to many concerts over the years. I started listening to the Turnpike Troubadours a few years back and liked their music. Saw them live in Tallahasse and was literally blown away by the talent and mesh they have. From their opening "Every Girl"to the end I never sat down (and I'm over 65). What a performance. The only disappointment was when the lights came on after their last song. A great mixture of old and new Turnpike for nearly 2 hours that seemed like 20 minutes. Bravo. A tip of my hat to them all. Can't wait to see them once again.
Our tickets were in the upper deck, close to the stage. Upon arrival, we were informed that the upper deck was closed, but our reassigned seats were actually better. It turned out that the new seats were quite a bit farther from the stage. Jason Boland and Blackberry Smoke were excellent, but the Turnpike Troubadours were very loud. Lead vocalist seemed to be shouting into the microphone.
We thoroughly enjoyed our Turnpike Troubadours experience! They never disappoint.
Turnpike put on a great show. The opening bands made it an epic night. Thanks to all the guys in Reckless Kelly, Lucero, and Turnpike for coming in full force to a sold out crowd! It will be one of my favorite events ever!
Turnpike Troubadours did not disappoint!! Perfect mix of old songs and new releases!! Loved every minute of the concert, on my feet dancing, singing, and clapping to every song!!! Love, love, love!!!
Fantastic show and a great venue. The show lasted about 4 hours. Tear down and set up were really quick. All 3 bands were awesome!
Outstanding! Loads of fun ! Excellent bands ! Good venue
Great show although disappointed that reckless kelly was listed as the second act yet they came out first .
I would love to see the Turnpike Troubadours again at a different venue. The sound at the Enterprise center is not good. I’ve been to a few concerts here, and same thing.🙁
After clean, crisp session by The Avett Brothers, we were super disappointed with the Turnpike Troubadours sound. All four of us were in disbelief, it was the worst sound in our entire concert experience. We couldn’t hear a single coherent word. We left after three songs and asked several other couples in the hall if they felt the same way and they agreed. Who ever was responsible for sound check needs to find another job.
Sadly, the sound at this venue had problems. The first three song Turnpike played had either an echo issue with the bass or drum. It was not enjoyable. The sound got better, but at the end of the show the same feedback came back. I have been to several Turnpike shows and have seen other artists at this venue. This particular show was the least enjoyable during the main act. Not sue why the sound control era didn’t fix it right away!
I had tix in the mezzanine to the side of the stage at Enterprise in St. Louis. The first 2 bands the sound was terrible. I figured if I moved further back from the stage (the show was not sold out - lots of empty seats) the sound would be clearer. Wrong. Then when TT came on, I was expecting clearer sound. Nope. Just as disappointing. I have heard plenty of their songs and you can differentiate the instruments and the singing is clear. Not at Enterprise. The acoustics in that place are terrible. TT needs to stick to smaller venues that are built for music, sports arenas don't do the band justice.
I've seen Turnpike several times before, and I couldn't wait to see them after they got back together. They brought down the house!! Best band out there!
Great double bill of Evette Brothers and TurnpikeTroubadours. The Yvette brothers were on their game, sounded incredible, played and sang with brilliance and enthusiasm. As good as they were, we were there to see the Troubadors. This was my third time seeing them it’s probably been seven or eight years. I love their music and the show was very good but it could’ve been a little better. It was actually too loud. it was so loud that at times it was hard to pick up the melody of particular songs. I don’t know if they did a sound check or if that was what they wanted but they could’ve turned it down a couple of notches and I think the sound quality would have been greatly improved
Love all three bands. Wood Bros, Avett Bros, Turnpike Troubadours. Wish it was at a more reasonably sized venue such as Chafitz, Family Arena, Fox. Our seats were in the 300 level which is far enough away that acoustics and sight lines are sub par for such acts.
