  • Great Show!

by Binions on 8/24/21Amaturo Theater at Broward Center - Ft LauderdaleRating: 5 out of 5

First time seeing a show in the Amaturo theater. Enjoyed seeing Steve and the band in this intimate setting. Sound was great and they were solid. I'm actually sad for many friends that said afterward, "Aw, if I knew he was playing I would have gone". Suggests that there may need to be a better job of getting the word out of this and other shows. I had a great time!

Great show! Steve Earle never disappoints. He played for more than 2 hours and played a huge range. Loved it.

  • Needed more speaker

by WHAT'S THAT? on 8/24/21Amaturo Theater at Broward Center - Ft LauderdaleRating: 3 out of 5

So glad I ordered early, a long time ago, 2nd row center. Seated not 30 ft from Steve. I couldn't hear but a few lyrics all night. The lead guitar was blasting through the opening act and when playing with Steve. Covered everything I wanted him to play. It was just mixed terribly. Couldn't hear vocals on any mike. Love you Steve but, was a sorry mix.

  • Lots of fun but wish his singing came thru the music better

by Jeff F on 8/24/21Amaturo Theater at Broward Center - Ft LauderdaleRating: 4 out of 5

I have seen Steve Earle several times in the past and I really like his songs, especially when I can understand the words to his songs. When playing with a large band (like The Dukes) his singing is often hard to make out over the music. Good band but I wish they would turn the gain on his mike up. But he did lots of my favorite songs, and many new ones, and all-in-all a very enjoyable show.

  • Great music and great experience

by Sandy on 8/23/21Ponte Vedra Concert Hall - Ponte Vedra BeachRating: 5 out of 5

Steve Earle and his band are great musicians - from country to almost metal rock. He is as good as he's ever been. So is the band. The venue is simple but intimate and the bar pours a real drink. Easy to park with very little walking or valet available if you prefer. I'm thinking of buying a converted van and following Steve Earle and his band on tour...(jk)

  • Poor show

  • Steve rocks

by Audio Jackster on 12/20/19Town Hall - New YorkRating: 5 out of 5

First time seeing Steve Earle and the Dukes. I love live music in general but seeing bands that play live consistently is always a pleasure because they are tight and they come to play. Great venue too. Small and intimate no matter where you are sitting. Great show.

  • Guy Clark LIVES!

by Mike on 8/26/19Paramount Theatre - DenverRating: 5 out of 5

What an amazing set list... they played lots of great Guy songs AND hit on some of Steve's all-time greats! The encore rocked, too!

Great venue, very intimate and good sound. What a treat to see Steve Earle and the Dukes on the north shore. Perfect from A-Z, keep up the good work and keep bringing great live music to Lake Tahoe.

  • GREAT SHOW

by BryHigh on 8/20/19Crystal Bay Club Casino Crown Room - Crystal BayRating: 5 out of 5

The show started at 8pm in the Crystal Bay Club Crown Room, with The Masterson's opening the show. The husband and wife duo, he plays guitar and sings, she sings, plays a wicked mean fiddle and other instruments and they killed it for about 30minutes. About 9pm Steve Earle and The Dukes(which included The Masterson's) took the stage and they proceeded to tear the roof off of the place. Song after great song along with some story telling coupled with humor and they played to about 11:30pm. A lively show from the get go and of course they played Guitar Town and Copperhead Road, and the crowd was well versed in Steve Earle's music as even the younger folks were singing and dancing along. Great show, great venue and if you get the chance to either see Steve live or go to CBC, make sure that you do. Steve Earle an American Icon in my opinion and the man still has it. Like I said, GREAT SHOW!
