About The Price Is Right Live

In 1972, a part of TV history began its journey with the premier of The Price Is Right on CBS. When contestants heeded host Bob Barker's iconic call to "Come on down!" and take part in what has become one of America's most beloved game shows, a legacy started that would last for decades to come. The Price Is Right is one of the most popular, longest-running TV shows ever, so it's not surprising that it spawned a stage version in 2002. When you attend The Price Is Right Live, you may not be on TV but you're still getting the full experience. Whether you're one of the randomly selected contestants or a spectator, you see the classic games played out before your eyes, as people do their best to guess prices in order to win cash and prizes.

  • good overall

by Janet on 2/16/25The Corbin Arena - CorbinRating: 4 out of 5

Had to wait outside in the cold for a while to get thru security. No one to direct people or answer questions. Show production was very organized and moved quickly keeping the audience involved and entertained. Many prizes and contestants selected to play. Mainly trips and products as prizes. A Car was offered towards the end, but game rules make it a tuff one to win.

  • Awesome

by Sheila S on 2/16/25The Corbin Arena - CorbinRating: 5 out of 5

This was my second time going. I made it on stage to play Plinko and won $950/$2,500 possible. The experience was exciting my friend and I bought Spin the Big Wherl VIP tickets so we did that after the show. It was great.

  • Fun, yet underwhelming

    by Golfguy88 on 2/16/25The Corbin Arena - CorbinRating: 2 out of 5

First of all, The Corbin Arena did a HORRIBLE job hosting the event. We had to stand outside for at least 30 minutes in line waiting for folks to get through the metal detectors. That was absolutely ridiculous! Then, the show got started 15 minutes late PLUS they took a 15 minute break in the middle of an hour and a half show!!! So, the show itself only lasted an hour, there were only FOUR pricing games, and the prizes were extremely underwhelming. The games (Plinko, Cliffhangers, Grocery Game, and Punch-a-Bunch) were fun, but there should have been WAY more than just four in a ninety-minute show. This is a fun event and the crowd interaction is awesome, but this show would be spectacular if it were more like the actual tv show with a minimum of six pricing games, although I think 8-10 would be better. For the amount of money that I paid for tickets, I was completely underwhelmed and did not feel as if I got my money’s worth at all. The only way that I’d attend this current version again is if it was a free community event or severely discounted. The Price is Right is too big of a national brand to destroy the show’s reputation like that.

  • Not for everyone

by Hughey on 2/15/25Fox Theatre Detroit - DetroitRating: 2 out of 5

The premise of the live show is good and once it begins it’s an alright rendition however for the price of the tickets we would’ve appreciated the show starting on time and lasting longer and there wasn’t a lot of content and a bit of time was wasted while participants came down and switching sets.

  • Great time

by Moe on 2/15/25Fox Theatre Detroit - DetroitRating: 5 out of 5

It was a lot of fun! I wish they would record it and sell DVD's. Ted Newton was amazing and did a great job of keeping it upbeat and entertaining.

  • Very exciting experience.

by Angie on 2/15/25Fox Theatre Detroit - DetroitRating: 5 out of 5

This was a birthday gift from my family. I’ve always wanted to get a chance to see the show. I was well organized and interactive. I had the big wheel package so I hit a chance to spin. I wish we could have received a shirt if we spun a dollar. Overall, it was an amazing experience. Hopefully one day I will get a chance to come in down.

  • Boring

by Zb on 2/15/25Fox Theatre Detroit - DetroitRating: 1 out of 5

I could barely wait for this to end. Boring, and just not entertaining whatsoever

  • So fun!!

by Chris on 2/15/25Fox Theatre Detroit - DetroitRating: 5 out of 5

Being a long time fan, it was a dream come true for my brother, he is blind and mentally delayed. His smile was worth the drive in a snow storm!!

  • Very Cheesy

by DW on 2/15/25Fox Theatre Detroit - DetroitRating: 1 out of 5

The show is nothing like the real price is right. If you do get called you have one chance of winning. Then they call another group down. They chose 3 people to spin the wheel to go to the showcase showdown. If you make it to the showdown you don’t have the option to pass both bid on showcase and if you don’t get within $100 you one win one prize not the entire showdown prizes.

  • Good ahow

by C Smith on 2/15/25Fox Theatre Detroit - DetroitRating: 4 out of 5

It was a good show, but it could use a few more games throughout.

  • Enjoyment by all

  • Had a blast!

by Dina on 2/12/25The Venue at Horseshoe Casino - HammondRating: 5 out of 5

Had so much fun and every one had a chance to enter electronically to be called to Come on Down, so many people did come down from balcony. So all were included. So many prizes and cash won!! Host was not Drew but he was so funny and generous! Highly recommend for a good nights fun!!

  • Exciting!

by NatSyd on 2/12/25The Venue at Horseshoe Casino - HammondRating: 5 out of 5

This was an exciting game to watch! They gave away great prizes! Next time though, I won’t pay more for closer seats in hopes to getting picked since it’s all done randomly! You’ll have a chance even at the very top!

  • Looooooove

by Jeannette on 2/11/25The Venue at Horseshoe Casino - HammondRating: 5 out of 5

I really enjoyed the show!! It was pretty much like the real tv show. The host was very entertaining and funny at times with the audience. I would go again if it comes back to the casino in Hamond

  • Fun Times!

by C.A. on 2/11/25The Venue at Horseshoe Casino - HammondRating: 4 out of 5

The Price is Right Live was so much fun and the only reason for 4/5 stars is because I didn't get to COME ON DOWN LOL!

  • The Experience

by JW on 2/11/25The Venue at Horseshoe Casino - HammondRating: 5 out of 5

Went to the Horseshoe Casino for The price Is Right. Had a great time, a lot of laughs. The host didn't miss a punch. I wish it was a little longer. I also wish I had a chance to get up there. Will definitely go back again.

by Mrs Diva on 2/11/25The Venue at Horseshoe Casino - HammondRating: 1 out of 5

It wasn’t what I expected, I wanted it to be more exciting then it was..Me and my husband had an experience, I would have wanted it to be live like in L.A…The comedian was very entertaining , got the crowd involved..But I will not be attending another live price of right entertainment

  • A great time

by Ms A on 2/11/25The Venue at Horseshoe Casino - HammondRating: 5 out of 5

I had so much fun listening to the host and to see who was going to get picked for the games. I like it that Bob Barker pics were shown explaining how he started the show. I also liked how the guests and I played trivia as we were awaiting for the start of the show. Definitely I will go back again and tell others about it too.
