  • Elizabethan Improv at Its Finest

by Los Gomez on 2/3/25Cobb's Comedy Club - San FranciscoRating: 5 out of 5

The Improvised Shakespeare Company once again hits it out the park with their annual appearance at SF Sketch Fest. So energetic and quick-witted, so in synch with each other, a hilarious delight for English majors and everyone else. And they seem to genuinely kind humans.

  • So much fun my face hurt

by Ben on 2/5/24Cobb's Comedy Club - San FranciscoRating: 5 out of 5

I went to 5 Sketchfest shows in two days, and I pulled a muscle laughing. What a great time!

  • fun and funny

And good service and good drinks too. All the presenters were amusing

  • Not funny at all

by Nat on 2/8/23Cobb's Comedy Club - San FranciscoRating: 1 out of 5

Unfortunately, it was a waste of money. I saw the Sklar brothers prior and they were hilarious, couldn't wait to see them again. Unfortunately, this time it wasn't funny, too much time was wasted on trying to guess the age, weight, gender etc. I will not be coming back for more or adding them to my podcast after this show.

  • Awesome Show! Sklar Brothers "Dumb People Town"

by Cynthia L on 2/8/23Cobb's Comedy Club - San FranciscoRating: 5 out of 5

Sklar Brothers are epic improv comedians and their podcasts are hilarious. It was even more cool and entertaining to hear them in person with Daniel Van Kirk and the guests. Everyone in the sold-out audience was 100% engaged, a complete universal vibe. I would travel to see them again. Please come back to Sketchfest!!

  • I laughed and laughed and laughed

by Vaughniepoo on 2/8/23Cobb's Comedy Club - San FranciscoRating: 5 out of 5

One of my most favorite things about growing up in San Francisco is the comedy shows Sketchfest is the best this year. I only got to see Dumb People Town but I’m so glad I got to go! Love the show love these guys. It was amazing glad to see I was a part of it. Happy 20 years Sketchfest, thanks for making me laugh my butt off

  • Best Comedy Lineup

by AZPriority on 2/8/23Cobb's Comedy Club - San FranciscoRating: 5 out of 5

I only went to see Yameneika but ended loving the entire lineup. My stomach hurt so bad. I hope these comics make it. Very good.

  • It was ok

by Glenn on 2/6/23Cobb's Comedy Club - San FranciscoRating: 3 out of 5

I had hoped this was going to be a series of Fake Ted-like talks. Two of the talks (the second on questions and the second to last on The Eagles), I through were hilarious. The rest, fell very short for me. I couldn't get the point, even the fake one!

  • Terrific show - would loved to see again!

by SallyRose on 2/6/23Cobb's Comedy Club - San FranciscoRating: 5 out of 5

Fake TED talks did not disappoint! Everyone was so good. Paul Sabourin was an excellent mc & really got the crowd involved ( even if he didn’t care as he sarcastically said) and kept everyone engaged with each performer’s talk. Looking forward to next year’s event!

  • Futurama crew great as always, Cobbs sucked

by Chloe on 1/31/23Cobb's Comedy Club - San FranciscoRating: 4 out of 5

I’ve been to this event 3 times in a row now, this was the first time it was at Cobbs. Since I went alone I was sat in the worst possible seat. No table, just a chair smashed in against two other people. I paid just as much as anyone else there, and yet my seat was so bad I was made fun of by the performers for having the cheap seats when it was general admission. Praying they don’t keep it at Cobbs next time.
