  • Great show

by Dick on 6/28/19Rialto Square Theatre - JolietRating: 5 out of 5

Entire concert, from the opening act (The Masterson's,) to the main event was one of the best shows we have attended. Steve Earle was on stage for the full 2 hours of the concert without a break, an awesome performance. The only downside was the 3 idiots sitting directly in front of us who spent the entire time talking and bobbing their heads back and forth requiring us to also continuously change position to see around them.

  • Best ever!!! Great show. Steve and his band delivered!!

by Jodi on 6/28/19Rialto Square Theatre - JolietRating: 5 out of 5

Loved the venue!! This was our 4th time seeing Steve and he never disappoints. My favs were copperhead road, Mexico (should know the name...one of my very favs) p and la freeway. I had to talk hubby into going since we've seen him before. He thanked me after the show.

  • Great Show

I love Buckhead Theater...this was my 3rd show there since the remodel job. I will say a lot of Atlanta folks missed out on an incredible show. Many empty seats

  • A truly unforgettable show

by Whowell. on 6/13/19Buckhead Theatre presented by Cricket Wireless - AtlantaRating: 5 out of 5

One of the bestperformers Ive ever seen. Earle was a great story teller all night (both in song and between songs). The Dukes are a great backing band. So cool to hear old Guy Clark songs he played in a bew. The Buckhead Theatre was the perfect setting for it. One for the memory books

  • Fantastic!

by Bev on 6/12/19Buckhead Theatre presented by Cricket Wireless - AtlantaRating: 5 out of 5

We really enjoyed the Masterson’s (opening act). Steve Earl and the Dukes was amazing. The venue was also perfect. Steve Earl came out after the concert for a picture with him and autographs! We loved his tribute to Guy Clark. All the music and stories were amazing.

Excellent show. Would definitely see them again next time they're in town.

  • Steve Earle channels one of his mentors Guy Clarke

by R. N. on 6/12/19Buckhead Theatre presented by Cricket Wireless - AtlantaRating: 5 out of 5

Excellent show. Dukes are tight musically and Earle is leading the show. They covered many of the Clark tunes from Steve's recent album Guy. Several songs were enhanced by Earle and the band particularly waiting on a train and freeway. Check them out. Our Sunday night crowd was light and that was a shame...first rate in every way.

  • Great Show As Expected

by Joe The Sh on 6/10/19Ponte Vedra Concert Hall - Ponte Vedra BeachRating: 5 out of 5

I expected Steve to travel with world class musicians and I was not disappointed. Having The Mastersons as part of his band really adds depth to the sound. They are both excellent musicians and singers. I was delighted that Steve played so much material from his new Guy Clark tribute record. Guy is one of my songwriting hero's and his impact on Steve is well documented. I love Steve's music but we differ politically. Unlike too many people today, I try to respect everyone's point of view that might night ailing with mine. I was very thankful that he chose to give us an unforgettable night of music without the politically charged slant that so many artists feel compelled to share at their shows. I know these artists have a right to say what ever they want......But that's not what I pay to hear. I thank you Steve Earl for a memorable night of music and your heartfelt tribute to your dear friend Guy.

  • Great show — love Steve Earle’s narratives.

by Lipz on 6/9/19Ponte Vedra Concert Hall - Ponte Vedra BeachRating: 5 out of 5

Opening band referenced 17M refugees. Guess it was a political something! I’m sure that she will give her concert proceeds to the cause. Money where mouth is concept. Anyway — great show.

  • Fabulous show

by KateBagby on 6/9/19Ponte Vedra Concert Hall - Ponte Vedra BeachRating: 5 out of 5

We’ve seen Steve several times. He’s always good but this show was one of the best. The Mastersons were great and followed by Steve and The Dukes who put on a great show. Just can’t stress how great it was. I would highly recommend going if you have the opportunity! Loved it. For the love of music!!!

  • Exceptional Experience

by Sweet P of Georgia on 6/9/19Ponte Vedra Concert Hall - Ponte Vedra BeachRating: 5 out of 5

This concert was truly extraordinary. The venue was perfect and intimate. The sound was crystal clear. Steve Earle and the Dukes were masterful and entertaining. Steve’s introductions to the songs and experiences that inspired he songs was engaging and personal. The Dukes are one of the tightest groups of musicians I’ve seen and their music supported Steve in his every moment on stage. I was surprised how exceptional this concert was. It left me entertained and uplifted. I would definitely attend another concert by this group and would always return to the Ponte Vedra Concert Hall for any concert. It was a perfect evening all around.

  • 500 Stars for Steve & The Dukes

by Ddude on 5/12/19The Cabot - BeverlyRating: 5 out of 5

What can I say, it's Steve Earle, an American treasure and his kick butt band. Enough said.

  • Disappointing

Steve and the Dukes mailed it in last Thursday night at the Cabot in Beverly. Show was just ok,

We had great seats and and Steve Earle and the Dukes were great. It was loud, but sounded good. Steve did all of his most popular songs.....Copperhead Road, Someday, I'll wait for you, and many more. He played for an and and a half. Enjoyed vefy much.

  • Sit in the Balcony

    by FishMan on 12/18/18Horseshoe Casino's Bluesville - RobinsonvilleRating: 4 out of 5

Ushers allowed us to move to balcony. Much better view and actually closer to the stage. Really good acoustics. Steve and the Dukes did an excellent job.

  • Steve Earl and the Dukes 30 years later...

    by Seadog99 on 10/4/18Commodore Ballroom - VancouverRating: 4 out of 5

30 years later and although a little 'greyer', just as good!!! Earl was Earl and the Dukes were great. I got up close and was amazed by the talent of the band, especially the lead guitar. Great night.

  • The venue was terrible!

    by MusicLover1919 on 9/26/18River Cree Resort & Casino - EnochRating: 1 out of 5

I was so excited to see Steve Earle! Never being to a concert at the River Cree casino, I was unsure what to expect. I bought tickets for good seats anyway. The sound was terrible! Out of the 10 concerts I’ve seen at different venues(some being outdoors) the sound at this concert was the worst! The sound was bad when the Mastersons played and I had hoped that the technicians would have fixed it before Steve Earle and The Dukes came on stage. Sadly they did not. The lead guitar was much louder than the vocals or any of the other instruments. As much as I love The Dukes I paid to see Steve Earle and I was thoroughly disappointed to be unable to hear him. I would absolutely see this show again. But I will never purchase tickets to a musical event at the River Cree again.

  • Steve Earle never disappoints

by Snortymorty on 9/12/18LONDON MUSIC HALL - LONDONRating: 4 out of 5

This is my second time seeing him. Both times he played for over two hours and still took the time to meet and greet each fan after the show at no charge. Most musicians charge a premium for meet and greet. His back up band, the Masterson’s are also very talented. I would’ve went twice if there was a second show. If you love his music, go see him. You will not be disappointed.

  • Should Have Stayed Home

    by Mark621 on 6/16/18Bethel Woods - BethelRating: 2 out of 5

Went to concert to hear music, not politics. Needs to focus on his music. Will stay home next time and save my hard earned money.
