The Lion King (New York, NY) Tickets

Took two of our young grandsons to see The Lion King since we try to give them each a special day and it was their turn to see a Broadway show and have a day in the city. We all had a wonderful day from start to finish! They loved the show!

Our first Broadway show and it was spectacular! The singing, the dancing, the costumes were all 5 stars! I encourage everyone to see this show!

the start was exciting with a great song and performances but through out the entire time, there was too much of seriousness & monologue talking rather than synchronized dancing w/ music. it was rather slow and boring.

The show was fabulous! Costumes and puppetry were awesome. Only problem is the seats. So tight. Row in front is right at your knees. Very uncomfortable when your in a seat for 2 1/2 hrs.

The most amazing show. Costumes were unreal!!! My almost 11 year olds were in awe! Highly recommend for any age!!!

Overall experience was good. Wish i could have gotten better seats but their wasbt mych of a selection because we were a party of 6.

Everything from sets to costumes to choreography were perfect to result in an extraordinary experience.

I was so excited to get discount tickets for 2 for 1 Broadway week. The first time I was it was 15 years ago and was blow away. I would always tell people Lion King is the best show I’ve ever seen, and it was then. Not now.. I feel the quality of acting and singing has gone down hill.. The simba main character left a lot to be desired, he didn’t command the stage, actually at some points with all the people opening and eating candy I could barely hear him. I didn’t feel the chemistry between him and Nayla, something was off. Besides that, the entire show people had there hands in their candy wrappers which was SO distracting. I finally had to cal over a woman to get the people behind us to be quiet. The positives about the show: the opening is beautiful, Rafiki is amazing, the same way I remember her. She owns the shows, and will give you chills. The costumes are so creative and special, and the dancers and singers are beautiful you will love when they come down the aisles. The 2nd half of the show was a disappointment, hard time hearing the actors and and didn’t think the quality was broadway!

Had aisle seats in row J. Great view. Loved the energy by the actors. Awesome time for all ages!

The show was even better than we expected! The cast was super energetic and we loved the funny spins they put on the show.

Amazing. My seat was row3 108, it wasn’t too close and provided perfect view of actors’ faces.

The show in itself was awesome! But for the amount of money we paid, completely dissatisfied with the seating...too overcrowded and I wasn't able to see the entire stage.

The play was spectacular as expected! But, it was hard to hear. There were 7 of us who felt the same way. Our seats were mezzanine right rows FF and GG. Felt like a speaker was out, which I can’t imagine was the situation. The play was beautiful though.... just wish the volume was a tad louder.

The experience was absolutely awesome. I enjoy the entire show from the beginning to the end.

Great show ! It was a spectacular show on Broadway. We had an amazing time and would love to see it again next time we are in NYC. Our Family thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Big thanks and a bravo to the cast of Lion King !

Took my girl for her bday and she loved it! The look in her eyes while she was watching it made me so happy. Great to sing along to if you don’t get shushed. It reminded me how much I dislike scar..great performance all around.

Loved every second of this show. The theater was clean. The staff was very friendly. The performance itself was amazing!! Definitely work every penny. Highly recommend!!
