Two days of Fantastic music showcasing many musicians we were not familiar with but will definitely start listening to. Had to switch the concert venue at the last minute which was a little disappointing but they did an awesome job getting things set up and ready for hours of amazing music!
Change of venue to the North Charleston Convention Center was a mistake. Would have been better to reschedule and kept it at Firefly Distillery. Sound was atrocious. Super loud, distorted and boomy. We tried moving several times to no avail. Finally left and talked with other people similarly disappointed. Did not even consider attending second day even though we had two day tickets. And expensive mistake for two first time Marcus King fans.
Great show. Marcus King and company know how to have a good time. Cant wait to see them again.
Marcus and his band put on a phenomenal performance from the word go. He played a number of new songs from his upcoming album as well as favorites like "The Well"and "Goodbye Carolina,"ending the show with blistering renditions of two Allman Brothers classics. Don't miss your opportunity to see this band. You'll regret it.
Terrible news to hear venue was moved due to weather (especially considering it didn’t rain one drop during show time). North Charleston Coliseum was subpar as usual. It was rather drab and depressing. Also, the VIP experience was terrible and def not worth the money. Acts were ok but sound was off at times. We understood given they had to change on short notice though. Marcus jammed but the biggest highlight was Stephen Wilson Jr. He rescued the entire experience in my opinion. He played for 45 minutes but that 45 was superb and honestly made the process we paid for 2 day VIP worth it! Can’t wait to see him again!
The concert was fantastic and had great sound. They knocked it out of the park changing venues as quickly as they did. We will definitely go again.
Awesome great appmesmere, need a better way for people who needs help getting in
This Band and more specifically Marcus himself is just an amazing talent, after getting a chance to meet him you realize how kind and genuine he is.
Marcus King and friends was great! Jamey Johnson, Kendell Marvel, the King family all great. The weather caused it to move to the coliseum. It would have sounded so much better outside.
