The skaters brought it for the last night of the Stars on Ice tour which ended in Portland, OR. The show was wonderfully produced, great costumes and choreography, and each skater/duo had two single numbers and were part of several group numbers. No complaints whatsoever, and am so glad they included Portland on the tour! BIG complaint however about the Rose Quarter's handbag policy though! They only allow a tiny 6x8" purse, and the lines were long to check handbags. It caught so many people by surprise, and the check place is by the Rose Quarter-not the Coliseum. My friend had to check her bag, and when she went to retrieve it, the line was over an HOUR LONG! She begged for "cuts" in line as she was going directly to work on the MAX, and even with some graciously allowing her to cut in line, she was in line for over an hour. Thankfully the showers held off, but this is UNACCEPTABLE. People can't wait in line for an hour for a policy they knew nothing about! I saw one posted sign by a parking garage that said LARGE bags weren't allowed, but what constitutes large? No mention was made of the tiny size they allow into the venue. Thankfully she had a coat with pockets to carry necessary items into the venue, but in the summer most don't wear coats. What do you do then with your keys, wallet, phone etc.?

  • Amazing

This is my 3rd Stars on Ice show over the years. The caliber of skaters we have now is amazing. I was super excited to watch our U.S. Olympic team in action. Nathan Chen does not disappoint. Being able to watch all these amazing skaters skate in person after competing at the Olympics just a short few months ago is an experience I will never forget. Applause to the all the amazing athletes we have representing the United States and all the hard work they have put in. It was definitely a worthy celebration! =)

  • Stars on Ice was phenomenal

by Nana on 6/1/22Climate Pledge Arena - SeattleRating: 5 out of 5

The show was fantastic. We sat in the Ice Seats right on the ice, but the seats were not comfortable and too close together. We paid for parking but were at a garage 0.5 miles from the event, which was difficult with a senior with mobility issues. Little food available at the event and it was not very good. Phenomenal show, but the rest was so so.

  • Great show!

by Blaine on 6/1/22Climate Pledge Arena - SeattleRating: 5 out of 5

The show was great! It would have been cool to have a map of the stadium in advance, as the ticket was to one of two entrances and I accidentally walked around the entire stadium in the rain not knowing that the other direction would have been way closer.

  • Wow

by Mxs on 6/1/22Veterans Memorial Coliseum - PortlandRating: 5 out of 5

From beginning to end, the athleticism, grace and beauty of skating was on display. Although most of the music was not familiar to my generation (except the Elton John selections) the show and athletes really showed their enjoyment of their sport. I was in awe of their abilities. Highly recommend Stars on Ice to all ages that love and appreciate ice skating.

The performance of all participants was amazing. Beautiful and impressive routines. Some of them had such a contagious energy that I found myself smiling through their routines.

I bought the tickets for my Sisters Birthday gift. Something fun and she had never seen Star's on Ice. I took my Mom several years ago, and it was the most amazing event. We are already looking forward to the next time Star's on Ice comes to Portland.

We had great seats - right on the floor next to the rink. The skaters were enthusiastic, entertaining, and, of course, very skilled. My granddaughter and I were completely enchanted

    by MomOf2Teens on 5/31/22Climate Pledge Arena - SeattleRating: 5 out of 5

The show was beautifully choreograped with great lighting effects. Ice skaters were engaging with audience. Such a great experience for my kids to see the highest level of the figure skating talents and artistic skills. Definitely a way better experience than watching it on TV!

  • Wonderful

I brought a friend and she loved it and so did I. She said the sisters were so graceful like it didn't take any effort. The only problem I had was not being able to show the vender at the 5th Avenue Garage my ticket. He let us in because there were cars behind us. But I'd like for them to get paid for my parking there. 5464142445311790 number on my ticket.

  • It was spectacular

by Tasha on 5/31/22Climate Pledge Arena - SeattleRating: 5 out of 5

We loved it. Music and performances were all so wonderful. My hubby moaned that it didn’t begin on time but I didn’t mind. I loved the call for donations to adopt children at half time. Families matter so much and each child should have a family Thx for bringing this show to Seattle

  • Great experience

by RandyC on 5/31/22Climate Pledge Arena - SeattleRating: 5 out of 5

This was the best sho I’ve seen at C.P.A. Since the rebranding. The performance itself was exactly what you would expect from Olympic-level skaters, but I was very impressed with the technical elements of the show, particularly the sound. In the past I’ve been underwhelmed by the sound quality in this venue but it was great on this night. The lighting was also really solid. Only real complaint was integration with the Ticketmaster app sending us to the wrong entry gate, and no notification about entry security procedures. It would also be nice to have more obvious signage directing you to the closest exits.
