Brought my 8 year old to this and she had the time of her life!

If you enjoy the original movie, then this is verbatim what you will see. For those to the left and right of the stage, you will miss out on certain acts as the characters stay very close to the wings and the action remains in that area. Nothing overly remarkable about the show and don't be surprised if kids and adults say the lines and songs with the characters.

Show was fantastic and the kids had a blast! Only complaint was the projector for some scenes was right in front of our seats. The lady next me and myself realized that the entire left side of the lower balcony was empty and the top had about 100 people crammed in. We jumped out of our seats and moved down to the lower balcony. Had a blast. One day show at 3pm. Glad they stopped in Syracuse wish there were more shows

This show was wonderful!! I enjoyed this as much, if not more than my 8 year old daughter. The costumes were phenomenal, their voices were spot on, your protocol for safety was on point. For my daughter's very first musical, I could not have asked for anything more. Thank you for bringing back class, culture, and some normalcy. Have an amazing Christmas and a blessed holiday season.

Our family of 5 enjoyed to show. We sang along to all of the songs! The cast did a fantastic job!

This show was my 3 year old grandsons first live show . He loved every minute (especially the Bumble). Great way to get some Christmas cheer!

My daughter and my nephew absolutely loved it. When we got there he and I were both a little skeptical about watching people run around dressed up. 5 minutes into it we were saying how amazing it was! Trust me, your children will love it!!!!

All of the props were amazing and spot on to the actual movie!!

The show was excellent, the actors and actresses are just fun to watch. There are some tall parents that totally block the view of the kids that sat behind them, there are a few kids had to sit & stand at one shared seat with their parents so they can see the stage, not very enjoyable.

The musical itself was good, good acting, fun songs. The 'background ' music was way too loud, often over powering the talking or singing. $20 for a souvenir cup? Come on, that's ridiculous and then 15 minutes before the show started, they were sold out! A few smaller souvenirs would be nice. Lines for snacks/drinks were far too long to even wait in at intermission. All in all, the kids had fun but could've been a better experience.

Performers where great as well as the set. We are seniors and went since it was my wife's favorite childhood Christmas story. We both enjoyed it immensely.

I wasnt sure how this production was going to be, but the actors were very good and they brought a lot of the aspects from the movie to the stage. Their character voices were identical to the movie and the songs were beautiful! Will definitely see again!

The show itself was GREAT! However I really wished the speakers on the front of the stage were not there! It blocked some view to my little girls 4 & 5 year olds. We had 2nd row seating thinking those would be great seats, but they could not see that well due to those speakers!! So they ended up sitting on my lap or on their knees!!!

Great show.... fun experience for the whole family! There were multiple times they had sound issues but it was still a great show. Would go again

The show was great! We brought 3 year old twins & a4 year old. They loved it. Danced & sang the whole time

Besides the small technical difficulties and the one questionable piece of staging the show was amazing and true to the cartoon! Thank you!

Grandson loved it! Rudolph was my favorite show as a child. I loved it!. We had front row seats and Santa shook my grandson's hand at the end of the show. It will be an experience he will not forget! It was so good. Worth every penny!

We were on the 3rd row from stage. Visibility great but theatre should remove the last seat. I had 2 sit sideways so people in 1-2 rows could access their seats.
