About The Price Is Right Live
In 1972, a part of TV history began its journey with the premier of The Price Is Right on CBS. When contestants heeded host Bob Barker's iconic call to "Come on down!" and take part in what has become one of America's most beloved game shows, a legacy started that would last for decades to come. The Price Is Right is one of the most popular, longest-running TV shows ever, so it's not surprising that it spawned a stage version in 2002. When you attend The Price Is Right Live, you may not be on TV but you're still getting the full experience. Whether you're one of the randomly selected contestants or a spectator, you see the classic games played out before your eyes, as people do their best to guess prices in order to win cash and prizes.
Was not worth money. He was hot winded and no games or prizes to talk about. Better off buying a lottery ticket.
Just was a really good time, the memory clips that the show shared with the audience from the passed 50 years of the history of "The Price is Right"was very entertaining. Venue and company did a fantastic job. I would go again.
They did a great job getting a lot of people called down and giving prizes!!!
The show was great! Exciting and entertaining as it has been for years on television. Everyone had a wonderful experience, watching classic family entertainment. We would definitely recommend this show to our friends and other family members.
It was so much fun even if we didn’t get picked to go up on stage. Watching the others act silly was great! The host was handsome and entertaining. The announcer was fantastic. The Saenger is beautiful as ALWAYS!! Just a pleasure being in that building. Thank you for letting me be a part of it!!
So, where do I start? I was under the impression that I would at least get a t-shirt with my ticket purchase or some sort of souvenir, but instead I bought an over priced shirt with a decal that looked like it had seen better days, and a less than subpar magnet, that cost $60 for both. We also purchased over priced sodas. It seemed very carnival like and I was expecting an elephant or a couple of monkeys to jump off the stage at any given moment, but instead I was blinded by bright lights and witnessed contestants lose out on cheesy prizes. The only thing good about it was seeing Bob Barker and Drew Carey up on the small projected screen and being apart of one of the most beloved game shows of all time, however, it looks like the only way to truly get to experience it, without having the feel of being apart of circus, would be to attend the real thing.
Was fun! Some good prizes some not so good! A lot of chatter from stage to prolong the time I guess
The show was fun and prizes were great (cash, trips and an SUV) but there was too much wasted time and not enough games played. Although the host was entertaining, he spent a lot of time talking and telling stories when more games could/should have been played.
I almost backed out of going because my grandson had a football game. I'm glad I went. My wife and I had the best time. It was great family fun entertainment. The host down to the people taking your tickets and writing your nametags were so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend The Price is Right to everyone even if you are not a fan. I've been a fan for years but this makes it even better.
Was the most amazing experience. My family and I had the best time. It was full of laughter, fun and excitement throughout the whole show.
Wish my name had been called, but it was really was fun being at a "live"gameshow!!
I would not go again or recommend to others The prizes were small and the show was a disappointment. The way the show case was done to we all the prizes sucked. Spinning the wheel for 100 was a joke
We had a wonderful time!! So much fun, lots of laughs.
This show was so much fun! The prizes were good and the gist was wildly entertaining! We didn't get called to "Come On Down"but we had a great time watching those who did. We also got to yell out during the show which kept us involved and excited. We will definitely go to this again!!
My MIL, FIL, Husband and myself attended the live show and we absolutely loved it! It was our first time attending an event like this and we were kind of apprehensive of how it was going to be. However we enjoyed ourselves and it was a wholesome family event. We didn’t get called onstage but it still was a great time and the host was absolutely captivating! Definitely going again!!
All they tell you when you’re buying the tickets is it’s a live prices right. to break down with that means they go to different cities and play this cheesy halfway price is right game show to make money they give away very very little. Drew is not even there for these Live shows And they’re not even aired afterwards.
Love to play all the games as if I was really there.
I had so much fun celebrating my birthday with my hubby.
More fun than I thought it would be. Would consider doing it again
Overall it was a lot of fun. Understand this is nothing like the TV Show. The host is good enough. The products are just everyday products with lower prices. It is different with the contestants as well. They call down 4 people, you bid, winner plays, other three sit down. Same process each time, it allows for more people to play. The wheel spin is for three random people out of the crowd, not the bid winners that play. Other than when the host is telling jokes and interacting with the crowd, its pretty rushed. The show also gives prizes to the crowd every game, $25 amazon gift cards. For the showcase showdown, there is only one showcase and they both bid on it. Unless you are within $100 on your bid the winner only wins a trip, not the entire showcase. If you stay until the end to spin the wheel with the VIP package, the guy in charge, "business chicken"is his nickname, is very much about getting everyone through the line as soon as possible. It was fun and we enjoyed it. Just do not set yourself up thinking it is the same show you see on TV and you will have a good time.
